Cooking the tortilla on my own!

Food is good, service is not. Every time I ask for the tortilla to be well done, seems like I specifically ask for a raw tortilla. Cashier is always in a bad mood and disregards all instructions on food requests. I have given up on this place! Had to cook the tortilla at home.

This location is centrally located in Goodyear. They have a small drive-through and the location is actually a lot smaller than most locations I have been to. But overall they have all the yummy fast food Mexican food expect from every other Ramiros. I usually always go for the same carne asada tacos or asada burritos. I've also tried their custom made breakfast burritos are the best because you can actually put in exactly what you want. Personally I start with the flower tortilla scrambled eggs carne asada pico de gallo avocado cotija cheese and of course their red salsa, it is so so good you have to try it. I didn't give it more stars because The location is pretty old. You can see the worn down tables, floors and even bathrooms. Also, The prices are a bit more than your usual fast food, in my opinion it's the same quality as every other fast food place. There's a family owned Mexican restaurant around the corner from here and they have real homemade options not just the usual menu. Their prices are better and they get a full house every day. Either way, hopefully they'll take the extra cash and give the place a little renovation.

The Phoenix area has many taco shops but most are average at best. Ramiro's was a pleasant surprise and worthy of repeat visits. The biggest positive at Ramiro's were the women that worked the morning shift. They were energetic and happy which in turn was expressed in the quality of food here. It tasted great. - Better quality. - CLEAN. - Popular with trade workers. - Full menu available for breakfast.

Ordered the steak egg and cheese breakfast burrito. Decent amount of food but zero flavor. Wish they would add some beans to this burrito because of how dry and flavorless it is.

Overall food wise pretty average Mexican food- tried the shrimp and fish tacos/burritos. The strength of this restaurant is the great price points, and speed, you can walk in and order and it'll be hot and ready quickly. Solid spot for a quick bite.

For those complaining about the price, what do you expect?!?! Go to Filiberto's and be a negative Nancy if you want "cheap" food with no love, no intention, and no happiness. The fish tacos are TRUE CALI fish tacos. Fresh fish, FRIED PERFECTLY. The sneaky menu item is the wings. Fried perfectly and huge. Perfect for football season. Do not doubt this place, do not question whether or not you should come here. Quite literally everything is good, and the menu has such a variety that you'll find something that works for you, and yes it will be good. And I'm completely serious when I say this - if someone complains about the food they're wack.

Cooked perfectly to a medium, the combination of the fried onion ring, barbecue sauce, and ciabatta bread made every bite a hit. They even went above and beyond with the birthday cake. I ordered the chilaquiles. The chilaquiles themselves were excellent. The flavor was robust, the sauce was smooth, and the chips held their texture surprisingly well. Unfortunately, that's where the meal began to lose momentum. The beans were watery and the flavor just wasn't right. The rice appeared to be basmati rice with dehydrated peas and carrots mixed in. I took a few bites and ultimately left both sides untouched. My wife ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito. We were surprised to learn it used mozzarella cheese rather than Oaxacan cheese. Different, but not necessarily bad. What caught us off guard was the inclusion of red bell peppers throughout the burrito, which wasn't disclosed on the menu. Again, not a deal breaker, but something worth noting. The potatoes were also a bit firm and could have benefited from a few more minutes on the griddle. The shining star of the meal was the blueberry pancakes. These are true pancakes--not diner-style flapjacks--and they were absolutely loaded with blueberry compote, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. The portion was large enough for all three of my children to share, and they disappeared quickly. Will I return? Possibly. There were some genuinely good flavors present, and everything appeared to be cooked with care. My concerns were more about flavor inconsistencies and communication than poor execution. I want to support local businesses, and there was enough potential here that I would be willing to give Chido MX another try.

You order at the counter and the food comes out to the table. You can tell this place is family owned. The owners, whom I assumed were there tonight, were lovely people. While we waited, the woman who took our order brought out a basket of chips with refried beans and fresco queso on top with a side of salsa. Woah! What? Epic. But wait! A few minutes later, a precious girl with the most warm inviting, and beautiful smile came out with 2 warm, homemade corn tortillas, with salsa and cheese for us. These were just complimentary extras we didn't expect at all. Soo good. The restaurant is a humble place. Cute, clean, inviting and roomy. There is an inside seating area and an outdoor section. Someone was grilling meat out front. I think, the owner. I ordered a chili relleno combo. It comes with rice, beans, tortillas, and a drink. Hubs ordered two carne asada tacos, and a carne asada sope. I didn't try anything my husband ordered. ( I was laser focused on my meal lol) But it looked really good. He said, you can tell, they make their food with love. Yes, yes, yes, you can. My dish, was the best chili relleno I have had the entire 5 yrs I have been living in AZ. And the beans were phenomenal. Honestly, I prefer eating at places like this. We came for an impromptu date night. I can say it was one of the best meals and date nights I've had in a while. Thank you. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

Hubby ordered the 2 Cheese Enchiladas and I got the Large Taco Plate (I chose Carnitas and Al Pastor). They were served alongside rice and beans. The beans were nice and runny with cheese melted over. Hubby really enjoyed his enchiladas...they looked good, too. I asked for no cilantro (not a fan), so they doubled down on the onions, I guess. So many onions, I could barely make out what was in my tacos...LOL! After getting rid of some of them, I dug in. The tortillas were a bit dense, so I ended up taking the meats out of them and mixing it up with the rice/beans. The Carnitas were very tender, as was the Al Pastor.
