Horrible horrible service. UPS tells you and EVERYONE ELSE in the bronx to pick up their missed package between 8-9 pm. Thats the problem!!! Your and everyone else who has a job and missed their deliveries (its debatable that ups even came to your house to deliver your package). UPS sucks!!!! At least this place does! There was an issue with my package so the date was changed to the range of October 6 -10 as an ETA. The attempted delivery actually happened on the 5th and I missed it. I get the note, and the tracking says it'll be delivered today....I'm waiting by the door the whole day and they say they attempted to deliver...bullsh*t. I call them and they say there was an issue with the weather!!!!!!! There's no with d outside and it's not raining!!! The drivers at location 545 Brush Ave are thieves ! I received two notifications that my packages were delivered that was bs. The first notification stated my package was delivered in the afternoon when I looked outside my door nothing! I called ups and was told a supervisor from this location would call me back it never happened!!!! Second notification (same day, different package) stating my package was delivered in the evening looked outside my door nothing!!!! I called ups again and was told that a message will be sent for a supervisor to call me back. Please keep in mind both times I called ups my address was verified and they had my correct address.Let me also add I was home the whole day no one rang my bell or knocked on my door!!! Obviously these thieves (drivers) are not even attempting to deliver the packages to homes and are keeping for themselves! Then these thieves have the nerve to put the packages as delivered!!! Now I have to contact the place where I ordered from and explain this bs to them! I am out two packages & I paid for these items! UPS Customer Center - MY PACKAGE SHOULD OF BEEN COMING FROM UPS IN MANHATTAN NOT THE BRONX ! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Bronx, New York

Went to pick up a package that they didn't deliver at my home on Brush Avenue. Arrived there with my ID to pick up my mothers package. We both live in the same address but for back up i brought my mothers ID as well. When i arrived and show him my ID he told me that my mother needed to pick it up and that only she can do it because her name is on the package. He proceeded to tell me because she cant pick it up that it will be shipped back to sender. Never not once did he ask me for my mothers ID which i could of provided. You can hear him clearly state that I am not allowed to pick up the package or anyone unless the person name is on it. When the manager called me she said that we both should take responsibility for what happened. Then she said im not blaming you. Huhh. Like you have to be kidding me. The she kept asking me why i didnt show my mothers ID. If he states that I cant pick it up only she can then why would I give my mothers ID. He was miss leading on purpose. When I was speaking to customer service over the pbone. I mentioned that I had my mothers ID and that the addresses match. When i asked him repeatedly why I couldnt get the package he just said security reasons nothing more because he knew that i was in the right. He wanted to make sure that i didn't show the id on camera because he would of had no choice, but give me the package. His name is Frank and he claims he is the supervisor. I missed my package delivery and requested for package pick up, not knowing the when nor where. Was told when I scheduled to hold package for pick up that someone from center would call me within the hour to inform me of time for pick up availability. Someone did. Her name is Tasha. And I commend her. After explaining where this location was and the time of pick up... One, too far! And two, I had to wait until 8 pm to pick up the package... Tasha noted my anxiety and suggested for me to meet the truck (if not too far) in the area he was currently in. She said she'd place a call to find out his exact location and would call me back. She did! And within the next 10 minutes I was actually on my way back home with my package in hand. Tasha was very gracious, customer friendly and very courteous! I truly appreciated her service today. She went above and beyond what was expected and for that I thank her. Kudos to you, Tasha!! :) read more

Hate this place. They called me earlier to pick up my item by 7pm and that my item was ready to pick up. So I went there by 7:30 and they told me straight up that my delivery hasn't been arrived and that I should probably have to wait 3-4 more hours at the store. I went there by catching a cab because it was something that I really needed to pick up asap but i don't know why they had to call me and to pick it up if it was not at the store at all. This location has HORRIBLE customer service and UPS, what's going on?!! Very disappointed. Tracking number wasn't confirmed until 3 days later. A package that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment that did not have a request for signature, was not left and was said to be at an Access Point- Fine Fare which I also didn't approve. After going to the super market, after a long debate it was not even there. Called UPS and they said I can go to this UPS store for pick up. I was called back by UPS where they confirmed it was at the Brush st UPS location and to come before 9 when they close. Upon arrival, there were 5 other frustrated customers dealing with the SAME issue. Except it doesn't end there, the employee goes to the back and returns not even 30 seconds later saying the package wasn't there. One woman was already on the phone arguing with UPS. I called UPS back and they said my package will be held there for 5 days. Due to the LAZINESS of several UPS employees, there are many frustrated and pissed customers at the moment. read more

