The best service around, hands down. Their burgers are huge, their sandwiches are amazing. Great view.

Great atmosphere, employees are friendly and food is great too. My favorite place to eat in Klamath Falls.

Up until recently, the food had been consistently superb, which is why my last two visits were disappointing. I previously ordered the beet salad and absolutely loved it. However, during my visit two weeks ago, it was completely different from what's shown on their website and Yelp menu. Instead of being served on a plate with arugula, it came in a bowl with kale. The kale was extremely tough and difficult to chew, and there were very few beets in the salad -- I actually had to search for them. Overall, it felt like a completely different dish from the one I had enjoyed before. Last night, I ordered the seared scallops with corn risotto. I was told they were out of corn and would substitute asparagus, which I agreed to. The corn risotto I've had there before was excellent, with plenty of corn and great flavor. This version, however, looked like half an asparagus spear had been blended into the risotto, so there really wasn't any noticeable asparagus flavor at all. What also stood out was the portion size compared to previous visits. Last year, I remember paying around $26-$28 for this dish and receiving four nice-sized scallops along with a generous serving of real corn risotto. This time, the dish cost $36 and came with five very small scallops -- about quarter-sized. The flavor was still very good, as it always has been, but the increased price combined with noticeably smaller portions left me feeling unsatisfied. The bright spot is the service. The waitresses there are always excellent, friendly, and attentive, which definitely helps the overall experience. Will I return? I'm honestly undecided at this point. It's hard to justify paying $36 and still leaving hungry. In fact, afterward I walked down to the Pikey and grabbed a hamburger -- and that review will be a much happier one. Yum!

All three of us ordered Tri-tip, one ordering baked potato and other two salad. Had to ask for silverware and our food was brought out one at a time 5 minutes or more apart. Tri-tip was lukewarm and tough and baked potato had very small amount of butter you could barely see it. Tri-tip served was 5 small slices. I received 3 and one guy noticed and brought me a couple more on a plate. Texas small toast was lukewarm and hard. Waters were never refilled. Did not offer another cocktail and I had to ask to pay and he called me to the bar. Summary Place was clean, salads and drink was good but actually dinner was lukewarm. You could tell all was just reheated and did not check on us once we got food. I had to ask for silverware which is when noticed I only received partial slices of meat. Not the professional customer service I expect at a restaurant. I do realize not formal restaurant but I have received better service at a fast food restaurant. Will not recommend nor be back! Maybe it was just an off Thursday night because the food and the live music singer's pitch were kind of sketchy. It was rough!
