He always takes such great care of us and makes us feel genuinely welcomed every time we walk in. He's always smiling, has such a positive attitude, and somehow makes even a quick margarita stop feel like something we look forward to. It's rare to find someone who is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems happy to take care of their guests. Great service can completely change the experience of going somewhere, and he definitely does that for us. He's become part of the reason this is one of our regular spots. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

No matter how busy, the wait is never long but your food is made to order. They have an abundant salsa bar and, if you sit outside, an employee is cooking up something on a plancha.
