I just finished my 14th visit after three months of care with Cecilia Park, and I feel like I am a new person. I graduated to now only having to do maintenance. When I first came to her office, it was by chance, as I had exhausted all other options, including an ENT, physical therapist, general practitioner, dentist, and eye doctor. They suggested pills, dietary changes, and hormone adjustments. I started experiencing sudden dizziness in January despite being in good health and working out regularly. It was debilitating, and I was desperate to find a solution as I could barely function and work. After researching on Yelp and YouTube, I discovered Cecilia's office and decided to try upper cervical care. I had no idea what was upper cervical care and I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision to sign up for the 12 week program. Best decision EVER! I learned about C1 and C2 misalignment, which was my issue. After the first alignment, I felt much better right away. Then your body heals itself but not in the order you would expect it. In the 2 months mark, I had back spasms I never had before, then my shoulders were inward, all kinds of weird things but that was my body adjusting to the new alignement and I am back to standing straight. There is no cracking or popping, which I hate. It's very gentle. You don't feel it really. Be aware that it's a process and not healed overnight. You may go through retracing, which is normal, and Cecilia will help you manage the symptoms. Initially, you visit twice a week, then once a week, and eventually every other week. I graduated to once a month because I'm holding my alignment, and the longer you hold it, the better you heal. Sometimes I went and she would do the same tests she would do weekly to see if I was holding and I was surprised if she wasn't actually adjusting me but then I learn the less she needs to adjusts after the initial visit, the better. What's crazy is that I had symptoms starting years ago that I thought were independent. Twenty years ago, my hip started popping; one of my ribs popped from coughing; I began having ringing in my right ear ten years ago, debilitating migraines six years ago, and occasional lower back pain, with the most recent symptom being dizziness. Now, I feel like 95% of my symptoms are gone. I waited three months to post this review because I wanted to wait on my results to post with confidence. Over the years I've suffered from diabetes and carpal tunnel issues. By March of 2023 peripheral neuropathy (PN) was making my life miserable to the point that I made an appointment for carpal surgery and I was considering a $10,000+ spinal decompression program. I was seeing a chiropractor on a weekly basis to have my neck and spine adjusted, but this did nothing to improve my peripheral neuropathy. A friend recommended Dr. Park at Upper Cervical Spine Care, and seeing Dr. Park was the best decision I could have made. Her care has improved my health overall, and has specifically improved the tingling and numbness experienced in my right arm and hand. Hello everyone! I would like to share my experience and the results I've got from Upper Cervical Care with Dr. Park. The most important thing: I suffered from constant migraines for about 40 years! It knocked me out of my normal rhythm of life and did not allow me to enjoy work and rest. It was as if you go to hell every weekend for torture for many hours. But thanks to the excellent work and professionalism of Dr. Park, I COMPLETELY got rid of my migraines! This technology for treating the Upper Cervical spine works! I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Park!! I have been suffering from Vertigo for over 10 years (some times spinning attacks but always just feeling like I was tilting or the ground was moving when I was still), but for the past year my body gradually reached an apex of symptoms and pain. I was experiencing more frequent vertigo attacks, carpal tunnel symptoms, ringing in my ears with hearing loss, sciatica, neck pain with spasms, frozen shoulder and lower back pain that made it difficult to sit or lay down for too long. I couldn't sleep because of the pain and numbness in my hands. I learned that healing from misalignments that was present for many years can take a long time and is not linear. I had extremely terrible migraines and jaw pain for at least 8+ years and had no idea what was causing this. Eh, they charge you almost $500 for an x-ray, then $95 per visit, which is the doctor rushing to do absolutely 0 adjustments. She is always late. They try to get you to buy a really expensive package in the beginning and have you come in twice a week. I wish they were more forthcoming about this. Dr Park is a lifesaver. I've been suffering from chronic migraine, food sensitivities and reflux for more than four years from a reaction to Hydromorphone and falling on my chin running with our dog. Dr. Hall is the best and a miracle worker! I came in experiencing a few symptoms - middle and upper back pain, neck stiffness/tension, tight jaw, slight dizziness, headaches, and my legs just seemed to always ache and feel very stiff/tight. There was a point where I could not sit normally on a chair, because of so much back and neck pain. All of these symptoms did not come at once, but over a few months I knew this was a serious issue. I visited a spine specialist, physical therapists, massage therapists, and multiple chiropractors. All of them seemed to help temporarily, but all my symptoms would return after a few days or even hours. After my first visit and adjustment with him, all of my pains and symptoms started to disappear. I could not believe that this treatment was actually working! I started to sleep better, move better, and even mentally feel better. Skeptical and Amazed are two words that describe my experience with upper cervical. Skeptical because it sounds too good to be true. Amazed, because it actually worked. The procedure is simple. All they did was apply a small force to my neck and all my problems started to work itself out. I experienced all sorts of issues starting from the mental to the physical. The physical changes