    Where do I even start? 1. The customer center is only open from 8.30pm-9pm. You read that right. For a whole block of 1800 seconds at night. 2. The hours are wrong everywhere. On their website, on Yelp, on Google. Even UPS call center doesn't know what the actual timing is. 3. No one answers the phone at this location.

    This Yelp Review was previously deleted because I shared the emails and ph#'s of the concord UPS so I won't do that this time. On 9-21-17 Three packages were shipped to my home using "UPS" Trk#1Z010469039465xxxx -A- ... I didn't notice it was delayed until I was called. Received a call from UPS "last day for will call pick up" 10-5-17. I instructed them to get them to me ASAP. -B- NOTE: the delivery driver was rude to me after I caught him leaving without ringing the door bell or knocking on 9-28-17. Complaint REF# 1077221897xxxx -C- 10-6-17 I talked with UPS Concord Supervisor Branden ph# [925] 363-xxxx He confirmed UPS records don't show the shipper or receiver making a customer request for will call. ..... [[[[[[[[this means the driver put my packages into will call - THAT's VINDICTIVE!!!]]]]]]] -D- 10-6-17 3 Packages arrive in the late evening. I finally had to do a follow up call to the Damage Department 10-11-17 around 3:35pm. They asked me for dimensions, type of packaging & then refused my input of including pictures of TWO tears in one box. One tear starting at the lid and ending at the bottom. -G- 10-11-17 I received a call from Supervisor Brandon @4:46pm. He apologizes and asks if his boss called me. No he did not!!!. Brandon says he will ask his boss to call me again. I ask Brandon to allow me to send him a picture of the damaged box. Brandon offered me his Email: BEverXXX@XXX.com Brandon now has the address of this complaint to view the pictures. I'm still more than unhappy & all I get is "I'm sorry" letter from UPS. And until I get an apology letter. My course is to take them to Small Claims to collect damages. ¿Ya hear that UPS? ~ Maybe losing a few hundred dollars will help UPS rethink their problems?

    Second pot that CONCORD UPS broke. Start hiring employees that care and take pride in their work.

    2day delivery service paid for. After 8 days package still not delivered. For 4 consecutive days in…read morethe early morning the FedEx status as on the FedEx vehicle for delivery. Only to be updated each afternoon as back at the FedEx facility in Pacheco. FedEx delivery is a sham. It's impossible to talk with anyone it the FedEx ship center in Pacheco. It must be managed by a bunch of incompetents. UPDATE: After multiple calls and complaints my package was delivered. I talked with the delivery driver who was very nice. He explained that there is a glitch in the FedEx system that doesn't recognize my specific location. The package is loaded onto a vehicle daily but the glitch doesn't show the driver the location to deliver it. He ends up with a surplus package at the end of his delivery. He takes it back to the Pacheco ship center. My package had five 500-0 code stickers on it that indicated what the driver explained. This continued for six days until the driver took the initiative to deliver it to the ADDRESS on the package, not relying on a location on their delivery map. It appears that this glitch/problem has existed for a long time with no attempted resolution. I hope my next deliveries are not via FedEx!

    I've honestly waited until I had a few visits here before leaving my honest feedback. There is no…read moreother way to put this, this is truly a miserable location with miserable employees. When you walk in, you can never expect to get a smile, usually not even a greeting, even when you're standing in line for a while. Always only one employee. Nothing moving quickly or efficiently. This morning I was in line behind someone who looks like they were getting a passport. I waited for what seems like forever before the employee even turned around to say he would be right with me, as his back was to me (and all the customers) the entire time. He had the customer behind the counter, trying to take fingerprints....and apparently she couldn't understand the simple concept of laying her finger flat on the scanner. No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. This morning was a complete display of lack of consideration, respect and urgency for other people's time. I can't stand this location. But at the end of the day, I know better than to come here.

    I stopped by the UPS Store in Martinez to ship a small package (about the size of a shoebox) and…read moreexpected to pay for a box, totally fair. What wasn't fair was how everything else was handled. I was quoted $23 for a box, which I later found out included Styrofoam packing and "labor." When I said I'd just pack it myself, the employee asked if I brought tape. When I said no, he told me they charge $2.99 just to use their tape. Meanwhile, the employee next to him was taping up boxes for other customers for free, which made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. I asked for the cheapest shipping option to New Jersey and was told it would be $40. I double-checked multiple times to see if there was anything cheaper and was told no. At that point, I was looking at nearly $70 total just to ship a small package, which didn't sit right with me. I decided to walk out and come back another time with my own box. The next day, I went to a different UPS Store and got a box and shipped the same package for just under $30. less than half of what I was quoted here. This place felt like it was full of upsells and unnecessary add-ons, especially from the older gentleman who was helping me. I'd strongly recommend double-checking every charge if you end up here. I'll be honest, I already knew this location had a reputation for long lines and poor customer service, but I was in a pinch. Lesson learned. There are much better UPS Stores out there. I will NEVER come back to this location.
