We have done all rooms here except for Against us. Each room was certainly unique and extremely immersive. We first did Game On, and that was our absolute favorite and is in our Top 5 of Escape Rooms that we've done overall. In each room we had our 6 year old with us which added another layer of difficulty, however the puzzles required enough thought to keep my wife and I working, yet we were able to keep our daughter engaged. The GM's here were all excellent, GM nudges were perfectly timed and given. The staff are all super friendly and the customer service was excellent. We had the pleasure of working with Rad, Kristen and Scott, all were extremely helpful, charming and professional. We look forward to finishing off Unlocked with a larger group of friends as we've been told against us needs a minimum of 4, but I cannot recommend Unlocked enough!

Loved my experience here! So much fun, and we made it out with 6 of of us! Previously had done an escape room and did not make it out with just 2 of us, so definitely recommend more friends and minds to help out! I did this for my birthday, and it was a great birthday adventure :)

I came with my friends at the magician room for my birthday and it was truly amazing! Our game master Shantelle was super sweet and it was a great difficulty level, not too crazy not too easy. Overall I had an amazing time and it was SUPER immersive!

I don't catch our girl's name who hosted us today, but she lead us in the Oogie Boogie rook for our group of 6! So fun even though we suck lol

So much fun! We did the Return of the Magician. It was challenging but achievable. Can't give any spoilers so not much more to say. The service was great, facility was clean, and room well done! We went in with 3 people, but you could definitely go in with more help. I will definitely go back to try another room!

We came back to Unlocked which has merged with Puzzle Workshop and did Saving Christmas which is an overlay for the former room Illuminati which I've done ages ago. I remember some of the same elements from Illuminati but I didn't remember much. The puzzles made sense and the production was simple. There was one puzzle that required good senses which was challenging for us but we knew how to solve it. It's a good room for friends and family. Kim was our host and she was a joy to hangout with. The entire crew was fun to hang out with!!

We decided to come to Unlocked for my belated birthday celebration. Our game master Dominic was super accommodating despite one of our party members being very late, so I was extremely grateful for this. We played the arcade-themed room and initially it was smaller than I expected until we revealed the second room. The room was a bit older-appearing but the theme was super cool and they really integrated the arcade games into the room play. It was also cool having to "fix" the games instead of the traditional "escape the room" goal. There were definitely still a lot of cool tech elements in the room. I will say that the room was quite challenging, and it was helpful having additional players (we were a group of six) since it is a non-linear room. We were successfully able to escape with just a few hints/nudges in the right direction, with a little over 3 minutes to spare. Everyone had a lot of fun and we would love to return to try their other rooms, especially the room with real magic tricks! It was also cool how you get a unique pin plus a Polaroid-esque photo after successfully completing the room. Prices depend on your group size and for a party of six it came out to $41/person in July 2024.

This is my second time going to UNLOCKED for an escape room & it was pleasant to see how much they've expanded! My group did the GAME ON: UNLOCKED ARCADE which was super fun. Our group was a mix of people who had all done escape rooms before & all found the games to be a good balance of both challenging & enjoyable. It was great playing all the games & is especially nostalgic if you're a 90s kid! Shoutout to Miggy who was the best game master & made our experience a blast!

Ask the Community - UNLOCKED: Escape Room

Is the arcade themed one a multi-room one?

The majority of our rooms have at least one other room

My 10 year old son and I would like to do an escape room...does anyone know if these are appropriate for just two people...one of them being a 10 year old?

We did the Magic one with two 10 year olds, a 13 year old and an 8 year old...they needed a little help from us in a few parts, but we're able to solve alot of it!! Highly recommend!

My friends and I want to book all three rooms but the last two games will literally be 2 hours straight. Can we still book it?

If an adult signs the waiver for minors to play, does the adult still need to be present in the group when actually playing the escape room?

At least 1 adult is required to be in the room.

Do you go from one room to another with the escape rooms here? Looking for a multi-room one.

    It depends on the game!

