I will say the place overall feels pretty scammy. They make you pay AND tip before the service even happens, and are pretty rude and pushy about it. For example, before the service I requested she charge $95 on my card ($80 massage + $15 tip) and she told me tip needs to be $20. She didn't back down when I tried to fight it, so I let it go because I didn't want to get bad service. Then, she tried to charge $105 without telling me, and when I saw her typing that in the machine and questioned her she told me it covered the credit card transaction fee (and then decreased it to $103). I understand needing to charge beforehand so people don't just dip out after, however I would prefer tipping after the service so I can choose an appropriate amount? Wild. On top of all that, there was somebody else's hair on the massage table when I laid down and a giant spider on the wall... overall would not recommend this place even though it's cheaper than others in the area.

She is skilled at what she does. She will ask you the level of strength that you want. Since this was my first time I said strong. When she began it felt like an extremely deep tissue massage. I could not handle it. I had to say something a few times. But it's good to know that they do go deep and intense. Ada listened and made sure to be light and gentle but still having some force. The hot stone part was decent I do wish that I got more stones put on me. This was the perfect birthday gift! The price for hot stones and the massage was $90. The hour goes by quickly. At the end of my session I felt so relaxed. My voice changed sounding zen like. Next time I go I will be getting 90 minutes. There's paid street parking only. When you get there, ring the bell when you get to the front door they will buzz you in. This place is highly secure. Even the bathroom has its own key. Jess always gives great recommendations and she suggested my current masseuse Sharae who is amazing, I adore her and her uncanny ability to find my knots. Jesse (and Jackie) were the main reasons why I went with the membership, very good deal and they were not pushy and great about always making sure I use my benefits and get my rebooking deals.
