That"s mean Woodmere Post Office did not send my Certified Mail !!! WOW !!! Unbelieveble !!!!! Zero for Your Service !!! No Zero - You got 1 Star ! NO MORE !!! We had our mail forwarded from this location with informed delivery so we can see every letter that come. Can you believe these trifling incompetent workers actually threw all of our mail in the garbage and never forwarded none of it? I should file a police report for them tampering with our mail. Like how low and disgusting can you be to do something like that? Yuck! Then when I complained they had the nerve to cancel my informed delivery so I wouldn't be able to see what letters are coming. The whole office need to be fired at this point. I'm sure they steal packages as well. Be very mindful.

One said their apartment was for 11am (we got there at 1pm for our 1:15pm appointment) & it was two hours later with still no service. The second family said their apartment was at 1 and hadn't spoken to anyone in regard to their appointment, because the first appointment still wasn't finished. Both families complained to the front desk. We wound up just leaving after a half hour when we realized no one was being helped or the line wasn't moving. This was for the passport line.

Meanwhile, several other employees were standing around on their phones or joking with each other instead of helping. I felt bad for the one woman doing her best to handle an impossible situation by herself. It was disappointing to see such a lack of teamwork. When there's a line that long, everyone should be pitching in to help customers and support their coworker. Instead, it seemed like nobody cared. If Staples is going to accept Amazon returns, they need to staff appropriately or have employees step up when it's busy. This experience was a huge waste of time and left a very poor impression.

We had a tough print job that places like staples and canva even couldnt help us with. We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. I am planning on doing all of my wedding stationary with this location and am super greatful that they could help us with a last minute print job distaster.
