Marvelous experience. Devlin Manor really is a fun and somewhat easy escapade, good introductory opportunity for ppl new to escape rooms. Most people finish it with 20+ mins to spare. At first I was hesitant with going in only a group of 4, as usually 6ppl is a good amount, but things worked out well. Everyone got their share of solving puzzles and contributing to the plot. Unique things here I'ven't seen at other escape rooms: + An eerie projector display triggered as part of the ominous plot. + The murderer turning out to be someone familiar! (no spoilers) Other likes: + Red herrings were minimal. I don't like red herrings in an escape room. + Good amount of parking. We came to No. 1 Escapes a few months ago to do their Carnage Cabin room and had a great time. They were offering a fall discount, so we took advantage and returned to do their Sev3n room. Regardless of which room you do here, be sure to check the directions as most of their rooms are at one location, and Sev3n and Jester are in a different building a few blocks away. The two games in this building are also upstairs. This room is based on the popular movie Se7en. I hadn't seen the movie in years so we watched it a few nights before just to get a refresher. Knowledge of the movie is not necessarily required, but you will relate to the room better and be a little more prepared. When you ask for clues, they are provided using voices of characters from the movie which was a great touch. The overall room is a mix of linear and non-linear with various locks and even more mechanical puzzles. This room had a lot of unique puzzles that we hadn't seen anywhere else. There are a ton of puzzles, and they kept our team of four very busy to the very last minute. This room also has the largest number of sub-rooms we have ever encountered. We weren't sure if we were going to escape in time, but we managed to solve the final puzzle with only one minute left. We didn't feel so dumb when we learned that this is their hardest room out of the six different rooms they have. Definitely bring your "A" game for Sev3n! Our game master Callie was excellent. She started us out great, was very timely on clues when requested, and we enjoyed discussing different elements of the room with her afterwards. She said she had only been working there for a short time, but she seemed like a seasoned veteran to us. We were again offered a 30% return discount. Went here last Sunday with a group of four of us. Let me preface this, the score is just for the escape room itself. The workers there were very nice and got us started as soon as possible. For the room: We did the Devil's Manor, the first one in a trilogy. For a difficulty 7/10 we found the room to be a little too easy. Clues were very linear and there were a lot of moments where we were all working on one puzzle to get to the next clue/room. Not much for a big group of people to do. The perfect amount of people for this room is probably 2. I will say this would be a great entry level room. They do offer 50% if you want to do a second room same day. Ps. They have three different offices in that plaza so make sure to come a little early to find the right one! read more

There are plenty of parking spaces. You should arrive a little bit early to sign a waiver. My friends and I were able to book 2 different escape rooms back to back. Our first escape room was called the Jester and difficulty was 8/10. We had 5 people and were able to solve it out with 14 minutes to spare. You start off with 2 different rooms, so you and your team will be split. The puzzles were somewhat challenging, but we were able to get through it! Our next escape room was Seven and difficulty was also 8/10 (but I think this escape room was harder than Jester). Seven was a bit more gory with fake blood on walls, but it was not a scary room (in the sense that no actors were in the room). The puzzles were more difficult, but not too bad if you have a good group. Seven apparently has a low success rate, so they recommend asking for hints. We made it out with 3 minutes to spare! Overall, both escape rooms were fun and worth trying! **** Cabin Carnage Room Review**** This room is not for younger kids, PG 13 for sure! We recently celebrated my daughter's 14th birthday at this escape room, the experience was super rad! She and her friends had a great time and couldn't stop talking about it all night. They did not escape the "Carnage Cabin" room, which is rated 7/10 in difficulty, they did make it to the last room. I was surprised they made it that far. So it's for sure hard but definitely escapable: I would highly recommend the "Carnage Cabin" . Customer Service: Our host was helpful and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not overly enthusiastic, but she was professional and informative, which we appreciated. With a group of 14 year olds Keeping their attention is hard. The young man assisting her was also great, he understood their excitement and was super helpful. Suggestion: It would be helpful to have a sign reminding guests to keep quiet when walking up the stairs, as this might avoid confusion for first-time visitors. This would have saved us from our interaction with a staff member in the G1 building. While I understand the need to maintain a quiet environment, his approach was unnecessarily aggressive. As a parent, I found his behavior toward the young ladies inappropriate and unprofessional. This was a super important day for my daughter, so I decided to not confront him and keep my head cool. This was the only downside to an otherwise a fun experience. Overall, we had a great time, and we're definitely planning to come back. While the name No.1 Escapes implies that no one makes it out of their rooms, it is definitely possible with enough teamwork, brainpower, and hints from the gamemaster if needed. My group consisted of a few extremely competitive people, so we were looking for escape rooms with a high difficulty rating. We booked Devlin Manor and had so much fun that we did Fortune Teller after that. A few weeks later, we came and did Jester. The rooms are well decorated and have a variety of puzzles. Devlin Manor, Carnage, and Fortune Teller form a trilogy, but they are independent rooms, so you do not have to do them in order or do all of them. Jester starts in two rooms where you have to find a way to unlock the door that connects the rooms. I am not the best at puzzles, but since I was with highly competitive people, we made it out of all our rooms well before the 60-minute limit. The rooms are in three different locations, so make sure that you go to the correct place. Check their website or Groupon if you are looking for a deal. Though the minimum number of players is 2 people, make sure to have a lot of people so that you can work together to escape. read more