Phones aren't allowed in the rooms and they provided lockers to leave personal belongings. There were 5 different rooms to choose from. We chose to do the Zombie Apocalypse. They have two rooms that are supposed to be scarier and two that are not scary at all. The zombie was in between. We had one hour to complete the room. The room had a bunch of clues. Some were easier than others. We actually bypassed 3 of the locks because we accidentally got the factory reset. That took a little bit out of the fun for us since we didn't need to find the codes for those locks. We end up finishing with 26 minutes left on the clock. Our game master helped out with clues when we needed it and got stubborn and stuck on a single clue. There was 6 of us and total came out to $42/person. This room was fun, but for this price, I was expecting a more intricate escape room with more rooms or interactions. I'd be fun to come back to try the other rooms they have, but I might prefer to go to a different escape room instead.

At first I was hesitant with going in only a group of 4, as usually 6ppl is a good amount, but things worked out well. Everyone got their share of solving puzzles and contributing to the plot. Unique things here I'ven't seen at other escape rooms: + An eerie projector display triggered as part of the ominous plot. + The murderer turning out to be someone familiar! Regardless of which room you do here, be sure to check the directions as most of their rooms are at one location, and Sev3n and Jester are in a different building a few blocks away. The two games in this building are also upstairs. This room is based on the popular movie Se7en. I hadn't seen the movie in years so we watched it a few nights before just to get a refresher. Knowledge of the movie is not necessarily required, but you will relate to the room better and be a little more prepared. When you ask for clues, they are provided using voices of characters from the movie which was a great touch. The overall room is a mix of linear and non-linear with various locks and even more mechanical puzzles. This room had a lot of unique puzzles that we hadn't seen anywhere else. There are a ton of puzzles, and they kept our team of four very busy to the very last minute. This room also has the largest number of sub-rooms we have ever encountered. We weren't sure if we were going to escape in time, but we managed to solve the final puzzle with only one minute left. We didn't feel so dumb when we learned that this is their hardest room out of the six different rooms they have. Definitely bring your "A" game for Sev3n! Our game master Callie was excellent. She started us out great, was very timely on clues when requested, and we enjoyed discussing different elements of the room with her afterwards. She said she had only been working there for a short time, but she seemed like a seasoned veteran to us. We were again offered a 30% return discount. Be sure to check their website as they frequently have promotions. We will definitely return soon to do their other rooms.

Regardless of the time remaining on the clock or how long it took to finish the room, we had a great time. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. I can see why this wasn't rated for individuals new to escape rooms but I did want us to be challenged, which we were. The puzzles were interesting and usually a combination of two pieces that had to be put together in order to solve the puzzles we had. Each puzzle solved was one step closer to gaining control of the house from S.A.S.H.A. Overall, the three of us had a wonderful time exploring the rooms and solving the puzzles. The facility was clean and well organized. We were given everything we needed by the staff prior to starting. We did receive help from S.A.S.H.A. if we asked nice. This was to help us move forward in the puzzles. All in all, I would recommend this escape room!

We began with the Aji tuna on crispy rice, topped with a delicate sliver of jalapeño and crispy shallots, a perfect balance of freshness, spice, and crunch. The second course was Stefanie's famous focaccia...one sweet and one savory. The savory version featured parmesan, her homemade bread and butter, pickles from her garden, and a touch of mustard seed. The bread, made simply with flour, water, and salt, takes two to three days to create. The sweet focaccia was equally impressive, topped with brie, honey, and a guava jam made from her own garden-grown guavas... truly special. Next came the sweet potato course, made from her garden's harvest and paired with roasted pine nuts and coconut-shaved gnocchi in brown butter. The flavors were rich yet comforting, and the presentation was artistic and thoughtful. The main course... short ribs with a stunning potato gratin, was a showstopper. The short ribs were tender and deeply flavorful, garnished with delicate edible flowers from her garden, while the gratin was layered beautifully and topped with a fragrant chimichurri. Dessert was one of the best I've ever had: a sticky toffee date cake with a caramel apple sauce made from apples in her garden, served with raw cream vanilla bean ice cream. The balance of warmth, sweetness, and texture was perfection. The wine pairings, thoughtfully curated by Oscar from Sequoia Grove Winery, elevated the entire experience, from the velvety Merlot to the bold Cabernet, every sip complemented the food flawlessly. What makes Chef Stefanie so special is her warmth and authenticity. She shares her passion for food and where it comes from in a way that's engaging and educational, never pretentious. She spends time presenting each dish beautifully, with an artist's eye and a chef's heart. Her artistry, attention to detail, and genuine love for her craft come through in every course.
