This new restaurant in holland is amazing. So many fresh options can select a variety of proteins or go vegetarian. The flavors are all fresh and tasty. Try the ginger chicken or the pork so good. I did the create your own bowl. The inside dining is very spacious and looks amazing. It's located across from Dunham's Sports

For a new place, this place has such a cute & simple aesthetic! Drink options tried; Dragon Fruit 'N' Cream smoothie was delicious & one of my new favorites! The Strawberries 'N' Cream smoothie was very light and didn't have that strawberry flavor but it wasn't bad at all. This place is definitely a quick and grab for Vietnamese fusion. The Balance Delight Tofu Rice bowl has lots of flavor to it once all the sauces are added in! I really like this rice bowl for being filling and mixed in with a fresh, delicious flavor! The Vietnamese BBQ Pork Rice bowl was also great!! Just wish there was more meat but it did feel like you're at a Vietnamese restaurant eating this. All the flavors compliment eachother. You experience all textures (soft, chewy, crunch). Overall, all the staffs were very nice and helpful if needed!!

Choose your protein, carb, add veg - an egg roll and soda make it a meal. I tried the salmon and orange chicken with noodles and veg as a meal. Husband did spicy chicken, fried rice, veg meal. First observation is the bathroom hallway serves as storage and something spilled because my shoes stuck to the floor. Pretty yucky, I had to wash the bottoms of my shoes. Food was good. Salmon was not overly fishy, a little dry but worth it - covered in a sweet sauce. Orange chicken was delicious, noodles were perfect, veg was also standard and good - cabbage, broccoli, squash mix. Our egg rolls were cold, such a bummer. Husband enjoyed his as meal well. Said the spicy chicken was more mild but had excellent marinade. It's a little pricey for fast food - $36 out the door but I guess Salmon isn't cheap either. There was no listing for food allergies (except gluten) and I took a chance...so far I'm doing okay. Cashier did her best to try and look for resources (we found calorie counts) but did not ask the cook; considering the food type I didn't push it. Solid choice for fast food. We will be back!

Whenever I'm out of town, I ALWAYS look for a Korean restaurant, and as luck would have it, there are a few in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Yay!! Only thing wrong with my search, two of the three were closing in ten minutes and the third was advertised as Fried Chicken. I was 15 minutes away, so I gave in for the chicken, with fingers crossed that they'd have other popular dish options. Beautiful little restaurant when you arrive, very clean too. Immediately greeted and asked if to-go or dine-in, as they have a good counter for food delivery services. I of course opted to dine-in since I had about an hour til closing. Really nice looking menu, with plenty of selections beyond Fried Chicken. I didn't hesitate too long as to expedite my meal before closing. I ordered Pork Pot Stickers (Yakimandu), JapChae, and some Bulgogi. PanChan was extra, and the Kimchi along with Pickled Radish were my selection. The Yakimandu arrived first, nicely plated with half So Garlic Sauce and half Spicy Sauce. The mandi were delicious with these brushed sauces. That Spicy was no joke either, had a really good burning kick. The remainder of the meal was brought out together. The plates looked great and I couldn't wait to dig in, but if course pictures first. Both were super delicious and really hitting the spot after a long day. Very tasty meals. The staff brought me out a dessert after seeing me take all the photos, something I've never had, Deep Fried Cheesecake. Check out the photos. Definitely a different take on the dessert. Everything outside was crispy, of course, with the inside still the same. It was a texture experience. The staff were super friendly, very well knowledged on the menu items. Place was very clean, not just clean, but very clean! I think they said they've been there just over a year. I was served by Freda, and Caroline was there to assist when needed. The hostess was a real sweetheart, I'll call hers "Zaps" (because she had the TV remote at closing and I missed her real name). Young masked gentleman, again missed name, and one of the owners Kenny and his wife Lin. So good, I will be eating lunch and/or dinner there again tomorrow or Monday depending on time. I definitely want to try the Fried Chicken, probably not with the Spicy Sauce this time. LOL I do highly recommend you try this place if you haven't.
