Dirty! Shame shame shame. Seems like a lot of newer staff. Maybe the casino is robbing them of their better help? Busy Thursday nite but plenty of empty tables; half waiting to be bussed and half set with silver. This is the second visit here where the host brings us to a table and uses hand or menu to brush food residue off the table. Table was still dirty. However the waiter asked us if we were seated by the hostess, albeit in an accusatory tone. He never made it clear if he was accusing us of being miscreants who skipped the wait or the hostess of being careless for seating us at a dirty table. However, he wiped the table - one plus for Alex. Things went downhill from there. He took the drink order from me. Then came back when he saw our menus closed and took our orders and admitted he forgot what we ordered for drinks. Wasn't alcohol so maybe it didn't represent enough value for him to remember? Matt ordered Spinoccoli pasta and I ordered cheddar burger. Food took a while but we had plenty of things to chat about. Burger came medium as ordered. / fries lukewarm. Matt's food was ok but he thought it might have been overcooked? When food was delivered we had to ask for silver - and the person who delivered the food took off to get silver. Instead of waiting I got up and retrieved silver from adjacent table and ketchup from server station. My raspberry ice tea ran out but never saw server for additional drink order opportunity. Server checked in once - right after I returned to table with ketchup and silver booty. Felt cheap for tipping less than 20% but I'm pretty sure waiter could figure out why the tip wasn't 20! I've never blamed wait or food quality on server - but I do expect the server to give a $%|+. I know we will find ourselves there again - but with eyes open and expectations lowered. I ordered take out that was not ready when I arrived. I was hungry, dying for a drink, and didn't want to face my hour drive home. I asked the hostess if I could dine in instead. She said, "of course, honey!" Then she left. The next hostess said, "absolutely not" because the servers wanted tips. I told them I was planning on ordering more, including drinks and she said no, not allowed. She checked with some invisible manager who agreed. What a joke! Came here with a group after their shift had ended at work and enjoyed some drinks along with the lunch special. They had preferred to have drinks and apps but I had spotted the pizza/soup combo for lunch. I had a couple rounds of the different soups that they offered, had one or two slices of the personal Philly steak pizza that I had ordered and took the rest home. It was crispy, with all the fixings that you would find on a Philly steak sandwich just on a pizza. I had split a pitcher of Blue Moon with a friend and enjoyed that for the day. The server was patience with the slow trickling of people that arrived for the meal helping each of us as we got settled. Walked in through the Hilton, past the bar and to the hostess stand. No hostess in sight and the bar tender often looked over at us but did not try to come over or send someone over. As we were about to walk out the phone at the hostess stand rang prompting someone to run out and then they seated us with no words said. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Then after being seated, we saw multiple waitresses glance at our table, and they began to clear off tables around us but it took over 25 minutes for a server to come over who stated " they didn't see us there" yet they were cleaning every table around us. Then a server named Aaron showed up and gave us some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Polite and prompt. Respectful. On point. If I could give this UNO's zero stars I would. The last time we same here it took over 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order and another half an hour to get our food. Today my husband and I ordered take out and then asked if we could eat in the restaurant instead when we got there. This obviously was a HUGE problem for the waitstaff. I asked to speak to the manager who came out and said that we couldn't do that because the restaurant was very busy and would be completely full in a half an hour. They don't take reservations and there were exactly six customers eating in the restaurant. I've had problems here before and should have learned my lesson by now. That's the last time I'll order food at this location. I asked the manager why if we're paying the same for our food we couldn't switch it to eating there. He mumbled something about it being restaurant's policy and was extremely rude to me. I guess they don't want repeat customers. I've never had an experience like that at another UNO's. Stopped in before heading back to the hotel next door. Can't say I was expecting too much, so I was neither disappointed or surprised by the food lol. Started off with the Baked Stuffed Mushrooms...kinda gross truthfully. It tasted like turkey stuffing in microwaved mushrooms. Sorry, not for me. Tried the Numero Uno Deep Dish Pizza ($11.79): Sausage, Pepperoni, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Chunky Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella & Romano Cheese. Call me crazy, but I think I liked the airport Uno pizza better! The crust here was a little drier and less buttery, but the toppings were good and tasty. Just the right size for a personal pizza. Also tried the Top Sirloin Cap Steak w/ Chimichurri ($16.99): Cilantro, Oregano, Italian Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice & Red Wine Vinegar. Steak was cooked perfectly, but still a little tough. Chimi didn't pack the punch it should have, but overall it was ok. Again, don't expect a steakhouse quality steak, and you'll be ok. I'd rather eat this over a Denny's steak for instance everyday of the week. I REALLY liked the dessert though! Uno Deep Dish Sundae ($5.49): Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Whipped Cream on a Freshly Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie. This was actually really good! I grew up in Chicago but haven't eaten deep dish in years. We went about 4pm so it wasn't busy at all. And we had a good experience: our server was friendly, the food came out quickly and it was good quality. My daughter and her friend had never had deep dish. Everyone liked their meals and the prices were reasonable. read more

We arrived last night 12/2/2023, there were 8 of us. We knew there was already an issue since my wife call the day before to make reservations, they put us down for 8, when we got there, they said they do not take reservations and it was probably someone new, luckily, they were not busy and were able to seat us. We sat and it took about 20 mins for a server to come over to take our drink order. we were ok with this at 1st since we just sat down and were talking. Another 20 mins go by and still no drinks, I looked and the bartender only had 5 people sitting and I also looked around and there were only about 10 tables with people and about 6 servers. Had to find the server and ask, when the drinks came over they were all wrong, she placed a couple of them and then took them back from us and brought them to another table, even more my son in law never got his and I had to ask again. Right away this was wrong, we ordered apps, they came out fine, we placed our meal orders and this took another 45 min. my wife complained to the manager and 5 min later he comes out with our food, wrong again, he started to place the meals and they were not what we ordered, He took them from us and brought them to another table. I grew up in the restaurant industry and when an order is wrong you make new, well this was not the case, even worse my grandson put his fork into the meal, the fork he used to eat his apps with, and the manager still brought it to another table. This was disgusting. After about another 20 mins our food was starting to come out, mine was 1st, the rest of the meals were about 10 mins later, I waited to eat with everyone so mine was getting cold. On the positive the food tasted great. Afterward the Server came over to ask if our grandson wanted a " make your own Sundae" we said yes, another 15 mins goes by and No Sundae, I mean how hard is it to put a scoop of Vanilla ice cream in a bowl and put the toppings in another plate for him to make his own, they did not even have to make it. I told the server to forget it and give me the bill, she brought it over and apologized and said have a good night, only apologized once the whole time. I still tipped her almost 20% because we all felt it was the Poor Management that let this happen. It seemed like the manager had no control over the place. We already complained to him, and he did not even come over at the end to ask if everything was Ok. We were out celebrating our granddaughters Xmas dance recital, which was ruined. We arrived at 8:35pm and did not get out of there until 10:30 pm, not because we wanted to be there that long, but because of negligence. Never again we will be going back there. I have been at this place many times before. My family loves the food here. Every time I have been here I have been mixed. Their burgers are ok but their chicken tastes off. My brother enjoyed my burger and the rest of my family enjoyed it today. In the picture I put you can see I got the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich. It turned out it was a grilled chicken sandwich. That's ok but the chicken tasted very chewy. The mozzarella sticks are good though. I don't know why I don't like this place much it just feels off but it seems like this in every unos I have been in. I feel like the menu is pretty inconsistent too. It is close to the basketball hall of fame and a hotel witch is cool but there is also some other good restaurants next to unos as well. I think unos is ok if you like the nice themed game in here or the crab dip. I like that unos also has live performances in there but I don't really feel this place. We ordered double order of wings and I received only 15 wings. 