To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales....
