I heard about Bro's for a while and finally made a visit. Wow! I should have visited a lot sooner! I picked up just a simple 20" pepperoni pizza. My pizza was hot and ready when I arrived, and the service was fast and very friendly. Like others have said, this is one of the very best true NY style pizzas in our area. It had an excellent, floppy and foldable crust, a tasty sauce you knew was there, and plenty of toppings and cheese. So far, my favorite NY style has been that grumpy "Brooklyn" guy on Ulmerton road. Things are still going great for Bro's Pizzeria in Largo. We stopped by for dinner and we were not disappointed with the entire experience. We both ordered their Caesar salads. They were great. For entrées, we ordered the Veal Marsala with linguine and the Sausage Rustica with penne. The entrées came with two garlic knots each. Both meals were good-sized portions, too. I have an hour commute home but this place has been my lil touch of NY Pizza. They not only sell pizza but other Italian dishes along with a full bar. The services are wonderful and fun to be around which make the service amazing. It's also nice and laid back so you can come in solo, a date or even your family. I was craving pizza but don't live nearby so I relied on Yelp to help. I prefer thin crust and this place delivered. Not just thin but crispy to perfection. I tried a plain slice to review a regular flavor. It was just OK but great crunchy crust. I love white pizza which is just mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Their white pizza has tomato slices and spinach which makes it look like a Margherita pizza named after an Italian Queen. That being said, this slice was delicious! The service was great. At times, a little too great with the interruptions. The food was not great. The square pizza was all bread with very little toppings. They took it back and off our bill which was very much appreciated. We also ordered a round pizza which was much better. The garlic rounds were almost tasteless and burned on the bottom. Food was not that great. From the burnt cheese triangle appetizer to the lasagna doused in garlic like they were trying to cover something up.Service was horrible, our waiter seemed to be doing all of the tables in the dining room. I felt bad for him while there were 4 other waitresses who seemed to care more about their social lives than their jobs. I asked one of them passing by if they could get us 4 to go containers. She says " sure no problem" ,as if i was bothering her, so i watch her go in the back and she continues with her social life forgets about us. Some other waitress drops them off doesn't say a word. Well here we are again after another cathartic visit with my Dear Mother. Visiting here has become our reward to self for having to put up with her nonsense. Anyway, Ms Jennifer was on duty and the regular solicitous service continued per usual. Moving thru the appetizers we decided upon fried zucchini this trip. It was definitely hand made and freshly prepared; not off the old Sysco truck! Lightly breaded half discs and chunks of aforementioned gourd were nice and hot. A rather odd but still yummy accompaniment was/is Cajun ranch dressing. I'd be happy with marinara too, especially since they dump grated Romano on top of the dish. So what next? Why Uncle Frank as usual. Again, this bugger is the closest I've found to a good NYC pie since I've been on these sun soaked shores. We easily woulda been okay with a 12" pie, but I love reheated pizza as a quick lunch or even a good bachelor breakfast. Beats the crap out of soft boiled eggs and toasted Wonder Bread any day! Papa who? If you live in Pinellas county and are still picking up your pizza from those chains whose name we won't say, then you are seriously missing out. When it comes to a typical pizza night, Bro you gotta go here! And if you have somebody who isn't feeling the pizza vibe they have an entire menu including an amazing penne vodka and saltimbocca. After finding Bro's my once would eat any pizza kid is now a pizza snob Lol There are now only 3 pizza places she will eat and Bro's is her favorite Bro's is probably the closest to NY pizza in the area. The location on east bay in largo has a nice sized restaurant if you are tired of picking up take out. No delivery service though. :( My advice to the owner is make this location available on door dash or Uber eats especially since Cristino's is. I wasn't able to find it. Prices are reasonable. Food is good. Ambiance is chill. First time eating inside last night and our server Anthony was phenomenal. Some fan faves: Pepperoni Pizza Alfredo Pizza BBQ chicken pizza Penne Vodka Cesar salad The only thing I've eaten here that I didn't like was the garlic rolls which is a shame Inside is a little stuffy and could use better ventilation so if you are sensitive or asthmatic maybe keep that in mind if wanting to eat inside. The decor was big yet cozy with a full bar. There are happy hour specials Mon through Thursday from 5-7 PM with $3 wells. There was a live band playing jazz. The garlic knots met my expectations and was warm and toasty drizzled in olive oil and marinara sauce. The baked ziti was slightly not as al dente as I preferred but still good. Just a heads up, this place seems to attract an older crowd. But food was good with reasonable prices. read more

Second day in a row we have come here. What does THAT tell ya? What can I say, but DAAAAAAAAAAAAYUM! The food in this place is unsuspectingly delicious! We've passed by it for over a year thinking it was just another pizza joint. They have a full bar and able to make my dranks!!! Today, we had the lasagna and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Very good pizza. We've never eaten Bro's Pizza before. We ordered the bro's special. The crust is fairly thin. All ingredients were good. We added some garlic rolls on the side. The rolls comes with a dipping sauce. Rolls are kind of tricky to dip, but the combo is tasty. We had the chocolate chip cake for dessert. It's delicious. We've never had this cake before, but it was very tasty. All of our order was very good. Price is typical of pizzeria pricing. Staff is very friendly. We did carry out, but there seemed to be sufficient space for sit down customers. Service is quick after ordering. read more

We had the pizza. The waitress was amazing filled our glasses without asking, gave us extra ice. Awesome. The chicken wings were average size and lightly seasoned with Parmesan and garlic with a touch of lemon. We got a 20" pizza half tree hugger and half meat lovers pizza. They chopped the vegetables so we could it without trailing onions or peppers. Just enough sauce not overloaded. Thin crust which was crispy but had a slight chew. It was delicious.
