But this shop has a few issues that keep me from being completely over the top in love. First, the inventory is totally unpredictable. One week I can go in and get a gorgeous gown for a fancy event, and then the next week all I can find are hot neon t-shirts with stupid phrases. I've seen one rack of dresses there for over a month, but if I want something I know just came out in the lookbook, I have a better chance finding it online. The sales are great but also mean you have to time your shopping since you would be out of pocket a whole lotta cash if you pay full price. Its easy to never pay full if you have any wiggle room for your purchases.

So however you want to do it you have choice if there is a line for the cashiers. There's fitting rooms with much less of a line when we go compared to the Boston location on Newbury.

Honestly I feel like they have it all? I can only imagine how hard it might be to keep up with stock and yet everytime I'm there, it feels fully stocked and organized. Sometimes you have to walk a little to find a register with someone working it, but that's the price you pay for finding good deals! I have bought many sweaters as well as Summer clothing from this location and the things that I have bought have always been of excellent quality. I get a lot of Macy's coupons in the mail and they always come in handy when I am shopping here. I score some good deals in the store with the sales they run here as well as with the coupons that I receive. I also enjoy shopping the cosmetic counters at this location and the sales clerks behind the counters always have excellent product recommendations for skincare, cosmetics and fine fragrances. The store is always neat, clean and products nicely arranged so the store is very pleasant to shop in. I always look forward to visiting this location.

However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

This is like over the hill mom status and even moms shouldn't be at that status. I'm talking dumpy boxy tops,, non figure flattering pants and skirts, sweaters with beads on them, blouses with 70s wallpaper prints on them, cardigans that fit like a sheath. Some skirts are okay but they are generally all uncomfortable with little to no stretch or give and cut for women with a smaller waist to hip ratio than myself. I have noticed that Spring and Summer styles are much better in terms of taste level, being womanly but still modest (good dresses & shorts) I still pop in here for the occasional dress or sheath like cardigan when I just need something to cover my naughty bits from 9-5, church, or other life moments when I feel the need to just shroud myself.

I went to Natick, Massachusetts store to make an online return and had a horrible experience. I…read moremade an online purchase and wanted to return at the store, which should be simple. The store associate of Philippine/Asian ethnicity asked for my receipt. I told her that my package didn't come with a receipt so I pulled out my email receipt on my phone and showed her. She said my package did come with a receipt and she basically accused me of lying. I let it go and showed her the barcode on my phone. She said "if you had the receipt, I wouldn't need to see your phone." Then she had trouble making the return because the tag on the coat didn't have a size code. She said "mango always makes things so difficult and asked if I can ship/return to warehouse." I said no because I physically made the trip to your store to make the return so I would like it to be processed. Then another sales associate of Caucasian decent came and assisted. I suggested to both of them to call their customer service to get that size code. They asked me to do it; I said absolutely not because it's not my responsibility. Your return policy clearly indicated that I can return online purchases at the store. So I told them it is their responsibility to obtain the info needed to process my return. She finally made the call and got the size code to process the return. I don't know why the sales associates are so incompetent that I needed to advise them to call customer service to get the size code. And instead of apologizing to me for making me wait; they told me call their customer service. Throughout the process, my tone was very polite yet the Asian associate was incredibly rude. I asked the other associate for her name and she wouldn't disclose her name. And to make matters even worse, my return didn't get processed! Thank goodness I kept the return receipt she gave me. I contacted customer service and emailed a picture of my receipt to get my return processed.