were the most noticeable. I had a lot of pain in the lower back, shoulder, neck, knee, and pelvic area. The pain ranged from muscle related to joint related. Upon my first treatment my lower back and shoulder pain started to subside immediately. I was able to finally sit without having to get up frequently due to lower back pain. Not only that, I had trouble with sleep and brain fog, but for some reason those things started to clear away as well. It was odd how a small adjustment could fix those things. So a quick story on my first day. I was driven to the carson location. During the car ride, I experienced a pain level of 7/10 (10 being very bad). The pain in my lower back and shoulder did not let me sit properly in the car. Getting in and out of the car and walking to the office was very difficult. I received my treatment and it was not until I got in the car that I realized I was sitting without pain. It was all strange to me. I don't really believe in magic and Upper Cervical seemed like one of those hocus pocus tricks that would never work, but guess what, it worked for me. Mind you this. I have actually tried numerous ways to try and solve why I was constantly suffering from all this physical discomfort and pain. I have always liked extreme sports, and while enjoying many sports, such as sports in the water and sports in the snow, a lot of strain on my neck caused a disc in my neck. When I was in my 30s, it was just tolerable. However, as I reached my 40s, my neck and cervical vertebrae started to hurt, and the pain started to the point that I couldn't sleep. I had the last option, neck cervical disc replacement surgery. After undergoing neck disc surgery, I thought a new world would open up, but even it was not 100% satisfied with the results. Life changing!! I came in very skeptical after seeing numerous doctors/chiropractors/specialist with no one being able to fix my issue. I am writing my very first Yelp review here in hopes of encouraging others who are going through similar struggles as me to try Upper Cervical treatment. I have had stiff neck pain since 10 years ago, but the pain became unbearably worse 1 year ago - I couldn't sit for more than 15-30 minutes and suffered constant moderate to severe headaches when walking or working. I had tingling/numbness in both of my hands and felt like someone was constantly strangling my neck. At one point, the pain became so severe that I had to lie on my bed all day for a month. I became really depressed and anxious because I could not imagine living the rest of my life with these symptoms. I had a couple of car accidents in the past. One was pretty bad. I got hit by a car going at 40 mph as a pedestrian in 2009. So my past 8-9 years has been in pain everywhere, every day. My hips, shoulders, neck, lower back, and etc. I've been to many acupuncturists, chiropractors, different types of physical therapists. Upper Cervical Health Care is LIFE- CHANGING! I have been receiving chiropractic care for decades. I learned early on that chiropractic is for maintenance, not just for injury, so I continued with care as part of healthy living. I was in a minor car accident some months ago and was referred to Dr. Hall by my brother-in-law. I was suffereing from headaches, neck pain and lower back pain all sustained from the accident. After my initial visit, I didnt really feel any major changes, but after my second visit, the headaches started to go away, which was a major relief since I don't function well with headaches. For some reason, it took a few treatments for my body to maintain my adjustments, but once it did, I noticed lots of improvements. My neck pains went away as did much of my lower back pains. Dr Hall changed my life! I had chronic low back pain for almost 20 yrs. I could not find any comfort in my body 24/7. I tried everything from Rolfing, physical therapy, regular cookie cutter chiropractic, medication, acupuncture, massage, yoga, reflexology, and some form of Chinese torture ( not kidding). I don't know what your problem is Mr. G. But your an Idiot! And you couldn't be further from the truth. I have been going to Dr. Hall over 10 years. And have recommended him to all my family and friends. I have had car accidents, hurt my back wrestling and recently my body from the inside out was out of whack. Dr. Hall is one of those rare doctors who suffered from a strange ailment in his youth, miraculously found a cure, and dedicated hist career to helping people with that same issue. Besides that devotion, he brings one of the best attitudes and more enjoyable personal experiences to the medical profession. I do not believe Dr Hall can fix everything. But, I know I tried as many solutions as possible for my Meniere's issues and had just about given up. Dr Hall has been able to put my health back in order in an amazing way. I would suggest him to anyone suffering from ringing in your ear (and the effects of this issue), and imagine almost any other issues that could be derived from upper cervical issues. read more

I tripped, slammed my head into the corner of the wall and ended up with post concussion syndrome and a painful neck injury. My neck was so out of place that I couldn't comfortably look up without getting dizzy. I went to my favorite chiropractor several times with absolutely no luck. It actually made the situation worse. Somehow because of the injury or the concussion or the inflammation or all 3, if anyone touched my neck, I'd get a major headache. I saw a PT at USC and he recommended getting an X-ray and doing strengthening exercises at home. The X-ray showed the problem, but the exercises didn't really help because my neck was so out of alignment. A friend recommended Dr. Hall. Normally, I'd do a bunch of research to figure out who this guy was, but because of the concussion, I couldn't. I just made the appointment. Dr. Hall took a number of X-rays and that was reassuring because he was adjusting based on my injury, it didn't seem like guess work. The adjustment went well. I had an inflammatory response because my neck had been out of place for so long and weak because I couldn't move it for months, as I had to rest