My car was hit by a truck tire complete with attached axle and brake rotor on the interstate while heading to work, disabling the car completely. I called the body shop ahead of my arrival with the tow truck and they were very accommodating while I was dealing with the tow as well as with insurance. Insurance ended up totaling out the car due to the extent of the damage (the tire hit the car so hard it shattered the battery and severed the cord for the airbags, so none of them went off). When I came to collect my belongings out of my car, staff was very helpful, removed my license plates for me and shared their shock and awe at what happened to me and that I was okay. Next, sales. Rick Katz called me and offered up some replacement vehicles, including the newer version of the vehicle that was killed by the tire. Rick was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, offering different options without being pushy or aggressive, extremely key for me. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, it wasn't through any fault of Rick's and he worked hard to get my business. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Ten days later I called Sales Mgr Randy Tennies, told him what I was looking for. He said he had exact car, it would be on his lot in a couple days and he'd call me. He didn't call or return my calls. Went to Boucher and in 2 days drove off with new lease, $32/mo less than Tennies quoted.
