Stopped by asking to get my baby's ears pierced. The girl at the register quickly guided me to the different earrings they had. I told her I had my own earrings so I just wanted the ears to be punctured. She said I had to purchase theirs, since they were pre-packaged and something with the ear gun, I am not sure. It made sense, I just thought I could use my own earrings. Anyway, we went over prices and the whole process, which including signing some paperwork. I was a bit nervous but the girl was super helpful, and made the baby feel comfortable as well, which is very important! The whole process was very neat. She sanitized her hands, checked the equipment, wore gloves, all of it was handled with hygiene, patience and care. At the end they mentioned getting 20% so we purchased something. I only give this place stars just for how clean it is but... I didn't know I was walking into a PUSHY establishment. I was greeted when I walked in. I go to pick out 3 items I wanted; when I got to the register the girl tells me about the buy 3 get 3 free. So I decided to get 3 more pieces. She rang me up and I was charged $60 something dollars. I said never mind I'll just take the first 3 things I grabbed. They started offering 10% percent (as if that was going to make a difference) and saying I can get 3 things under 7.99 and it will still be my new price. The cashier just kept pushing and Pushing and PUSHING on doing this 3 on 3 deal. I kept saying No. I started to get really annoyed. Finally she let me pay so I go my way. Word of advice to the girl that worked the register this past Saturday: NO MEANS NO! read more

Avoid Tiffany! After piercing my daughters ears she proceeded to present a diatribe of upsell nonsense...."I'll give you 20 percent off"....."u get three for free", And on and on. None of it was specific or made any sense. So my daughter found three and it was going to be $80! When I challenged her she said "I'm sorry you couldn't understand! " and "you didn't follow my instruction!!" Horrible. Never to return and I will be complaining to corporate. read more

I used to frequent this store when I was younger. I usually had okay service - never really had a bad experience here. I just think some of the prices are high for the quality of the items, especially the jewelry and hair accessories. You can usually find some decent items in the clearance section. read more

I was just here at the icing store. It was 11:15 and the gates were not opened. I saw a woman there and she went to Claire's. I asked the Claire's girl if I can return something from Icing since it wasn't open. She told me to speak to the woman that had just gotten out of the store that was still locked up. The girl from Claire's was super rude told me to go complain to her. Who talks to a customer like that? The woman from icing said "I'll be there in a minute". I don't understand! Are the customers supposed to be chasing employees that should be working? The mall opens at 11. I'm so disappointed and by other reviews so is everyone else. read more

Came in last week to get my ears pierced. The manager greeted me immediately. She was warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions about each type of earring. She explained the procedure thoroughly. She even told me stories about her little daughter Zelda which helped calm my nerves during the piercings. She was Awesome! Exceptional service. My first complaint is with Dianna, not only was she unpleasant, but she managed to over-complicate my transaction. The manager at the time was also unpleasant. Did not get her name but she was a heavier set white lady. I asked her a question and she did not make eye contact with me while she was ringing up another associate and brushed me off, I asked if I could try on a necklace to see how long it was and she responded with its "16inches" and that was it, which did not help me at all. I came in wanting to exchange a pair of earrings with my receipt, the value of the earrings is $9.99 and the necklace I picked out was also $9.99. They both gave me a hard time bc I did the buy 3 get 3 deal at the time of my purchase. However the exchange value should be an even exchange because I kept all the other items on my receipt and picked out a new item with the same value. Dianna insisted I owed a difference. And even if there was a difference which there wasn't she should always do whats right for the customer. Clearly in this situation the right thing is to do an even exchange. The manager stepped in and showed her how to exchange the items. Soon as the receipt prints, Dianna walks away without acknowledging anything nor me, no sorry about the trouble, have a good day, nothing. I work in customer service myself and don't understand how some companies can employ people with no customer service skills. I am very unhappy with my experience here and will not be shopping with icings at this location again. I really hope the company can do a better job at hiring more competent employees. read more

Purchased more from here when I was younger, & took a break from visiting the mall... pleasantly surprised. I ordered online a few days before Christmas (& the order was a bit delayed- took like a whole week to be ready instead of like 3 or 4 days, but it's the holidays- understandable). Anyways, on Christmas Eve, a worker was kind enough to call me personally to let me know my order was ready (considering that it might be for Christmas, or that I'd want it soon since they'd be closed for Christmas). I really appreciated this gesture, & the worker (cannot recall his name at the moment), was super friendly & kind in person, even during his last hour before they closed on Christmas Eve. Customer service was super great when I went in again on 1/13/20. The ladies working there were very nice, & I appreciated how easy it was to exchange a scrunchie for a different one. Friendly service, great deals (like buy 3, get 3 items of equal or lesser value free), + very cute items! Will continue to be a shopper there. My family has always loved the accessories & jewelry from there. I've always been a happy customer. The workers have also always offered me a bag/ basket for when I'm collecting items in store, & ask if you'd like an extra bag in case you want some items stored separately. Took my 5 month old to get her ears pierced for the first time. I had done my research on pricing, convenience, and overall experience with infants across multiple types of businesses from tattoo parlors to mall kiosks. So glad that I settled for Icing this day. Sharde was so patient. She explained to us what she was doing as she was doing it. She gave us her recommendations, the reasons why, but also gave us time to make the best decision for our little girl. She made sure baby was comfortable and sterilized everything from the gun to the ear lobes and was meticulous about dot placement. My baby cried for like 1 minute...that was it.
