They had great communication, fair price and came well equipped for being mobile. It was a brand new truck, and I did not know the front windows were tinted already. Even with a mobile service they had the proper things to remove the tint, and install the new stuff in no time. They communicated the difference , and were efficient. Recently had my tint done elsewhere (different car ) where I had to bring it back three times. With them this was not the case. After a competing business told me that their prices were high due to Joe Biden (Trump is President, genius) and then proceeded to text me pictures of himself in MAGA gear, I called Tint Crafters....not only did they do an absolutely incredible job, they came to my house without me having to lift a finger. I had him and his crew come tint my vehicle at my home and they were right on time. I'm sure it's baked into the price but it was no extra cost to do it mobile vs. bringing to the shop which was very helpful. They did all sides, rear, and windshield in ceramic flawlessly in a couple of hours. He also doesn't push to sell the most expensive stuff but talked with me through what I was looking for and suggested mid tier was probably most suitable. Knowledgeable , responsive , price very competitive as well as the rest of the other companies . but what really made him stand out, was the time he took to explain things . This review is a little overdue! Last June I bought a new car and decided to get my windows tinted. Because of the great reviews, I decided to go with this company. What's so convenient is that they come to your house! The guys arrived late which was no issue, they kept me updated on their ETA. We went over what kind of tint I wanted and how dark. I went with 20% all around. The reason for 3 stars is because while tinting my window, they chipped the drivers side window. As they finished up, the guys brought me over to my car and showed me the chip except they said it was a smudge. I trusted them and after they left I tried removing the "smudge" which obviously wasn't going away. Thankfully not many people notice it, but it's extra frustrating because it's on the drivers side and I know it's there.
