Gosh, what a beautiful place! Mosaic Brewing is located in a neighborhood of Cleveland that overlooks the city skyline in the distance. It's on a bike path, and in a quiet neighborhood with historic homes and plenty of parking. The brewery is some kind of old industrial building, which is even more noticeable inside. All modern and redone, each floor has some special draw, with a typical brewery bar and seating on the first floor and in what used to be a loading dock, games and and another bar on the second floor, and amazing rooftop seating area on the roof. We opted for the latter, and got lucky with a table to enjoy your glowingly beautiful beers accompanied by the sunset. On our visit, it was bingo night and clearly a SUPER popular place to be. The lines were long, servers rushing around, but still the bartenders were friendly and happy to serve in a calm manner. Their beers are excellent quality as well, and reasonably priced. Restrooms are in the basement. The only negative is accessibility for people and even strollers, so you may want to check on that before coming. Yum!!! Had a really nice experience here with my boyfriend. We were able to snag bar seats on a Friday night which actually ended up being nice because we had a server instead of using the QR code Started off with a strawberry lime margarita and my bf got some sort of purple gin drink, both of which I was really impressed by considering they were pre-batched and on tap. He also got a couple beers he enjoyed. We ordered a pretzel and the towpath pepperoni pizza with pimento cheese and both were great! I wish the dips and the pickled veggies that came with the pretzel were a little bigger each, and the pizza was just very rich since it had the pimento cheese on it, but everything was very very tasty. This neighborhood brewery features crafted unfiltered lagers and ales located right off the Towpath Trail in Tremont! We ordered at the bar and headed to the patio! The bartender gave excellent recommendations and there was plenty of seating available and umbrellas for some shade. Came here for the patio. It's on the rooftop. We were in the area and we looked at the menu and options and decided to hang out here. Cool place. The World Cup was in swing so lots of people were watching the TV's with the games on. We were in the minority but all of us on the patio were. LOL! We opted for the view and the patio. It is a great view of Cleveland. But main floor was TV's and soccer. You order everything at the bar. Food and drink. For 2 ciders, 2 wraps 1 BLT and 1 turkey it was $45. The cider was good. They had a lot of beer and other drink options. Honestly a good selection. Go to the website to check it out. The BLT and turkey wraps came with chips and it was all just OK. Not bad. Not fantastic. They bring you your food. So we ate by the best view. Super nice clear day and just kinda relaxed with our food and drinks. Parking is along the street. Parallel parking anywhere along the street. Service was good. Besides placing the order and bringing food you don't interact with staff too much. We ate hung out with our drinks and spent time looking at the view. It's a cool place. Conceptually I love having a Tremont neighborhood bar. The people are really friendly, the space is open, and there's a rooftop for the summer! I did really enjoy the black eyes hummus, very well seasoned. The pizza was very average. But tbh for a new brewery, not bad. I recommend some tweaks on the food though. read more

Great brewery! The staff was very helpful. We were able to taste a few beers before selecting one. Everything is order at counter but they give you a number and food is delivered to the table. They had draft cocktails along with beer so a nice selection even for nonbeer drinkers. We shared two pizzas and they were delicious, great flavors! The main floor has large tables, brewing equipment and TVs. There is a nice rooftop deck area, two flights of stairs, with a nice view of downtown Cleveland. This was my first time at Mosaic and I'll definitely be back. You order at the bar, the staff made sure our drinks were served quickly as well as our food. Happy to learn they serve more than their website shares. Their board shows cocktails, wine, cider, and seltzers with classic and rotating beers. We went to Mosaic Brewing Company about 9 days after it opened. It was very busy. We had to park several blocks away to find a spot. It was a nice walk to the Brewery. We waited in line to order and were given a number to take to our table. Staff delivered our food quickly. Despite being a new establishment the staff seemed to be working very well together. It was very busy. We were lucky to get a table downstairs. There is an upstairs seating area in addition to the deck. Next time we visit I would love to sit on the deck. The views of downtown are supposed to be amazing. After being seated you cannot order from your table so you don't have to stand in line. We sat by the brewing area and there was not much decor. They did have lots of merchandise and I liked being in a historic building. read more

Not going to lie. I was looking forward to adding this to my monthly Cleveland brewery loop from Pittsburgh but from the start felt very unwelcome. Ordered a flight and who I assumed to be the brewmaster started going off on a rant about dads who need a hobby that feel the need to rate beer by giving out "bottle caps" when they never brewed (referring to Untappd). I ignored. Asked if rooftop was open to grab a photo and they said they would check...never did. So no city view flight photo which I enjoy taking. Crapped on Ill will for "ninja turtle beer" bc they brew something other than the classics that is working for them in a wild period in the market. I showed them the photo trying to reiterate that I was trying to take a photo for them outside but it triggered that reply instead. Tested another patrons knowledge of beer by asking about their home brew system to assess their worthiness of giving an opinion. If you're a week old brewery, it's probably not the best play to crap on your patrons trying to promote your business. I wish them the best but will not be back. read more

I was really excited about having a new brewery in town, especially in the Tremont area and I was not disappointed after my first visit! I went opening night and the line was almost out the door, which was cool to see the community show up. I didn't have any food, but tried the Mosaic Krush hazy ipa and I enjoyed it. I was disappointed they didn't have any of their own sours since those are my favorite, but they did have one from Urban Artifact. I do wish there was more variety and fun flavors of beer, but I was happy with the one I ordered. There are quite a few places to sit and the patio has an awesome view of the city! In town from Tacoma, WA and felt it was worth walking through the rain to try a local brewery when visiting Cleveland. I was surprised to hear they have only even open for 6 months. It has the vibe of an established neighborhood brew pub. For those like me, who want to try a variety of beers the fact that they have 5 oz pours is a plus. Tried the Hazy IPA, fruited sour, smoke polish and stout. The stout was a little light for my taste but the others hit the right note. Fisnishes with the Ernest pub ale and the red ale. First three were my favorite but glad I tried all six. read more

really enjoyed my time at mosaic. staff is friendly and the general manager was around checking on guests. the food was really really good. the pizza was reminiscent of edison's and the perfect size. i also really enjoyed the pretzel. not too crazy noisy during saturday dinner time. lots of families, some young kids. it's a great new neighborhood spot that i trust will become a neighborhood institution in no time. it fits the area well and wow is the building beautiful and in a great location. my only critique was that i would have preferred a sever as opposed to ordering via a QR code. i know you can go up to the bar, but that was not really my vibe either. just would have liked some drink suggestions upon sitting down especially given it is a new spot. overall, worth checking out for sure! read more

I went there on Mother's Day. The advertisement said there would be a DJ spending vinyls. That wasn't any DJ The bartender says something about licensing. I walked around and found a seat and and ordered and everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese. I also add a funky salad. The bagel was overcooked over toasted close to burned. For the people considering a full experience this may not be their place. Self service ordering through a QR code. No greetings from staff members prior walking in. We order a pizza and a salad. Nobody checked in on us if anything was needed or even checking in regards food and beverage feedback. Considering business being open since October 2025, you would love to hear feedback specially on the food which it was below average. It's one of those places where you have to either go up and order or order through their app. No waiters or waitresses. Just food & drink runners.
