Upon arrival I was met by Kim (the owner) who was very friendly and followed COVID protocols. She checked my temperature, had sanitizer available, air purifiers going, and wore a mask (as did I) the entire time. She made me feel right at home and honestly made the entire process seamless. We had a nice conversation throughout, she told me how she has over 27 years in the business and asked me about myself. You know when people ask you about yourself, but they don't really care to hear the answer, they think they are just polite with asking? Well, this was not that. Kim was genuinely interested in what I said which made me feel like I knew her, and already liked her! She gave me a lot of tips/tools for making my skin healthier based on what she could see from our time together and was nice enough to shed some light on what facials are and what I would expect if I ever decided to have my very 1st facial! Kim also does ear piercings which is great to know (I have over 10 piercings myself) so this place was so right for me. She also sells products which I saw when I walked in, but she was not trying to sell them to me like some places do as soon as you walk in the door. I am rating my experience a 5 because it surprised me how comfortable I felt and to top it off, how fast and precise Kim was with my wax request. Even though I was nervous, he and his amazing anesthesiologist were always confident and have had several years of surgery experience. My recovery was strong- no pain or nausea, a couple of days of minor bleeding, managed with just mild medication. I also managed to sleep. And Dr. Mehta's post - op support has been incredible. He truly cares about his patients and has made a positive difference in my quality of life. I sleep better, and can exercise more. And I noticed better cardiovascular function aswell. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I've gotten facials from Azarhia and Monika herself, and I cannot recommend them enough. They have helped me through some rough skin issues (mostly breakouts, and overall skin rejuvenation). Every time I leave the office, my skin glows and looks so much healthier, AND I've found that the results actually last. With over 20 years of experience, Monika is a wealth of knowledge and you can tell she truly cares about each and every one of her clients. 100/10 experience! Also, Monika's skin care line has some of my favorite skin care products. I especially love the glycolic toner (for treating acne and exfoliation), I've gone though two bottles already and plan to keep it as part of my daily skin care routine!

In the middle of the facial, I realized my eyebrows were being plucked without anyone asking me first. I immediately asked if she was plucking my brows and explained that I do not let other people shape my eyebrows and did not want them plucked. Instead of stopping, she insisted it would only be 'five hairs' and pressured me to let her continue. When she showed me the mirror, I was devastated. My naturally full brows had been noticeably thinned and reshaped just two weeks before my wedding. What is most upsetting is that I never consented to having my eyebrows shaped. Something that alters someone's appearance should never be done during a facial without asking first, especially this close to an important event. To top it all off, I was then handed a $600 bill. Leaving $600 poorer and in tears over my eyebrows two weeks before my wedding was absolutely not the experience I expected.
