Also ordered a spanakopita - Greek phyllo dough w spinach and feta filling. OMG/ was the worst I've ever had. Was not freshly made. Strong flavor of being reheated in an oily pan- flat and mushy/ very strong flavor. Could not eat it. Served wrapped in aluminum foil! Even my hubby took a bite and spit it out. I live near by Oueen pizza about a mile away. I,m a single man. I was ordering a few times a week. I like the food. They delivered. most times my bill was $19.00. Plus I would tip the Driver. Then all of a sudden they went to a $20,00 for deliveries. I stopped going there. I'm a senior on fixed income. I don't have a car. To bad they got greedy. They lost a good customer. read more

I don't know why I never think to leave a review for Queen's Pizza, I guess because it's just part of our everyday life? Last night my bestie and I met for wine, pizza, and a side of fries....no side eye from the waitress when we ordered fries! Bonus! The pizza was great, as always, the fries were amazing! I literally could have just had the fries! And Tuesday is 2 for 1 Greek day...so my son got 2 gyros...exactly as I ordered them. (No tomatoes, sauce on the side to go). You would be suprised how often the to go order gets messed up! We were not rushed, they were a little busy but it wasn't loud, you couldn't hear the conversation in the booth behind you. We have gotten take out from their Tarpon location as well, and it was easy, quick and hot. I highly recommend checking out this local, family owned place. Its a gem off the beaten path. read more

I absolutely love this pizza! Queen's special is my favorite, but I think I've tried all of them at one time or another. The crust is amazing. The toppings are plentiful and the flavors . It's really easy to tell that the ingredients are the best! Not just some canned toppings. I'll admit that the ambience is more older people, but being an older person, that's fine with me. It's not . It's easy to converse and the weight staff are on it! Casual, but excellent dining. No attitude! Love it! read more

I went to Queen's Pizza in Clearwater for lunch with family members. I ordered the gluten-free cheese pizza and specifically asked the waitress to ensure that the cheese was not burnt. Unfortunately, the pizza was served burnt. This was not the first time it happened; I previously experienced the same issue when ordering takeout. On that occasion, I had them remake the pizza, but this time I chose not to, as it would have arrived after everyone else had finished their meal. Staying with relatives, they mentioned the pizza was good here. False information, the pizzas were undercook and full of cheese. Could have made another pizza with the excess amount of cheese. Our server was gracious in handling a group of about 16 in the private room. It took quite a while but she was pleasant and patient. The vegetable pizza was delicious. It tastes even better cold. I took home chicken souvlaki, also very good, and pastitsio. The food is homestyle, the restaurant run by a local family. Support local! My wife saw this as we were passing by, so the next day we decided to place an order, and it's the best thing we did because this pizza is amazing! We have found a serious gem for some amazing pizza. This place never disappoint. I've never gone back to order from those big company pizza places. The pizzas they have are one of the best in the area in my opinion. My wife usually does not eat the crusts on her pizza but she does from Queen's. It's crunchy outside but yet soft inside. Along with the pizza we all order the Greek salad. One small order is enough for two maybe three people. My wife usually orders ranch and eat the pizza with it. She learned that their house Greek salad dressing (Yummers btw) goes very well with the pizza. She liked it so much that she ordered a bottle for next time we order a pizza. They have other food items too that i have tried and all are great in taste and portions!!! Highly recommend this place for your next pizza order. Plus it helps support the local business. read more

Use Clearwater location for delivery each time I'm in town. My Mom loves the rice pudding so I stock her up on it. We've ordered pizza, linguini, salads, soups, desserts. The meatball sandwich is a feast and served on ciabata bread.Fries come with the sandwiches. The pizza is slightly different than a traditional Italian American pizza but is still good & with extra cheese. I've come here several times after swimming down the road at the Long Center. The food is always good and the service is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful when ordering. I've had a sub, pizza, and Greek salad - not all at once...though... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! Ha. We went this weekend with friends - what a great little find and Katie our server was simply fantastic. We asked Katie what the popular dishes were and she walked us through the menu hitting on numerous options. We started with the Queens combo appetizer with three sauces - a deep fried delight! Everything was hot and fresh and the garlic Parmesan dressing they make there is fantastic- OMG - you could drink this. Three of us got pizza and one pasta - pizza crust was crispy and lots of topping (I personally recommend the Queen's Special) and great sauce. The size of the pasta order could probably feed 3 people. Again it was hot, fresh and tasty. Just an excellent find - we will definitely be back. Katie made the night, she checked on us frequently, made great recommendations and put up with me asking questions. Kudos to Katie for her excellent service. Nowhere else has the delicious unique "Queen's Special" pizza. Toppings fully cover the whole top surface of the pizza. Never hungry after eating a piece or two - very filling. The left overs are just as tasty the next days if you store them in fridge covered with plastic. It's not cheap, but it's the best, most filling and most unique pizza in the area! read more

