They came across as dismissive and rude, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The store has a solid selection overall, but they're often out of recent Magic: The Gathering sets, which can be frustrating for regular players. While some of the patrons are friendly, there are a few individuals who create a hostile and uncomfortable environment toward certain customers, and management does nothing to address it. It's disheartening to see that kind of behavior tolerated. This could be one of the best game stores in the area if management took professionalism and inclusivity seriously -- but until that happens, I can't recommend it.

Also the stuffed wolf that latched onto my hand and wouldn't let go. Vegetarians and human rights activists should stay out and hunters and lovers of fur, run inside and spend a paycheck.

This store had an amazing selection of creatures - mostly real taxidermy (I don't recall a lot of rogue taxidermy, but I think there may have been a few.) This store also sold some hides. It also had a nice selection of smaller items, ranging from unique cards to dreamweavers to other oddities, like coon picks (google that!) This store is definitely worth a stop while you're in Ketchikan - and allow yourself at least 30 minutes to visit - it's a good-sized shop with a lot worth seeing.

Unknown if they are only opened during high cruising season. Looking through the gate and windows, it looks like they have plenty of space for customers to browse but only having a limited view, fabrics on display looked like fabrics I could buy near home. The sales associate was fantastic. She read us perfectly, let us browse, and only stepped in when it made sense. Ended up buying a beautiful custom gold ring with a stunning quartz crystal and gold veining running through it, plus matching diamonds on the sides--my birthstone. My fiancée also got a gorgeous matching quartz pendant with diamonds. Both pieces are absolutely beautiful and we love them. Highly recommend this place. Great staff, beautiful work, zero pressure. One very impressive shop is on the corner of the famous Creek street…read more The shop is uniquely Alaska. Everything I looked through was actually made here with materials farmed here. I didn't mind a higher price knowing it helped sustain the Alaskan economy. Mrs. E. found plenty of clever uses of metal, wood, glass and fabric. That is to say she managed to drop $150 in the shop. This is the only place in town that I could find themed guitar picks. Understand, I don't play them, I arrange and secure them (usually in a flower pattern) to hard cardboard and make small shadow boxes. Today, all the picks featured pictures and the words "Ketchikan, Alaska". A great conversation piece for my wall. The ladies that run the shop are truly wonderful souls and we loved helping them out. 08/23
