If you're considering having them manage your property, do a "secret shop" first and see how they handle your potential tenets. They refuse to answer the phone. After you leave a phone message, they text you, having you email some gmail address. When you ask a simple question, they completely ignore it and have an automated reply screening contacts with the usual credit/income questions, without actually answering the simple questions you ask of them. If you ask your questions again, they lie to you and tell you the landlord already accepted another applicant, but yet leave the listing up, and so when you have another person feign interest, of course it's still available. I still don't know if 34 Hollowglen in Irvine is 1 story or 2, and I still don't know if Jesse would have been available to show it to me this weekend. But its his clients loss, not mine. So in summary, if you're considering having them represent you, please do your homework and consider how many potential applicants are being blown off because these guys are just too f'n lazy (or maybe just busy and arrogant) to actually represent you well. read more
