They have different levels of spice and we usually opt for mild because my hubby has a sensitivity to heat. However, if it's just me, I might level up to medium. That (to me) is fire. I will be sweating, emptying the water carafe and blowing my nose about half way through. lol. As long as we stick to what we know, we are never disappointed. Your price includes all you can eat hot pot or Korean BBQ - you can do both for an extra $6 or so. I honestly think I prefer hot pot to Korean BBQ, it's a little easier and more forgiving of a cooking method.
