Upon arrival I was met by Kim (the owner) who was very friendly and followed COVID protocols. She checked my temperature, had sanitizer available, air purifiers going, and wore a mask (as did I) the entire time. She made me feel right at home and honestly made the entire process seamless. We had a nice conversation throughout, she told me how she has over 27 years in the business and asked me about myself. You know when people ask you about yourself, but they don't really care to hear the answer, they think they are just polite with asking? Well, this was not that. Kim was genuinely interested in what I said which made me feel like I knew her, and already liked her! She gave me a lot of tips/tools for making my skin healthier based on what she could see from our time together and was nice enough to shed some light on what facials are and what I would expect if I ever decided to have my very 1st facial! Kim also does ear piercings which is great to know (I have over 10 piercings myself) so this place was so right for me. She also sells products which I saw when I walked in, but she was not trying to sell them to me like some places do as soon as you walk in the door. Even though I was nervous, he and his amazing anesthesiologist were always confident and have had several years of surgery experience. My recovery was strong- no pain or nausea, a couple of days of minor bleeding, managed with just mild medication. I also managed to sleep. And Dr. Mehta's post - op support has been incredible. He truly cares about his patients and has made a positive difference in my quality of life. I sleep better, and can exercise more. And I noticed better cardiovascular function aswell. Unfortunately, this also meant that I suddenly had nobody here to take out my sutures or to monitor my healing when I got back- and I was completely overwhelmed. Thankfully I found Dr Mehta and made an appointment, and I'm so, so glad I did. He immediately noticed I had a bad infection before he removed my sutures, and likely ended up saving the work that had been done on my nose in the process. He treated me for it right away and I was perfectly ok in under 48 hours. Not only was Dr Mehta willing to help me out even though I wasn't originally his patient, he was also available and responsive to me later that night via email and phone. Plus the ladies in his office are the BEST! The lovely girl at the front desk is also proof of his work (she has the perfect nose), and I would go to Dr Mehta if I had to do it all again. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