My friends and I wanted to have a little fun and decided to book their newer escape room experience since it was rated as a bit easier (as many of my friends had not experienced an escape room before). Battleship: The Pirate Edition was a blast! It's definitely not your typical escape room, more like a puzzle room, but still fun nonetheless to solve. It is one of their newer rooms, so they are still in the process of adding more puzzles. I will say the way it works made it easy to know what was ahead/planning for it with your teams. We did need a hint at the beginning as we had gotten stuck, but luckily our game master recognized we needed help and provided us with that minor hint. I just finished the battle ship room with a group of 10 (husbands vs. wives). It was a blast. Room design was amazing, game concept was so fun, and the puzzles sure were challenging. Did two separate rooms within 2 weeks and absolutely loved all of these. Katherine was our game master for Jester and it was very intricate, you start separated and it was a very rewarding escape room. The second one we did was Devlin manor which Liv was our game master for and the story and room for this one was unreal. It's on the same block but the backside of the building that jester is located. When you walk into the buildings it almost looks a little "rinky dinky" because it's an older office building, but fear not--these have been some of the most intricate and amusing rooms I've done. I'm really impressed with the rooms and the level of detail and thought that went into them. We definitely needed some clues on each one and are looking forward to going back to complete the Devlin Manor trilogy! We had so much fun! read more

We came here on a causal Saturday. We actually never knew this little mall existed. We went for a brunch at Lagu Cafe, and was interested in a shop called Zillymonkey in the same mall, so we were taking a walk. My partner and I had been talking about missing escape room experiences (we have already done around 60 escape rooms), and it was kind of perfect that we found this place by chance. We stopped by, and there were perfect time slots available for both rooms, so we decided to do the room, Jester's Revenge, and we enjoyed it so much that we came back after going to Zillymonkey and finished Revolution. Both rooms were the perfect amount of mentally engaging, and both the game master, Jeff, and the owner, David, made the experience fun and amazing! I highly recommend these escape rooms! We did the Jester's Revenge and it was quite an interesting room and concept since your team is split into two and starts in different rooms. In that sense, and without spoiling too much, communication is key: the teams must give hints to each other so they can eventually unlock a door that separates them. Reason for the 3 stars are the puzzles and props were pretty old, some letters looked so faded that it made it hard to solve. Not only that, but the game master could've also provided a better experience for us. The way to ask for hints was everyone needed to raise their hands and I don't feel like he was paying attention to the cameras. So we loudly asked for a hint, but that was another failed attempt. We gave up and tried to solve the puzzles ourselves. At some point, we were stuck again so we raised our hands for a hint and he finally saw us (although that took a while). He gave us a hint and we proceeded forward. Eventually, our group was able to reunite. Each of us then focused on separate puzzles to increase efficiency. The one I was working on apparently had a specific way of solving it. I did it in a different way but it took way too long so I wish the game master nudged me. If I want to be vague, think of it as: I placed something on the floor, but it would've been better/faster to place it on the table. So he pretty much watched me waste an incredible amount of time on it. Lastly, while solving a puzzle, our group moved a few items around, thinking maybe some hints would be hiding in a corner or behind an object. We were scolded by the game master, who stated we didn't need to move these items. He asked us to leave them there so he didn't have to put them back later when resetting the room. At that point, I felt he was a pretty lazy game master and I was disappointed about the whole experience. I think if we had a different game master, things would've been much more different and enjoyable. Maybe we would've escaped too, who knows. Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be back. read more

