I've gone here on several occasions to get keys copied and have always felt their price is as good as it gets, especially on car keys when compared to dealerships and their turnaround time. Most recently I lost a keychain full of many different types of keys, and needed to get copies of the spares I already had. The staff and selection here is superb. They had all but two key blanks of the 20 plus different keys I needed. The two were specialty keys that you just can't find outside of the specific vendor, but they even went as far as searching the web to see if they could source the blanks. I ordered three copies of each key and they were finished in just a couple hours while I ran some other errands in the area, and they called me when they were finished. I highly recommend them simply based their great customer service, not to mention their never having made a duplicate for me that didn't work. read more

I evaluated licensed locksmiths to help me duplicate an automotive key and transponder that turned out to be very complex. I could not get most of Unlockit's competition to get back to me or understand the parts and services that I was requesting. Cam patiently walked through the whole process and tripled checked everything to ensure that it would work before she ordered the parts. We agreed on a set appointment time that worked for both us. I have an uncommon key, been having trouble finding someone that could duplicate it. Home Depot didn't know what to do with it, KeyMe kiosks said it's coming but never arrived so I eventually made my way to this company. Showed up on time with a friendly, professional, and skilled locksmith to re-key 6 doors. They even took the time to do some minor repairs to a few of my locks at no charge. The re-key fee was a little bit on the higher side, but the extra care and effort they went through to fix the locks at no charge, researched the model type of some old door knobs that needed replacement soon, and the fact that they only charge about $2/key to duplicate, it seemed like an overall great value.
