I paid them even though I told the cashier "I did not think this was my jewelry" because it did not look like it did when I dropped it off . I came back later because the small latch had broken. They said they would replace it for free, and they would give me back another latch to replace the one that I dropped off. *After I brought it to their attention that I had pictures of my jewelry previous to dropping it off it was two toned, * they acknowledged it & replaced the two-tone finish on one side of the anklet instead of both. obviously I've been overcharged for the service. Approximately $100 worth of gold, that was about the price that I had to pay for them to replace it, and basically make my jewelry less valuable. Initially everyone was so willing to help me but today when I showed up after the many times that I've showed up to inquire about receiving my gold latch back or my refund the redhead assistant didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there with my service animal. Waiting.