Went with a groups of friends and this was my second time trying an Escape room. This time around we actually escaped! (with 3 mins to spare) * Parking is easily accessible. * Reservations and online waivers were easy to book and sign. * Our escape room was Jester's Revenge, difficulty level of 8/10, time limit of 1 hr * Host was nice and welcoming. As well as helpful with the 2 clues we asked for mid-game. * Restroom was clean. Overall, the escape room we had was challenging but fun once we got the ball rolling of solving things. I definitely recommend this location to try out! They plan to renovate Jester's Revenge into possibly an Alice in Wonderland theme so that would be cool to try in the near future. 10/10 for my experience here! My overall advice for any negative reviews you may have read is be on time, be mindful that not everything is a clue as some are decoys, most importantly is to respect the space and do not damage anything when playing. read more

We had the best experience in the Jester room. We brought out 12 year old son and his nine friends for his birthday party. The owner surprised them all with ICEEs for the occasion. I loved how they split the large group into two sections of the room for part of the time which kept everyone busy and then they collaborated together with what they had figured out before they could move on. We are really impressed by the use of technology throughout. The boys had the best time and talked about how awesome it was almost the entire 30 minute drive home. On 3/12/25 some of my BESTIES and I took a trip to No One Escapes and played three of their rooms. We played Carnage Cabin, Devlin Manor, and The Fortune Teller. All three games are connected via story, which was fun to see unfold before us, but you don't need to know the story to get through the rooms. So they can be play independently of each other. We had such a great time!!!! Fortune Teller was definitely our favorite of the three but Carnage Cabin did have Dwight and he was so SILLY (in a murderous type of way) And I can't forget the piece that really made this experience worthwhile.. Amber, our Gamemaster, she was so NICE and full of energy! Very knowledgeable and clear on the instructions. She was with us for all three games and I don't think we would've done nearly as well without her!! read more

A big group of us (adults & kids), came for a private party, and we had a BLAST! We solved the Jester's Revenge room, and the puzzles were just the right level of difficulty. We didn't have to use any hints, and finished in 46 mins. At the beginning, we were split into 2 groups and had to solve the challenges in each room separately, but while working together and speaking to each other through the thin walls. Then as you advance, your group solves the puzzles together until you've #ESCAPED! Loved that no one else had the same time slot so we weren't crowded. Would definitely come back again! read more

When we first got arrived there was not clear communication about when the time started. The person helping us made it seem like there was no rush to get started watching the video and then all of a sudden she said that our time had started even though we had not entered the room. When we were in the room it was hard to keep track of how much time was remaining as there was not a clock or a countdown in the room. Some of the locks did not work properly which affected our ability to move on to other tasks and delayed being able to try to escape. It was a cool spot with some good riddles but some of these issues made it so that we didn't have the best experience. read more

My family group of 8 really enjoyed our Jester's Revenge escape room experience! Our ages ranged from 12, 14, 17, 30's and 40's. It was quick and easy to book online as well as get started in the room. The 2 staff members were friendly and thorough. We watched a short video to set the storyline then brought into 2 separate rooms which you will have to figure out how to bring your whole group together. We've only done less than 5 escape rooms and thought this one was fairly challenging yet fun! Not impossible to figure certain things out but not easy. We did require some help which we discovered that we were on the right track to solving! We used about 3-4 clues out of the unlimited clues and escaped with 7 minutes to spare. The room is family friendly and specifically states it is not scary on the website. Parking is free and shared with other businesses. Devlin Manor escape room was one of my presents to a friend for her birthday a couple of months ago. So much fun, entertaining, and enjoyable. We were able to escape with no hints at all. We were actually shocked that we had some time left too. Such a great experience! Decided to come back for Carnage Cabin. Now, my friend is bringing me here for my birthday... and things just got a bit complicated. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to reschedule once. First one is free - but if you need to do it again, there's a fee for it. Unfortunately, because of the fires, my friend's work schedule has changed and we needed to reschedule once more - however the owner, David, was not able to reschedule it a second time without a fee. I understand that this is their policy, but right now sooooo many places are being flexible and have altered their services/options to fit customers' needs better because of what's happening in CA. It's just a bit strange that they can't reschedule once more without a fee. And to make things worse, he raised his voice at my friend and did not let her talk when she called in. On another hand, if you absolutely can't reschedule again free of charge, why can't you just say it in a polite way. Just explain it without raising your voice and being rude. Kind of disappointed especially since we had such an amazing time the first time we did an escape room here. Was going to return for more, but now we won't. read more
