2018 GMC sierra Slt…read more I purchased my truck from this dealer less than 6 months ago and have already experienced serious problems: transmission oil leak, faulty sensors that constantly detect objects when there's nothing there, and a strong knock from the rear driver-side wheel when braking and accelerating. I have taken it back twice. The first time they said they fixed the oil leak, but it came back. Now they claim it's leaking from the "other side" and want to charge me $1,300 to repair it, plus the wheel issue. These problems appeared within the first 3 months of ownership. On top of that, they sold me an expensive extended warranty at the time of purchase, but now refuse to take responsibility and simply tell me to deal with the warranty company. It is not normal for a financed vehicle from a dealer to have transmission and safety issues so soon, and it is unacceptable that the dealer avoids accountability. Customers deserve honesty, safe vehicles, and support when problems arise--not excuses and extra charges. What you wrote is completely false. My truck has only 9,000 miles since I bought it from you, I have never used it for towing or heavy work. The oil leak and the noise from the rear wheel started in less than 3 months of use, I reported it immediately, and you still refuse to take responsibility. It is unacceptable for a dealer to accuse its customers of lying instead of fixing problems on a vehicle you sold with a so-called inspection and warranty. 130075 miles/139141 miles now

Ash Galoyan and Zack Alia was incredibly patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept communication open throughout the process, and worked hard to help us get a deal we felt good about. The finance team were also great to work with and made everything straightforward and transparent. We purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus AWD and really like it so much already! The vehicle was spotless, the process was efficient, and the entire team treated us with kindness and respect from start to finish. If you're looking for a dealership that values customer service and professionalism without the typical high-pressure tactics, we definitely recommend Town North Mazda. Worth the drive from Louisiana for us! Thank y'all again for such a great experience!

Greg, the service advisor, even entered the promise date in the system as 7/31 at 3 pm. I got no communication since then and when I went to pick up the car this morning, 8/3 at 8 am on my way to work, Greg, asked me why I came to pick up the car as it is not serviced yet and in fact, it is not even in the queue to be serviced yet. He didn't even offer a loaner car to alleviate the painful situation. It was a rude and hugely disappointing service. I guess familiarity breeds contempt and Greg wanted to keep a familiar, long time customer waiting while prioritizing others. He talks nicely but has poor follow-through. I hope the other service advisors are more professional but I don't have the time to find out. I will be taking it to another dealership for warranty work and routine service from now.

The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.
