My girlfriend had the Veggie Quesadilla, minus all of the veggies. It was very cheesy, fresh and delicious. The folks working the counter were very accomodating when asked to place the avacado on the side. All-in-all, it is an interesting concept. Her top recommendation came for the beef shawarma and I told her I'd take it. One thing that folks have to realize is that these are mobile kitchens with very limited space. In today's age of fast food that seems to be sitting under a food warmer and being prepared long before you order, there is an unrealistic expectation that a food truck will spit your order out in a minute or two. I played on my phone for a while and was delighted when my name was called. The meat was perfectly seasoned and there was no skimping on the portions. The liberal amount of sauce on top added to the tastiness (and most definitely the messiness) of this dish. I'm hoping this food truck comes back soon. Not only for a chance to try some other of their tasty dishes, but also because of the friendliness of the woman at the window, and for how (relatively) quickly my food was served.
