And the repair has been God done and not terribly expensive like in other places around . Guys! I cannot stress enough how freaking amazing these guys are. My car was stolen 28 March 2023 and was involved in a high speed police chase. It was pretty freaking messed up. I'll see if I can get the pics from the repair shop and my insurance to update here. When I say my poor baby was in bad shape, I Am not even playing with you. I just got her back from these guys on Monday. As you know, I have worked with them before when I got rear ended few years ago and my mechanic over at Guaranteed Auto Repair in Fairfield recommended Antonio and he did an amazing job. So it was only natural thatI would give him a call when this happened. He worked with my insurance and the towing company and let me tell you, my Insurance company did not make things easy, they had him and me waiting for two weeks before they even did an assessment. But they were patient over here, so much so that they kept reassuring me that it was going to be okay because I was extremely frustrated with my insurance. They have reasonable prices here but most importantly they do really good work. I didn't even have an ignition or a stearing column in my car and when I got it back it looked brand spanking NEW! When I called this shop and described that something plastic was hanging from the front of my car, the owner knew immediately what was wrong and told me to come in right away. When I arrived I was taken care of and told they would need about a hour. Not only did they fix the problem, they fixed an old problem and put air in my tires for an amazingly low cost. This is more about the phone interaction I had with this shop. I was calling around to get quotes on getting my car fully repainted. Spoke to Cesar initially, he asked for pictures and vin which I sent him. Never heard back from him, called back next week and Antonio answered, he seemed like he did't want the business. said the paint job would cost 7k (which is fine) but he didn't want to do it. My work truck was 'keyed' ( some jerk scratched into the paint all down one side). When I tried places In Marin like Miracle Auto Paint , ( you know, tv ads say they'll paint a car for for a few hundred $) I was told they could only paint the whole truck ( for thousands of $ ) The rest of the truck was good to excellent. They were pretty friendly while I was having issues with my insurance, however only about half of my repairs were done, due to "pending approval" even though I signed off to cover the difference with my own funds, so I could get complete repairs. Yet they still returned my vehicle with subpar repairs. My bumper wasn't properly installed, it sits in front of one of my headlights, they didn't even test drive the vehicle because every time I turn a quarter of they turn radius my wheel rubs against a metal harnessing the wheel well putting it a high risk of a blowout. Given there were many complications with my insurance, I feel the repairs that they were able to do were rushed, and not treated with professional care. On top of all this they couldn't even spray the damn dust off the car with water. I will be readjusting the repairs that were done, and for these reasons I give a one star rating. Sorry not sorry. Will be uploading pictures later. You know what Antonio that's fine that you feel that way, you should count yourself lucky that this review was as nice as it is, because the repairs you did to my vehicle were bullshit, you changed out my wheel with my own spare tire after the inspection I performed I wouldn't say that this was anything less than a ripped off all the way around, and you probably gave a discount because you knew the work you did was horrible, you didn't return my wheel center caps or aircaps for my tires, and you failed to put the cover back on the bottom of my headlight leaving it completely open too the elements. Also I'm sure that a sliced ABS wire in my wheel well is something that would be approved, and yet my automatic braking system is compromised from the accident. I was distraught when my insurance company told me they were going to total my car. On April 30th it was hit by a drunk driver while parked. The impact totally destroyed the right rear panel and back bumper. It also sustained front bumper damage and tire and rim damage from being knocked up onto the sidewalk. My car is a 1987 Nissan 300zx 2+2 which is considered a classic. I sent pictures along with my insurance company estimate to 3 body shops. I received a call the next day from Antonio and he came over to assess the damage. His words were "I can fix this" and he did. He was helpful, informative and came in under budget! I got my car towed here after being in an accident and took the time to look at my car really quick before he closed and got it working for me so I could get it driving on the road that day! The entire left light was taken out and I lost all steering power. LOVE THEM So this isn't my first time using Unlimited Collision Repair and I'm glad I decided to go to them for this very serious issue. I moved to Vallejo Fall 2011. I car pool from the ride and share on Lemon and Curtola. I park my car in the neighborhood. My car window has been broken twice. I took my car to Antonio because it was one block from the ride and share. Even though he does major collision repair he agreed to fix my window both times. And his service was quick, free and professional. Well I got into a car accident and my car was rear ended pretty badly with major damage to the exhaust and body. I was directed to the repair center for my insurance company and I helped them and they had terrible reviews. I decided to go out on a limb and take my car some place local and I immediately thought of Antonio and Unlimited Auto Repair. My adjuster knew him and he knew my adjuster and I was at peace. I felt like this was where I should be. Antonio and his staff were very informative and courtesy every step of the way. Where I had anxiety about getting everything repaired properly and in a timely fashion, my concerns were melted away with Unlimited's communication and follow-up. His entore staff were very empathetic and straightforward with expectations and I really appreciate that. He performed some additional work that was not apart of the accident repair at no charge. To make sure my car was whole again!! I was so impressed with his professionalism I sent my GF there to have her Jaguar headlights swapped out. And she is a fan now as well. I hope to never again have to work with him around an accident, but I will definitely use him when it comes to by body work (wax, buffing, lamp replacements, etc.) and if he ever starts doing internal work like oil changes, tune-ups brakes.. To start off my story, the back light on the driver's side of my car was broken. I wanted to find a place that would be real with me and didn't sugar coat things. I came on yelp and saw that reviews for Unlimited Collision Repair and ended up calling them. They had me come in to do an estimate. The owner came out and talked to me about the damage and let me know it can be done right then and there (that was only because I bought/brought the new light with me). As he was fixing it he held a great conversation that it seriously felt like I was talking with a friend. I went from one shop to the other, they quoted me thousands of dollars, wanted to replace my bumper and all the little things that they see. I met Antonio, a very nice guy, very approacheable and really knows what he's doing. He said, its doable, he did not need to replace the bumper, he filled the little dents and missing parts smoothly; and on top of it, he made a perfect color match. he made my car look like it haven't met any accident.. Service issues , family ran business that isn't on the same page . His daughter unfortunately shouldn't be in the office . Unfortunately I won't be using Antonio no more . When I picked my car it had no emblems yet it was my fault I didn't pick up . The car was a mess and the owner even called to yell at me about it as he wasn't there when I picked up the car . Also on the opposite side of the vehicle that I had work done there were 2 new scratches that had wet sand marks and the car was covered in bondo dust . I had gone to Reno and my Ford F150 truck started making a ringing noise by the time I got home it was all bad with a grinding noise I sounded like a jet plane with bells. It was Sunday night, had to be at work Monday and had to call in sick just to get my car fixed. Long story short, came in.. UCR knew what my issue was and explained what was happening. Antonio the owner was super nice. His son Cesar was at the front desk and handles the phone calls. He was also very nice. I went there expecting to spend a lot of money. After looking over my car (another shop wanted to charger me $180 for two hours to look it) he determined that I would be better off if I went to get an alignment, instead of spending unnecessary money with him searching for the problem and replacing things that may or may not be the correct fix for my cars problem.
