The Chicago-style hot dog was good and I really enjoyed the thin crust pizza! I got the Gangland pizza and I have to say it was a really solid pizza. I've come here a couple times with the family and I'm usually underwhelmed. This past time I hadn't been in a while and I came in with an open mind but it's still just a mediocre experience for me. Starting off the parking lot is extremely limited. We came here for a family member's birthday and it was impossible to find a place to park. We had to circle several times before something opened up. I even called and asked where we should park if we couldn't find a spot in the lot and I was basically told "I don't know." I was almost ready to give up but luckily I didn't. On our third cycle through we found a spot. As for the food I got a chicken salad, which was just okay. I also got breadsticks and asked for a side of meat sauce that usually comes with the pasta. I was hoping that the meat sauce would be a little bit more meaty but it honestly tasted like marinara with very light meat essence. My husband got the baked pasta and was also disappointed at the lack of meat sauce in the dish. As for the service there's only one person working the restaurant, which means it took her a while to come over to our table and to get our food. Also remember that this place is cash only so factor that in when you come to dine here. Ambiance was fine. Restaurant isn't too loud at least. read more

Had lunch this afternoon at Untouchables and it was very nice!!! Our server was very friendly and helpful, along with making sure we had everything we needed during our time there!! The restaurant looks great and festive with all the Christmas decorations throughout the inside!! Food was reasonable and also served hot!!! It's always a pleasant experience dining here!! Buckle up - ordered a large pizza on the phone for carryout (pepperoni and black olives). Paid with a $100 bill - went home and started eating. First off, the pizza is great - I've been local in the area and have had this pizza before, so I don't have any criticisms against the food. It's square cut, sure, but the flavor is good and the crust is crunchy. Got a call maybe 15 minutes later saying that I had paid with a fake $100 bill and that I needed to come back immediately to sort it out. Went back, gave them another $100 bill, we settled - it seemed strange to me, only because the $100 bills I had received from a casino; it would be unusual for them to print me a fake $100. The next day I got a call from the restaurant saying that another patron had come in and explained that he was the one who had given them a fake $100 bill. So they called me back saying I should come get my other $100 and also a free pizza. All this to say, I'm very grateful to the staff for their service - they could've kept my $100 and scammed me, but they didn't. They did right by me and even offered me an additional free pizza. When I went back to get my pizza that afternoon, there was another patron seated at the bar already - he remembered me from the night previously. I'm glad I'm not the only local who recognizes that this spot is worth the trouble - haha! read more

The ambiance here is super cute, as it is themed to be like the movie The Untouchables, so there is lots of memorabilia and themed items all around. The food is pretty good, though not my favorite Italian food. The sauce doesn't cling to the pasta very well, and I wished there was some sauce on top of the eggplant itself. However, the eggplant was very crispy and cooked perfectly. The breadsticks here are really tasty too, so my main complaint is the sauce (which is flavorful, just not my favorite texture-wise). Quaint little Italian joint playing the Untouchables movie in the dining room. Good server & pretty fast service but we were there at 4:30. Pizza was great, cheesy & little greasy with nice crust. Eggplant dinner was huge & well cooked. Wish I got that instead of chick parm sandwich, which was in broiler too long b/c bread was too crunchy like crouton & chicken was dried out. Plus not hardly any sauce to make up for it. Really had to choke that thing down. Avoid this & just get the chick parm dinner. Bread sticks were good & flavorful. Ok, the atmosphere is pretty great -- very on-brand with the Untouchables/Chicago vibe, and very cozy. The servers were incredibly friendly, and very attentive overall. We were in on Halloween, and it was super crowded. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, and I'd say at least 30 minutes for our meal to come out (we had a party of 8). Despite those wait times, I'm still giving this place a 5. Why? Because I had THE BEST CALZONE I've ever had in my life here, and it's not even close. I wish I'd taken a picture, but these things are HUGE. And they come with a side a spaghetti (which is also very good). I had the pizza calzone, and it had this incredible salty sweetness to it. I'd highly, highly, highly recommend it. Go hungry or be ready to share -- it's massive! Overall this place is super charming with great food. I'm looking forward to going back already! read more

Untouchables has been a favorite dining experience of me and my brother since high school. Their calzones are so super big. You will eat it for days. But it is amazing. Their lasagna is really good, according to my tween daughter. Their pizza is fantastic. They can get crowded and usually they do have one or two servers. But they do an amazing job making sure everyone has what they need. The restaurant is cash only. They do have an atm machine inside if you forget. We come from Tampa because we love it here. On a personal note, this was my brother's favorite place to go as a teen and young adult. Because the food is massive and it is inexpensive and it tastes amazing. Every year they welcome our family as we celebrate his Heavenly Birthday. His passing was very unexpected. Untouchables has been very good to us. Can't beat their amazing food. Best place ever. I've been wanting to visit here for a while and wish I could give them a better review. I got their "mobster" supreme pizza and stuffed shells for take out. The Chicago thin crust was pretty good, though the crust was a bit softer and less crispy in the center than I am used to. They are very generous with their toppings. The actual stuffed shells themselves were tasty also. The problem? Their sauce is super sweet! I mean almost like "ketchup sweet!" The hubby has been talking about this place for a few weeks, so we decided to stop in for lunch. The salad was so-so, I mean, how much can you do with lettuce and veggies anyway? Bill had the meatballs which were very good. Juicy and tasty! There come the main course. Makes me wish I had skipped the appetizer. The strmboli was HUGE and oh so delicious. I had to sneak a few bites when Bill stopped to breathe, which was not often. I ate the entire bowl of stuffed shells although I was stuffed as well. All in all, it's worth the trip!