We ordered a 2 salads, soup and garlic knots. We received the order an hour later. When we received the order we had no silverware or napkins. Once we opened the garlic knots our faces turned to pure disappointment. If you would like a dinner roll, with butter poured on half of the knots and are unable to pull the knots apart.... this place is for you. I called to speak with a manager and he continued to tell me they stop giving silverware after 2:00pm. Apparently after 2:00pm people just eat with their fingers... who knew. He told me he couldn't credit the amount back to my card but instead put $4 toward my next order.... Little does he know, we will never be back. read more

My wife has been wanting to try queens for a while so we got a pizza to go for lunch. They use doordash as their online ordering app and I guess i accidentally ordered half sausage instead of all sausage. Supposedly this is greek style pizza. It is like a cross between pan pizza and new york pizza. Its not quite as thick as pan but thicker than NY. The flavors were good. Sauce has a good flavor, cheese has good texture and tastes good, and their sausage was tasty. The dough is soft and not crispy at all. I normally prefer more crisp to my pizza dough. Overall this pizza is good but not my favorite style around here. It seems like a cozy restaurant and the people working were nice. They also have some greek style food according to their menu. Its a good option for pizza if you want something different. A large pizza is around $15 and feeds more people than normal NY pizza because its thick. Ill have to try some of their other food items to get a more thorough review. read more

Thought I'd try this place because of the good reviews. Walked in a immediately didn't get a smile, a hello or how are you doing today from our host/waiter Dawn. Instead we got a bad attitude, negative energy and just an order taker. I decided to get a pizza and told my waiter Dawn that I can't have cheese and requested to have a pizza with Marinara, Mushrooms, Banana Peppers, Tomatoes and Spinach Mix. I read the bottom of the Menu and it said to have patience because everything was made fresh. Our food came. Guess what? There is feta cheese sprinkled all over the pizza and is a part of the "Spinach Mix" the waiter just sat the pizza down and left the table. A couple of thoughts began flowing while glaring at my pizza. If she knew I didn't like cheese and specifically told Dawn to curb the cheese, why in the world did she not mention the "Spinach Mix" is comprised of cheese? About 15 minutes go by and finally she came to ask how my pizza was. I told her not good because it has cheese and she saw me taking ALL of the toppings off. She said ya, there is cheese in the "Spinach Mix" and told me a generic non genuine, sorry and left the table. There was no offer to remake my pizza or to credit our bill. To top it off 50% of the topping are made of canned items. This includes Jalapenos, Mushrooms and all peppers. I've never been to a Italian Restaurant that serves canned mushrooms on a pizza. GROSS! Buyer Beware. Greek Tuesday Is Probably Not What You Think It Is. Here is what Queen's Pizza website SAYS Greek Tuesday is: GREEK TUESDAY 2 FOR 1 MIX & MATCH OR DOUBLE YOUR FAVORITE! So if you order two of an item that costs $3.34 and two of a different item that costs $9.35, you would expect (2 for 1, DOUBLE YOUR FAVORITE) TWO of each item for the price of ONE of that item -- a total price of $12.69 -- right? But that's not what "2 for 1" means to Queen's Pizza. After our food was delivered, and the price was much higher than expected, I called back to ask what what "2 for 1" means, and I was just told (by a different person than the one who took my order) A) that they simply take the least expensive items off the bill and B) that they have done it this way for years. (So you pay full price for the two most expensive items!) Doesn't seem like that is what the average person would consider "2 for 1"; does it? Does this seem like an honest and ethical business practice to you? Me neither. read more

I've got to say I'm very impressed with Queens Pizza and restaurant. They started in 1978 on the corner of Keene Rd and Sunset Point Blvd. They now are located on the West side of Belcher Road just south of Sunset Point Boulevard in Clearwater. They have two other restaurants of the same name, one on Tampa Rd in Palm Harbor, the other on US Highway 19 N. in Tarpon Springs. What my wife and I love about Queens pizza, is that it's the type of pizza that we grew up loving up in New England. A not too thin not too thick light crust, with a bit of a crunch on the bottom. Add your toppings and cheese, and you've got a little bit of heaven right there. Tonight we ordered a Queen's Antipasto. Fresh greens topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, ham, capicola, salami, provolone cheese and Italian dressing. It was a good size too, more than enough for us both to share. Next, we ordered a medium size (14 inch) Pizza with green peppers, onions, and hamburger. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious with very little wait time. This establishment is more than a "pizza joint." It's a well-run and managed restaurant. Which also does catering. You can order pasta entrées here like eggplant Rollatini or veal Parmesan. Spaghetti, subs, pitas, wraps, in addition to the four different size pizzas, 10 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch, and a 16 inch Sicilian pizza. We ordered from here once and everything was great!!! So ordered again ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo no broccoli.... It was thick soft and wrong pasta and might I add salty!!!! Ordered lemon soup which was delicious first time this time salty salty salty might I add salty like oh yeah inedible salty. We also then ordered a regular cheese pizza medium amount of sauce and cheese the cheese was thick yes I like cheese but this was to the point that it legitimately fell off the pizza in one whole piece!!! read more

They made a mistake and it would be another hour before I would get my pizza. I canceled my order told them to credit my debit card.
