I'm met friends at Uno's on a Saturday night. I should've been suspicious when at 6:00pm the restaurant was half empty and our party of 5 was seated right away. It took a while for our waitress Tabitha to greet us so we were ready order drinks and dinner. I'll save time by saying everything took longer than it should have to come to the table, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. Three of our 5 dinners were either incorrect or completely missing. Tabitha never ordered one pizza. The other pizza was supposed to be sausage. Tabitha ordered a mushroom pizza. The mushroom and cheese burger was ordered specifically with no lettuce, tomato and onion. It arrived with all of them and cold fries. The missing pepperoni pizza arrived while the rest of us eating. The sausage pizza came when the rest of us were just about finished. We didn't dare order dessert because dinner already took 90 minutes. We did order decaf coffee. The coffees were delivered after the check was delivered, after we paid and we asked again for the coffees. Tabitha is an awful waitress. Nice lady. Awful waitress. She took no money or dinners/drinks off our tab. She never made the manager aware of the problems. We could see the manager dealing with another of her tables where their food didn't arrive. I use the ladies room before I left. One of the toilets wasn't flushed, and there was no soap in the dispensers. When we left @ 9:00pm, Tabitha told us to "Have a good afternoon!" Food was OK. Surprisingly decent pizza in three different styles that were on point for everyone in our group. Not a small feat when many of us are so picky! Nice classic American "Bar" kinda feel inside with lots of polished wood and old neon signs and period advertisements with a Chicago theme adorn the walls. APPETIZER/SALAD PRO TIP: The Side Salad was very large for a "side salad" and it could even suffice for light eaters as a full meal especially with a slice of pizza purloined from your dining companion(s). The balsamic vinegar dressing seems a tad watery. Chicago Style: I ordered a plain one but added chunky tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic and cheese. Thankfully the crust was not as buttery as it sounds. 4.8/5 - Yeah! I'd get this again anytime - maybe in a bigger size. LOL. Thin Crust: The thin pizza didn't sound that good in the menu description to me with the tiny square slices, but the thin-crust pizza actually had a nice firm crunchy crust that still is tender and moist at first bite. Toppings on point too. 4.3/5 Detroit: Very bready crust big rectangular slices, like a Sicilian-style pizza. They are not shy about the cheese here, a bit too much for my taste, but my compatriots seemed to power through it! 3.5/5 Service was unobtrusive ( You DO have to flag them down), but a friendly visit by the manager who took an interest in all of us was quite appreciated. Despite the many pizza customizations we had, all of the food arrived as specified and hot temperatures despite the severe weather outside. Verdict: Definitely not a bad choice for pizza in Springfield. I'd come back. read more

We stopped here for lunch after visiting basketball hall of fame. The food was okay, not bad. Drinks were meh. I would've been better off with just water. But the shocker of it all was the price. $85 for 2 adults & 1 kid. While not horrible, we just didn't feel it was worth the price. Service was good also. Made a reservation. Sat down pretty quickly after going to the symphony. It was pretty busy in general. Joe was our server and absolutely phenomenal. Period tentative excellent server. The food was excellent also. I haven't been to an Uno's in many many years and I was happy that we went. Very casual dining. Drinks were excellent. read more

I was shocked to find an unos still open as I thought they all closed. We popped in for dinner, had a couple pizzas and some entrees. Some to go and some dined in. Service was good, very attentive. Started with the pepperoni roll up which was amazing, soft flaky, cheesy and lots of pepperoni I had a Gorgonzola Detroit style which slapped. My husband had the brisket which honestly looked like a train wreck of gray meat, tasted ok but not the best choice. Pepperoni deep dish to go.. man, I've been eating this for days!! So great! DoorDash brought the pizza. All the toppings had slid to one side. Pizza was so thick with cheese that we were scraping it off. A few bites in and realize the dough is raw. Crust saturated in oil and uncooked. Cheesy garlic sticks also undercooked .and the 2 for 1 price was not honored. I called to talk to the manager who told me in no uncertain terms that DoorDash had my money and to take it up with them. 71$ for a meal we can't eat. I have a mind to take it to the manager and show him but he doesn't seem to care about his product or his customers. I'll keep looking for a great pizza because this was not it. read more

The staff seemed to be little bit not set for those at bar who don't drink (I had water plus other photos will come) & opted for a Chicago deep dish meat lovers & added peppers/onions but it seemed service was discombobulated & almost gave me another person's pizza & when I went to restroom to clean up faucet seemed to be malfunctioning plus one dryer was down. A lot of the other reviews here are completely correct. The service was indeed terrible and it took a very long time our food to arrive (20-30 mins). Our waiter then informed us that our sweet potato fries were given to someone else and that she'd get us more in a few minutes. The food was ok at best. read more

Great spot for a bite to eat. Service was good and the staff was very friendly. I got a personal pepperoni pizza and some mozzarella sticks with it. Pizza was good for being a chain resurant but nothing amazing and the mozzarella sticks were also delicious. I really liked the atmoshpere inside. The dining and bar areas were both very nice and clean with music playing. Definitely looking forward to trying out some of their other menu items next time. read more

