The service department has the worst customer service I've ever interacted with. I went in June after being scammed with a used car dealership. They told me both catalytic converters needed to be change. price was just shy of $3,000. At the time, we were unsure if we would file a lawsuit against the dealer we purchased it from, so I declined service. I ended up purchasing aftermarket and had a friend install them. Fast forward 6 month, I have an oil leak. They first claim they don't work on vehicles older than 10 year, but they had looked at it just 6 months ago? A man gets on the phone and in the most condescending tone, tells me about my last time I was there (as if I don't know). Then became extremely rude and stated that if I had changed my cats I wouldn't be having this issue. What he didn't know is THEY WERE CHANGED. My experience getting scammed, then dealing with being blamed for something because I didn't have them change it? I'd never ever go to that place or call them again. I bought my Sierra at Sterling Buick in Opelousas, LA from Brooks Richard. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Brooks did not pressure me or come off assertive/aggressive at any point throughout the process of finding a vehicle. He was very patient while I went back and forth on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was there anytime I had questions and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells.
