They were able to accommodate me right away and the woman behind the desk was very friendly. They never took my name, never did any intake or had me fill out a form. The only reason they might now have my name is because I paid by credit card at the end. This is not how a professional place operates. No one ever told me my therapist's name so I don't know who worked on me. She worked within a routine and never really focused on anything for very long. I tried vocalizing mmmmm or saying "good" to let her know when something felt good but she didn't really stop and get into the tissue. The first part of the massage was compression through the sheet and when she finally applied oil it was too much to do connected deep tissue. I enjoyed the hot stones bc I never choose that option so it was a nice surprise. Some of her techniques felt good but it definitely wasn't the kind of bodywork I enjoy or needed.

I went in with severe neck spasms and very limited range of motion. Since I'm pregnant and unable to take prescription medications, I was really uncomfortable and hoping for some relief. David was absolutely amazing. He listened carefully to what was going on, worked thoughtfully and intentionally, and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I woke up this morning completely pain-free with full range of motion -- something I honestly didn't think would happen that quickly. It made such a difference. He also took the time to show me a few stretches to help prevent the issue from coming back, which I really appreciated. The space itself was clean and smelled wonderful. It has an open concept with draped private sections rather than fully enclosed rooms. While it's not 100% soundproof, they play ocean sounds at a volume that makes it very difficult to hear anything else, and I still felt relaxed and comfortable. Mistakes happen and people are human but when I spoke to a different associate on the day of my service, she stated to me that I was scheduled for a different day at a time that was completely different from my intended time which to me proves the lack of listing. My partner had a satisfying massage as well. Peichan applied kinesiology moves, a range of motions including stretching. The setting was clean and comfortable in the community room which contained a total of 5 massage chairs that converted into beds, and a single portable massage chair. We were given blankets too as we relaxed before our treatments, and gentle melodies played in the background during our massages. The staff here was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