the concussion. But right after the adjustment, I could look up without pain or dizziness! I was skeptical about upper cervical, but now I'm a total convert. I could have been in pain the rest of my life without Dr. Hall. If you're skeptical, I understand, but don't be. Dr. Hall is a great guy. Dr. Hall has also been through searching for answers from MDs for his own injury, an injury that lead him to upper cervical, so he understands what that's like. You don't need to be on Rx or in pain. A few years ago I had such an extreme case of vertigo that I was not able to stand up straight for almost a year. It was like being on a moving ship from morning 'til night. No doctor could diagnose it or cure it. I tried healers, acupuncture, medication. It seemed like a lost cause and that I was probably going to have to learn how to live this way. I was referred to Dr. Hall. Honestly, I thought going to "chiropractor" would of been a waste of time after all the doctors I saw. Dr. Hall is the best of the best in the business!!!! Do not waste your time and money else where. You do not need to go anywhere or see anybody else besides Dr. Hall. Prior to visiting Dr. Hall my wife was in pain in her neck and shoulder area. Always feeling tired and groggy it was painful just watching her in pain every night. Having to massage her shoulders and neck everyday to help her ease her pain a little just so she can fall asleep. We had no idea what it caused her to feel so much in pain. So we started researching online visiting numerous doctors and chiropractors and yet she was not getting any better but worse. We were asking around to see if anyone had the same pain or symptoms and a close friend of our recommended Dr. Hall. After getting burned by countless doctors. I was very skeptical and told my wife maybe there is a better way but she wanted to try him out since we would have nothing to lose. After her 1st visit she got all better all of her pain and mood swings due to pain all gone in 30min. I was shocked and couldn't believe it, I knew she got better I saw the changes and yet I was still skeptical. Dr. Bello is like a miracle. I have only been doing this care for 2 full weeks, and starting my third week next week but I must, must, must write a review. I'll start by saying, these could all be miracles, but I will let you decide. First a history: Migraines regularly for over 14 years (I'm only in my thirties!) and at their worst 3-4 times a week. Started looking into food allergies, it helped to some very small extent, except even when super careful, I would still get them 2-3 times a week. But - the migraines were improving, until recently no matter how carefully I ate, I was getting migraines twice a week, for days at a time without any relief. Every morning I would wake up with a mild headache as well, and take pain killers for it. This is a chronic and ongoing pain I've dealt with forever that just seemed like a fact of life. So I was looking up "acupuncture for migraine relief" and found all the acupuncturists in my area charge $100 per session, otherwise, they have less good reviews. I knew in my case, my migraines being so bad and so frequent, it will likely take over 10 sessions, and I knew with add ons it would draw me well over $1k. So I found this place instead and signed up for a free consultation the day after a two-day-long-agonizing-migraine. Dr. Bello is jovial and friendly. He immediately makes you feel at ease. He looks young, but has a long list of very satisfied patients that got the help they needed, particularly for migraines, even so. So here is my list of miracles: -After three months of eating Tylenol for breakfast, I didn't need to take any the day after my adjustment, nor since except for a cold I had. -After my adjustment, my jaw felt like someone had released a bite block. After a few hours, I found that my jaw wasn't popping when I tried to open it. In fact, I could open it all the way - a feat I could not actually manage before, thus I always had bite blocks, due to TMJ. -After my first adjustment, I didn't have a single daily headache. There is some muscle soreness that develops after a few hours to a day after your adjustment, and it goes away easily and it's nothing on a migraine. -I went a full TWELVE DAYS without a single migraine. NOT EVEN A LITTLE ONE. This is the first time in my memory that I have gone this long without a nauseating migraine since they started. On day eleven, I got a little ballsy and added some of my known-allergen foods into my diet. On day twelve I had a migraine, please note that my migraines have been lasting well over a day, mostly into two days, for years, and this migraine lasted literally 4 hours. FOUR. I was able to go to work that evening. That has never, ever, ever happened in my history of migraines. I did not expect miracles when I went here, and yet, I seem to have found them. I am so happy, just having gone that long without a migraine and having one so short, worth every penny, cheaper than it would have cost for more than 10 acupuncture+medicine treatments, etc. Dr. Bello is a saint, and he's very good at what he does. I will update this in a couple more weeks with how everything else goes down, but so far I am just happy af. ** Four full weeks update No migraines for three weeks - the last one I had lasted 6 hours compared to 48, and some other weird things have occured: My arch pain has stopped, my hip pain has stopped. Any time I walked 1+ miles before (often!) I would get a dull soreness in my hip, and wake up with arch pain like crazy. Particularly, if I walked in sandals, it would worsen. I walked 2 miles with sandals.... no hip nor arch pain! So awesome. And I haven't been migraine free this long since before I started getting migraines! Went from 2+ per week to ZERO. Dr. Hall is a miracle doctor!  I have a neck injury that resulted in excruciating headaches and absolute overall discomfort including numbness and constant nausea form the pain. I saw numerous doctors and chiropractors and no one could diagnose me properly.  Chiropractic adjustments were so painful that they literally gave me an anxiety and were never effective.
