I'm only giving two stars because the reception area and front desk is clean and well kept....the…read morerest is downhill from there. 1) I told them my dog was shy and anxious in new places and could he be kept in a room that is generally quieter with more mellow dogs for play, when I returned I learned he was kenneled downstairs alone with a ton of other loud barking dogs 2) I emailed the owner after this unsatisfactory experience and she didnt get back to me--ever--and I didnt get a bounce back either so she got it. 3) I STILL thought well maybe I'll give this another try since they were so closeby, the third visit and like the 5th person I met who had no idea who my dog was was there....I told her the same situation/shy with other dogs etc/low key play room please/ she takes him downstairs, another young woman comes upstairs with my dog and tosses him in the crazy loudest room with all the roudy dogs. My dog was scared to death, and was standing there frozen while the other bigger dogs humped him. Finally after I pointed and exclaimed, another person went in to break it up. I havent been back here since last August. Stay away. Lastly 4) this place is for people who work nearby who only care about convenience, it might as well be a crappy kennel, its definitely staffed by clueless young people who dont know how to communicate with customers or with their other coworkers. There is a wonderful place in Enfield where my boy goes now, it costs me more in gas to get there but its worth it for my canine family member.

I've been looking for training and daycare for my 4 month old king Shepard. I can NOT believe all…read morethe negative reviews! Every single review is awful for this place. How are they still in business, let alone not sued?!? I would never bring my loved pet here. EVER. I hope everyone thinking about using this place takes the time to read the reviews. Poor dogs! So sad!! Shame on you the ranch at Etna road!!!!

This is the almost the equivalent of a "cat spa" -- your cats may have so much fun boarding here…read morethat they won't want to come home. Check out the website -- every feline guest at this facility is assigned to their own multi-level playpen -- they can sleep three levels away from their private litter box -- and have full room to climb and play. The facility has been designed so that no guest shares "air" reducing the likelihood your pet will get sick, too. Meg, the facility owner and host, gives boarding pets the equivalent of recess time -- she lets them out of their playpens one at a time so that they can wander around the common area and look out the windows at the free range chickens who roam the yard. The facility is immaculately clean and doesn't smell like pets. If you have two cats -- as we do -- you can board them together. Our cats have gone once and will go again. The Tiger Tail Lodge isn't on email, call early if you want to reserve for high traffic times such as holiday weekends and August!

Tiger Tail Lodge is an awesome option for cat boarding. When I relocated to the area, I was going…read moreto be moving from place to place for about two months. Concerned about the effect on my cat, I decided to leave him with TTL. Long story short, he had a great time and I had the added benefit of not being stressed out. I would never have left him for this length of time at a typical facility but the roomy cages, views, and free-run time for longer boarders made this an attractive option. Owner is on site so no worries about the nighttime. He just returned from another week and experienced minimal disruption landing or returning. TTL is not on email so give a ring.
