Fascia Class-Valerie taught the class and it was definitely challenging. I love the concept of this class and the release that happens from this style of rolling. Val is an excellent instructor. She keeps it light and fun. Her style is perfect and it seems everyone feels comfortable in these challenging fascia release movements. Aerial Yoga-Karlene is an incredible instructor. I've taken aerial in the past, at another studio, and this was the experience that I've been seeking. I loved the flow. It was gentle, yet challenging. Karlene also gives detailed instruction and guidance so I knew exactly what I should be doing, while protecting my body. I encourage everyone to take a class with Karlene. I wish I had a Karlene in my town!

The heat in the room was incredible; it got very hot, which I personally really enjoyed and felt added to the practice. I also loved his choice of music. That said, I did struggle with a few aspects of the class. It was very difficult to hear the instructor which made it hard to follow along, everyone was looking around to see what we needed to be doing. The instructor would slam his hands on the ground and the frequent slamming was jarring and distracting. There were repeated pauses to watch demos which often pulled me out of my flow. I also found it challenging to fully relax in savasana as he talking the entire time, which made it hard to end the practice in a restorative way. Overall, I really appreciated the heat and the cleanliness of the space. With clearer instruction delivery and a bit more space for stillness at the end, I think this could have been a much better experience.

My daughter broke her leg at the end of October and needed surgery to repair it. To say she was devastated is an understatement. She was so looking forward to the Christmas Show that her dance studio, Diamond Talent Productions does every year. She was also getting close to getting point shoes. She has worked so hard at dance this year. she has continued to go to rehersals and practice, watching her friends and company prepare and practice. Bryan and Melinda(owners) have been so supporting and showing their love to Lexi. Today this happened (see pictures below) A complete surprise. As I sit here and write this, my eyes are watering. The love each of these girls and boys have shown Lexi over the last 6 weeks have helped her so much. Thank you, Diamond Talent. You made this dad cry at a wrestling match, surrounded by a bunch of high school boys. So proud to say my daughter goes to Diamond.

The do their best to provide a PPC environment for children that are "at risk". This is not an easy job to do. Red Rock does a great job at it! When my son was "placed" in treatment and I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a enriching environment. They provide PPC or Positive Peer Culture, Therapy, Independent Studies, Art, Dance, Music and much much more. The core staff is dedicated, hard working and loving. Overall, they take a not so good situation and make it better. If Red Rock was not in my life, my son could be down a very bad road. I am not willing to think of what I would have done without them

They host Broadway quality productions here. We are from LA and regularly see touring companies there and have seen musicals in New York, Chicago and other major cities and this is absolutely on par with them. We saw the Little Mermaid, which was incredible. Singing and dancing were wonderful. Everything was great. They flooded the stage with running water. They had fireworks. They had a huge ship and a castle. The one note is this is an outdoor theater and it was 95 degrees at 10:00pm. We weren't prepared for that level of heat. Lots of people had mini fans and misters which we wish we had. If you aren't a local prepare for the climate!

Our son attended Ashcreek (ARA) from May 2017-January 2018. Unlike most of the boys he did not…read moreattend a wilderness program, we sent him directly to ARA Prior to sending him to ARA we lived in a constant state of stress and chaos, not knowing what the next minute was going to look like. We truly did not know how "normal" felt. We lived in fear that due to poor choices our son was on a path to lose his life. Not to mention the brutal impact it had on our daughter. Thanks to ARA we now know normal and it feels GREAT! We sent a troubled teen and got back an incredible young man. Not only is our house not continuously in an uproar but, due to getting ahead academically at ARA, he was able to graduate high school as a Junior. Seeing him walk across that stage was AMAZING! In fact, whether you are a tattoo person or not. On our son's 18th Birthday he got a tattoo and on it is says "Ashcreek May 5th 2017" which is the day we sent him to ARA. It also has a cross worked in to it. He chose this because he said ARA saved his life and it is when he started believing in God again. Can't beat that! By far the most TOXIC AND HORRENDOUS PLACE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. Most of this came from Shelia Bailey (the director and founder) and another teacher who no longer works at the establishment. Shelia, if you are listening to this, I hope you rot in hell. You are the reason I am in therapy every week. You are the reason I grew up believing I was never going to be enough. You are the reason I went home and cried every week, with my mom being helpless as you never responded at her frequent emails and texts to meet up and have a chat about how me and many other girls at the studio were treated. I will never forget the time you yelled and me and a whole class of girls as we cheered on our fellow dancers, and cheering is not "mature" as you mocked us through your microphone in front of the whole studio at our end of year performance. I will never forget how you told my mom that I needed to learn how to stand up for myself and suck it up when I was bullied by another dancer for years, with no retribution at all coming to that dancer. Please do not send your children here unless you want to give them unhealthy mindsets and unrealistic expectations, as well as lasting mental health problems and diagnosed PTSD.

For me, this has not been a good experience. They consistently start late and when I am paying for 30 minute classes it really adds up. At least three times they started 10 minutes or more late. Also if you want to watch your child practice upstairs through the viewing area, there is a small 4 x 3 window where you can fight with a dozen other parents for position to see out. It is abundantly clear that this facility was not built to be a dance studio, it is a very old movie theater. When the kids actually are in practice, even that time is not well spent. There is far too much time spent sitting in a circle or talking, or doing costume changes. As you can imagine with three-year-olds, there's going to be a number of times as well where individual Time is needed with each kid and that also distracts from the class time. So to recap, my three-year-old has enjoyed her experience but I have not. Her last dance class started 10 minutes late and they spent half the time watching the big kids dance. It look like she had a good time but if I needed her distracted I could've just put her in front of the tv.