I wish to rate this UPS -0 ; They make up there own rules and regulations. The guy who handed out the packages was a complete moron with a disgusting attitude. His name was Frank and said in order for me to pick up my electronic package I needed my ID and a utility bill. I live at home with my mother, I am in school and I do not pay bills. How can I provide what I do not have? I asked for other options and he said utility bill only and there is nothing that he can do. Apple requires a school ID along with a state ID or passport for verification. Why is it a different story here? I also spoke to a supervisor on the UPS customer service line and they said the same thing. After going back and fourth he said he would ship my package back to the sender. I did not authorize him to do any such thing. He is out of line and disgusting. Never dealing with this place again and I will be reporting all parties to corporate. read more

Just picked up my package. I Missed the original delivery due to my own mistake. I placed my old address in the delivery request, but no worries there since my old place is where my parents live. So I called that same day, a Friday and asked that the package be left at the UPS customer facility. The rep over the phone was great. I can't lie I was pretty nervous after reading all the reviews. But I took a chance anyway. Yes, the facility is within an industrial like area so parking is non existent. Best to have someone drive you and wait if they can. Bus stop is rather far so it is a bit of a walk. I went in around 7:30 on a Monday and was out in less than two minutes. I had all the proper ID and tracking numbers. The customer service rep. Was very nice and retrieved the package rather quickly. Sorry that everyone here had such a bad experience. But just like anything if good service was provided that should be acknowledged as well. Like I said first time ever going there and glad it was a good experience. But it's a bit out of the way and the parking like I stressed before is an issue. So I'll make sure to place the right address on my package next time. BTW, this location is not closed. There are a Slew of new businesses in the area. read more

This UPS location is the worst. On 12/8 they kept my package on hold because my UPS Access Point was unavailable for a pick up, moreover I found out about this information by checking my tracking number daily and also it stated a UPS representative will contact me and they never did. I contacted customer service from 12/8 - 12/14 and they informed me that is best to wait and check for the next available UPS Access Point, mind you I kept checking everyday and I even clicked on "delivery my package at a different address" they charged me the 5 dollars and I received an error message stating I need to contact UPS customer service. Then on 12/15 they delivered my package somewhere else!!!!!!! I'm so annoyed with them and dealing with them for the past 2 weeks and nothing solved. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST UPS FACILITY I HAVE SEEN IN AMERICA HANDS DOWN AND I HAVE SEEN MANY. I had an urgent package sent to me by NEXT DAY delivery. I had to work on the day of the delivery so before I left for work I called UPS customer service at their 800 number and told them to have the package held at their facility so I can pick it up after work because I didn't want to take the chance of not getting my hands on the package that day. Customer service did so and I received an email from UPS my choice stating that the package is ready for pick up at the UPS facility. The email I got from UPS told me the package is at this facility ready for pick up and specifically said that I need to bring in a valid id and if i am not not the addressee that I need to bring in the tracking number. Thats all it said and no more. I get to the facility and I see 3 customers who were waiting by the side of the line for a supervisor because their packages had been mishandled by the facility. The customers were complaining bitterly that they had been there for 45 minutes waiting to be helped by the supervisor but the supervisor still never showed up and the staff member attending to other customers didn't seem to even care that they were complaining. On getting to me, I presented my state id card and tracking number to the UPS staff member and asked to pick up my package and he told me that they were not going to give me my package because the address on my id was my old address and that if I want my package i need to bring a piece of mail with my new address to go with my id. I explained to the man that UPS sent me an email with what I was required to bring, I even showed him the email from UPS on my phone but he still said no. I asked to speak to the supervisor and then proceeded to wait with the other 3 customers who had at this point been waiting for an hour for the coveted supervisor. He finally shows up about 15 minutes later and when I finally talk to him and told him my situation and that it took me an hour to get there and there is no way I can go get a bill and make it back before they close and furthermore if I was told to bring a bill before hand that I would have brought one. I pulled up the email from UPS on my phone and showed it to him. I even told him, but I was told by him that what they decide at that facility trumps what UPS customer service says so basically whatever customer services says is nonsense cause they make their own rules. At the end of the day I didn't get my package and this happened on a Friday, the facility is closed for the weekends and I needed my package for an event on Saturday and that is why it was sent by next day delivery but since this location makes their own rules that trump what UPS tells you in their emails I had to pay the price. Count down to when some one sues UPS cause of this facility cause companies get sued for a lot less. read more