20 dollars for 15 wings is such bullcrap. The salad I requested no tomatoes due to an allergy and they still put it in the salad. Right when restaurants opened back up, i went here with a party of six (the max you could have) Our server Serena made our experience amazing: drinks flowing right as we needed them, all food came out with special accommodations such as no bacon for me (vegetarian) and special attention was made for a friend with a gluten allergy. I even met my current boyfriend there that night, and we go back time and time again thanks to the friendly staff. When I'm there even the manager Don comes up to the table and checks in to make sure everything is alright EVERY TIME! there's live music, sweet staff, and a great environment for friends family and dates. I have recently visited UNOs Pizzeria and I was extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Not only was the tables dirty ( several tables ) after switching tables approximately 4xs then notifying the employees about the issue they were rude and showed no initiative to clean or correct the issue . The utensils were beyond filthy as well . Each set they bring out had food stuck to it or stains on it . So we used plastic utensils . We have been to many UNO's restaurants, and thought we would give this one a try since it was attached to our hotel. We ordered drinks, then dinner. Our food was delivered after about 45 minutes, and my son found a large bug in his salad. It was disgusting. We told the server, who was great, and went and got his manager. She came over and said she would comp our meal 20%, and make a new salad. After we said we didn't want to eat any of the food, she was more concerned with getting the food off of the table so we didn't continue eating it. This Uno's is in a convenient location off Rt. 91 near the border of CT and MA. During nice weather, there is a large patio area that has live music. The food's pretty good (yes, I know it's a chain, but come on Yelpers don't be such snobs), full bar and the service is generally fast and friendly. It's great for larger groups to hang out, drink, listen to music... and you can go to Cold Stone for dessert if you don't feel like theirs. A nice stop after a trip to the Basketball Hall of Fame, too. It's a pizzeria but the menu has a wide variety so it should be easy to find something that will make everyone happy... pizza, burgers, pasta, lots of appetizer choices. We assumed there wasn't any space outdoors, so we just went with it. The server was very nice, but nice can only carry you so far. We ordered drinks and our meals at the same time. I wish I would've timed it, but it took forever for our drinks to arrive. And then it was just the water and non-alcoholic drinks. Those of us that ordered drinks from the bar had to wait even longer. We ordered our food and continued to enjoy the drinks and conversation. However, the food was taking a long time to arrive at the table so we ordered a second round ... which took a long time to arrive. Finally the food came to the table. That's when the hot mess began. One of our party asked for the tortellini with extra sauce. When it arrived, there was no extra sauce. One member ordered the same dish, but didn't request extra sauce. When it arrived, I had practically no sauce - pretty much just pasta. One asked me if my pizza was cold because her's was. One said the 'shroom pizza was flavorless. We had to wait a good 5 minutes for parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes. The member of our party that received the sauce less pasta sent it back and asked for a thin crust cheese pizza. She got a pizza - with extra, extra cheese. But the dough was not fully cooked. So for the second time, this member of our party sent her meal back simply asking to have it placed back in the oven a little longer. When the pizza returned - uncooked. She didn't eat and just gave up, stopping at another restaurant on the way back to the hotel for food. We asked for checks and it took 20 minutes for them to arrive. While we waited, we were "entertained" by some woman in the kitchen screaming at the staff. Very nice. Other diners at the table even made a comment about it. When the checks arrived, they were incorrect, and when asked, the server told us she was "locked out of the system and couldn't type in anything and her supervisor had to type things in." What???? What does that mean? Why are you telling us that? How does that keep the checks from being correct? I can go on, believe it or not, but I'm honestly tired of typing. The raw pizza was comped, but the manager never, ever came to the table to apologize. In my experience, if the service and food falls short, the manager comes to the table to apologize and work to fix the issue. But in our case - nothing. The manager sent our server to deal with it. If you are only looking for a live music venue and the random drink on a Friday night, then check this place out. The music sounded pretty good as we were leaving ... If you want properly prepared food and attentive service, go to McDonald's, not this place. read more