First time at this unos but they have some decent meal deals. Pizza is decent. In the past I have typically liked their berry salad and drink options as well. Host was working very hard to answer the phone and seat people , she did a good job. I agree with reviews, about cleanliness though , this place was a bit sticky. We went in around 5 PM with a party of four. We ordered the Deep Dish Nachos and a Deep Dish Pizza. They didn't have any tortilla chips so they ended up getting creative and they made their own. Wow, they were good! The portion size wasn't large, but it did the job and the flavors were the out of this world. Too bad they weren't an everyday item because I'd be back in a heartbeat. The pizza was loaded with toppings and it was cooked how it should be for a Chicago style pizza. We ordered the large for $30 and ended up taking a couple slices to go because it was very filling. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and it was very clean. There is plenty of free parking and they have indoor and outdoor seating. read more

Very disappointing. I was seated for nearly 15 minutes before my server came to get my drink order. Fortunately with that kind of time I knew what I wanted the Cajun ribeye and shrimp with loaded mash and roasted veggies. The shrimp and veggies were over cooked, the veg swimming in a water and oil bath... Yuck. I'm not sure what the "Cajun" seasoning was, but the steak greatly benefited from a little salt and pepper. I established that there was a 15 minute wait with no shortage of wait staff the young lady was near my tablet at 3 times during that period without so much as a I'll be with you shortly. It took another 10 minutes to get my drinks. After the meal came I asked for steak sauce with a I'll be back out was several minutes before she reappeared not with the steak sauce, but it was more important for her to deliver 3 checks to nearby tables then disappear again for a few more minutes. Before finally returning with the much desired seasoning. With no notice that my drink was empty... Water not like it was extra special. More time passes and I am nearly finished I was asked if there's was anything else and I simply pointed at the empty glass of water you would have thought it was a snake! More time passes and she returns with my drink. I woulda have certainly been more understanding had they been busier or if there had been an obvious shortage of staff, alas that was not in evidence. I won't be visiting here again, and I would caution anyone to look at reviews carefully and consider ordering elsewhere. read more

I came here to pick up a take out dinner order for my family because I was staying in the adjacent hotel, the Hilton. It was extremely convenient as the restaurant is connected to the hotel. Unfortunately Unio's closes at 10pm! So we rushed over to Uno's and we arrived there at 9:25pm and ordered food to go: "boneless Buffalo bites", "buffalo chicken quesadilla's" well as a "kids spaghetti and meatball". I stayed at the bar waiting for the food and it wasn't ready until 9:50-ish. My son and husband went to use the pool inside while I waited as that also unfortunately closed at 10pm. When the food was finally done; I made sure to ask TWICE if they had included utensils and twice they said yes!!! My husband also asked Many times if the quesadillas came with red onion's as the menu CLEARLY stated it did and she said no it doesn't and OF COURSE THE order CAME WITH ONIONS!!!! First of all- my husband and our son is borderline allergic to onions so this was not only irresponsible but DANGEROUS!!!!! Unfortunately We had to swap meals because I didn't want him to take a risk and end up in an emergency room far from home! Second of all I made it clear we were staying next door so where would we find utensils?!?! When we arrived back at our room we called the restaurant multiple times where it just rang repeatedly so we had to walk allll the way BACK Down stairs to get them. When we got there the restaurant was CLOSED. I was beyond DISGUSTED but thankfully one of the waitresses in the kitchen popped her head out and went out of her way to bring our utensils because if she wasn't there we would have had to eat with our hands! When my husband got back to the room- there were ONLY FORKS. Ok we will cut our chicken & meatballs with a darn fork!!!! Not only did I go to the bar and order several drinks but I'm a good tipper. I left $8 for the one drink I had and my husband left $5 for a take out order!!! The bartender was great- sweet and helpful and makes good drinks - so I'm glad I encountered her- as the one star was literally for her and probably her alone! She had a lot of great suggestions & was particularly helping in regards to drink suggestions. I would never come here again- unless it was to grab a few drinks because they are clearly a disorganized mess!!!! However The bartenders makes a delicious strawberry mojito and I met a lot of great people at the bar during that short period of time ! read more

Over all Disappointed. Crust was nice, so was plenty But just ok. Paid 31.02 for a large with sausage crumble onion & mushroom. Barley any sausage Barley any cheese. Seriously like only a quarter cup on the entire pizza. We were so disappointing that we called up Tony's over on Boston Road (cause I had one at work) and ordered a large the same pizza from them except with extra Cheese. Although I am still a little "ehhh" about stepping foot into this restaurant again, it's still nice to know that the owner takes their complaints seriously and at least tries to right the wrong. I witnessed the bartender, "Jen", give a customer crap about 'drinking too fast' only to have her bring me a large beer after drinking a smaller one. When I said that I wasn't drinking the large, she argued with me at the bar... embarrassing. Can't recommend this place. read more

Came in tonight around 6. Hostess is super rude. I asked for a booth very nicely, said if you don't have one table is ok. She uttered not one single word to us and escorted us to a table. Didn't say there were no booths. Said nothing. Didn't give us a kids menu. Table we were sat at was DISGUSTING. Tablecloth had coke all oher it. Chairs were broken at the table and chairs we reached for from other tables were also broken. The table next to us that was supposed to be clean had spit on one of the seats. My seat also had Coke on it even though I moved seats to get away from the coat covered table cloth part that was touching my leg. Everything was sticky. Half the booths we passed still had dirty food on them. I have never in my life been inside a restaurant so dirty. I don't know what is wrong with this location but it's nasty.