Had a next day delivery for yesterday(because it was sent on friday and UPS doesnt deliver on weekend) Needs signature because its a sensitive device. Driver walks into building(superintendent was cleaning halls so entrance doors open) walks up 3 floor to leave a notice. (Wife is home waiting all day) He did not use intercom to verify if anyone is home or rang our doorbell( did i mention we have a service dog thad barks at intercom or door when rung to let us know) allegedly after being on phone with representative it was delivered and signed for(wait no one came to our apartment) followed up by Dropped off at access point (wait needs signature rep says not supposed to) hustle to drop off and after a representative remote opens the supposed locker, its empty!!! 5 minutes later a a notice on my cell advising re delivery for tomorrow(today), BUT WAIT once again claims no one available and leave a notice outside building and once again there are people at home. Is this individual made of glass or so weak he cannot push a bell button? Oh wait, UPS has made it easy for lazy ashtats to just make a notice go about their day doing who knows what and then dropping off at a Access point. When you call they advise you someone will call you within the hour and no one calls and once again the driver screws you over. So much for GO BROWN. Mind you at the Access point there was a driver who was furious because same guy left all of the pickup even though he went to drop off my package(which wasnt there). What does it take? Do I have to go to the garage( customer center) they leave from (I do know where it is) to get anything accomplished? read more

I am disappointed and for better words disgusted with the service and inconsistency of this customer service location. I was set to receive a package on Tuesday March 20, 2018 from Bristol CT. Unfortunely after waiting several hours at my home for the package to be delivered I suggested that the package should be re-routed to the nearest UPS customer care centers , they informed me that it would be delivered to the Brush avenue location and I should wait for a phone to confirm pickup ...I did receive the phone call and when I went to the location I was informed the driver didn't "pull" up and that I would receive a phone to confirm again.... I left and since then received several phone calls misleading information and sent into twenty loop holes about the whereabouts of my package. I started an official "UPS" investigation and 7 days later no other update but "I am sorry for this". they haven't found my package and have given me a million stories and what if's.... disgusted. UPS in the kingsbridge section of the Bronx"THE WORSE" I sat home all day waiting for a package to find out that there was a sticker on the door reading my package is at an access point. When did they even show up is all on my mind. These workers are lazy and not very costumer service friendly. From the drivers up to the supervisors all have attitudes. Call customer service and State your issue and they'll hang up on you before you can even say thank you or have a nice day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And I strongly suggest that UPS retrain there employees on customer service and professionalism. Might I add that calling a supervisor is just as useless and a waste of time if all I hear is feedback of my voice over the phone talking over there voice causing for the both of us not to be able to hear each other. Never ever depend on this ups location! Is not even worthy of one star. I went to pick up my package on September 16, 2016 after missing the mailman. This location called me saying I can go pick up my item from 8-9. I got there and there was a huge line of people waiting to get their stuff. After fourty five minutes of waiting in line a man comes out saying that everyone has to leave, they will not be giving out packages anymore since it was getting late. If that was the case then why bother calling customers to pick up their package in the first place? Horrible customer service and management. The security guard named Joshua was rude and did not want to talk to corporate from UPS who was on the phone with me. This place should be shut down. I expected better from UPS but clearly they have no regard for customers and their time. Everyone was beyond upset. Clearly customers are not their main priority and will no longer come to this location and at least try not to use UPS for my packages. Fed Ex is way more organized. read more

Will call pick up service is HORRIBLE at this location. They tell you pick-up between 8-9 PM. What they don't tell you is that a) There is a possibility the truck is running late b) You will need a valid id with the address matching the package destination c) you will have to wait in a long line outside in the call for the ENTIRE hour and just hope all goes well and your package is available and ready for pick-up or else you lose, your time is wasted!! I was forced to re-schedule a delivery attempt because they would not release my package. Called the 1888 number changed the delivery to home and still no updates or sign of my package. The representative said the wait could be a couple of days for my package. There goes the rush shipping down the tube.. Total waste of money. I hate this place!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST UPS FACILITY. I had an important package scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. I waited and waited...no package, no sticker memo, nothing. So I go online and check to see what was going on. It shows that the address was incorrect. I become confused because I'm sure I put the right address...I mean how can I get my own place of residence wrong. So I call the UPS number...I find out that whoever was delivering put a different address down and attempted to deliver it to the wrong address even though the right address was on the package. Bullcrap. So I go online that night and fix the address AGAIN. I call back he next morning and I get assured it will be out for delivery today (Friday) around the same time. I go to work and rush back early so I don't miss it. It is my birthday weekend and I have no time to sit around the house to wait for the next few days. So I wait and wait AGAIN...no package, no sticker memo, nothing. So I call AGAIN..I get told it was in this crap behind facility that I'm reviewing right now. I finally get a call from them to confirm the address and the "supervisor" is puzzled because the address is on the package already. Apparently no one over there is capable of doing their job correctly. Im told I have to wait for them to deliver it because there is no one who is willing to go back out to deliver it. Pathetic. Not only have they caused me to waste two days that could have been more productive, they wasted and inconvenienced my time with no remorse. They should all be fired to have a facility run so carelessly and have a whole new staff that knows how to operate it properly. I'd give zero stars if I could.
