There were three employees in the store who were all preoccupied doing other things, and no one greeted me when I walked in interestingly. Someone finally walked over and asked how she could help me after they finished discussing whatever they were talking about, and I guess she didn't see the envelope in my hand, so I told her I needed to mail a package. She had such a bad attitude unnecessarily, that was really offputting. She caught me off guard when she asked for my ID because when I normally stop in I'm just dropping things off and obviously no ID is required for that. She seemed annoyed that I asked why it was needed, which is funny since you work there and it's kind of your job to answer questions. She was not very friendly, was borderline rolling her eyes and everything else you can think of. It was very uncalled for. I tried not to reciprocate but that was not easy. I think FedEx needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service, because whatever issue she had (or maybe she had nothing to be annoyed about at all) it had nothing to do with me - I simply needed help with a mailing. I've been in the store multiple times and have usually not had an issue, but I really do not appreciate her behavior towards me and it motivated me to write a review the minute I left the store.

They claim that this is all shippers right now but I ship hundreds of items weekly and this is the only freight company we have this issue with! If your company is not equipped to handle my business, don't accept my packages or my money! Our contract asks ONE THING of you, DELIVER THE PACKAGE and you cannot complete your end of the contract! Sounds like fraud! Not releasing my item to me when you fail to complete the contract sounds like theft! The doors were open, they had sale items outside on a rack and upon glancing in, I knew it was totally my vibe. From sage bundles, crystals, and candles to jewelry, clothing and fun knick knacks I could have spent a good bit of money if I had no self control. The place also just kept going and going. I had no clue how big it was when I first walked in. The further in you go, the more art and home goods you'll find. Lots of unique pieces. Bicycles are donated by total stranger's and sometimes we don't know the hidden illegal substances that are left behind. Bicycles they sell staff doesn't check them thoroughly. Hidden drugs are a concern in my mind because I was doing a tear down on my bicycle and I found white powder illegal drugs inside of the handlebars when I was changing my my handlebar grips. The restroom is usually dirty. The sink they constantly wash bicycle grease down it. Customers never know what kind of chemicals are left on the bicycles that are donated those chemicals can be dangerous to touch. Bicycles here can usually be stolen we never know where the bicycles come from. People's personal information such as their names are on a sign up sheet up front for anyone to access. They really don't use a filing cabinet for your names and addresses. The employees are shady around young children and I just don't care to be a part of the environment any longer.
