Amazing response time and quality of work. AND with great customer service. Shopped around and found this place to be the best based off reviews and pricing. Right when I arrived, Dane did an amazing job explaining the different types of tints available so I felt confident in making the right choice. Thank again, Dane & Adam. As far as my vehicle, i got the ceramic tint on all windows& i am very happy! The car definitely feels cooler inside and looks so much cleaner on the outside. Reached out through yelp for quote and got a reply within the hour. Was able to setup an appointment within the same week and got a brief overview of the business. Be mindful that this is a professional home business and not a shop or warehouse so if you have used those services before this is relatively the same but a little higher of a price but nothing painful. Arrived on time for my appointment at the provided location and had a brief talk with Dane about the services. Their work space was setup in a professional manner with the appropriate information provided for determining what option you want to go with. Dane did mention about a higher quality and higher price material when going over options but never once tried to force upsell or make you feel like you need this option he is showing you. Once the option was determined he was able to calculate a fairly reasonable price and time frame. The car was estimated to take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours total if I recall but ended up taking around 3 hours and 15 minutes which Dane addressed and apologized for which I appreciated. My only issue is there was a bit of over spray that wasn't wiped down post installation causing streaks to run down the exterior side panel which I had just washed prior to arriving. While this is a minor issue that can easily be fixed I thought I might address it to potentially help avoid it in the future for the not so nice customers All in all great customer service, great location, and great people.

I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Dane. He answered my first phone call within a couple of rings, was thorough while explaining my options, and patient while answering my questions. Dane gave me a few openings when he could get the windows on my 4runner done and ultimately completed it before he said he would. On top of all of that, he was kind enough to drive my car down to the dealership for me when they needed to look at something on the vehicle while I was out of town. I requested a quote through their website and I was called as soon as they opened. The price was right and I set up an appointment the following day for my son's car to get tinted. Dane was very professional and friendly. He gave us a demonstration to show the amount of heat that would get through the different tints he offered. Even though he usually takes Sunday off, Dane offered to complete the job today (Sunday) because it is the only day I was available. If anybody is looking to have their windows tinted this is the place to go! Dane, the owner, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the different types of films that were available as well as the benefits of each type. My request for a quote was responded to very quickly and i was able to take my truck in almost immediately. The final product is impeccable and is backed with a lifetime warranty. I had my whole truck done and it looks like it came out of the factory that way! This company creates perfection for a more than fair price! "I'm the founder and current owner of Upper Glass Window Tinting. My background is in sales and hospitality. Before I went into business for myself, I worked a multitude of jobs- from selling Harleys to waiting tables at upscale restaurants and resorts. Early on in my career, I realized that I have a natural enjoyment for earning trust and building relationships. I just love being around people. I've also always had a passion for anything automotive. My dad was a big car guy, so I grew up going to car shows and races as a kid. He always made sure to wash and wax his car before the show. As a young boy I took note of his, borderline obsessive, attention to detail. Of course I didn't exactly appreciate it then when I was on my hands and knees cleaning his brake calipers, but I do now. I learned about pride of ownership and that if a job is worth doing, then it's worth doing right. Today I apply those very same principles in both my business and personal life." -Dane Bresnahan

From the first phone call to when I left with my car, Dane couldn't have been more professional. We set up an appointment to have tint added to my 2020 Nissan a week later, which ended up being a bad day due to temperature. Dane made sure to call me when he found out the temperature, and reschedule, as to make sure the tint he put on the car was done correctly. Had my wife's suv tinted. omg Dane is super cool. great shop clean and professional windows look like factory tinted. very quick on time service. Price was insanely less than his competitor. My review is way overdue but I now have almost a year with tinted windows and it has been great. I went with the ceramic tint because of the videos Dane posted on Instagram showing the difference. He did an amazing job despite my car having a few really challenging windows. It's holding up great and since I have brought my girlfriends car and referred several friends. There is no reason to go somewhere more expensive that has slower turn around. Have him tint your windows. Stop waiting! read more

I have an older Tundra that needed the old peeling tint removed, as well as some fresh tint. I'm super psyched that I brought her to Upper Glass to get the work done. Dane did a great job removing the old tint even thought it was tough to get it off. The new tint he put on looks awesome and the price was very reasonable. Dane was meticulous with the beautiful work he did on my mom's 2000 Jetta. He informed me in advance it would cost more due to the difficulty in removing the old tint in her old car. He communicated throughout the day how he was progressing so I could anticipate when he would be finished. He is professional and prices are excellent. I got my 4 windows all tinted about 6 months ago or more and till this day it has been the best work on my car! Dane takes his time and makes sure that everything is perfect and ask us if we don't like it he will re-do it or fix it he has so much patience and I've sent people to him and they also loved his work.
