The only thing he said is that there was a minor fender bender that was 100% fixed. But six months after I bought the car my son said hey mom the whole front of your car is falling off. I needed an oil I made an appointment to get that done and talk about the front end of my car. long story short. I was there for an oil change and supposedly all they had to do was to get clips to put the front end back on. I was there for six hours and nothing ever happened. He kept lying to me saying that he was calling this place and that place, but he didn't know about me as I knew owners of those places because of my own business and I called there and they said no one ever called and the reality is he could've walked across the street to a Nissan dealer and gotten those clips done but he did absolutely nothing . I used to like Carmax I would never go there again!!! I did go to a Nissan dealer to get rid of that car and they did give me a fair price thankfully and purchased a brand new Nissan Murano through Rosen. Rosen has excellent service all the way around, good pricing excellent to negotiate with too.

New ‼WARNING‼My mom got her car repaired there. And they did…read morea terrible job and refuse to give her money back. She told them she needed a replacement engine and heater fixed. They told her after looking at the car it was not her engine but instead something else. She paid the down payment of $1000 for the work to began, she gets a call from them saying that it was indeed her engine after all because it clunked out on them on a test drive. Frustrated She told them keep $500 on good faith and give her $500 back and she will come and get her car. They told her if she can come up with $2500 they will replace the engine. Against her better judgment She trusted them and agreed. She gets her car and it's driving terrible, not picking up speed, all the icons on the dash are on which were not there before and her heater stopped working soon after. She expressed all this to the auto shop. They said they will "take a look at it" But at this point she just don't trust them anymore with her car. She asked for a refund of any sort, the manager Edgar refused and said take him to court. And the thing is my mom had purchased a car from them in the past that's why she felt comfortable going back to them. It's a shame they did her like this. My mom is over 60. Taking advantage of an elder is crazy. Jesus seen what they did and they will have to answer to God.

Dealer guaranteed that this car was good condition, no accident history in carfax. - Dealer didnt give remote entry that he promised -Within 3 days break issues, - in a week car cannot go over 70MPH, this doesn't occur all time happens randomly. -Oil leaks Here comes the fun part, Driving over 70mph makes car shake and halt. none of the mechanic could identify the issue and almost all told me that it will cost me more to debug issue as this is random and sometimes occurs sometimes doesnt. I was trying to sell the car and discovered the fact via a buyer that this car was in accident , has door replaced, chassis bent and god know what else. it just looks nice from outside. So please avoid buying from this CON ARTIST dealer. and save yourself from trouble.
