Ghost Tree put us in the back party room which held much more seating that we required, but her purpose was to give us privacy which was beautiful. I would have liked to see some beers with more unique flavors or sours, but that's my own personal preference. What a treat. The place is amazing. Good beer and great food. Better yet, the people are amazing. Larry the owner/ brewer was so great and easy to talk too. His wife is amazing and is the real boss. We arrived a half hour before the band started and was able to get a table in the patio area. They had heaters setup to help warm it up. Our group tried some of the beer options. I had the seltzer and it was tasty. The menu is mostly paninis, pizza and hot dogs. Since it was busy some of the food took awhile to come out. They give you a pager for the food and you pick it up at a window. They have a full bar in the event you are not a beer drinker. The staff is friendly and helpful. The brewery is so popular it is often hard to find a spot to park. Their lot is usually full and we have to park around back and walk. When we were there one person parked his SUV on the grass between tables and the patio. Staff made an announcement that he had to move. In addition there were so many small children running around. One boy was climbing on the railing and my seat. His parents were not watching him. It happened multiple times. Sibling Revelry advertises a family friendly environment, but some parents are not watching their children. I would definitely choose another brewery with a more laid back feel and less commotion.
