Poor customer service from Camilo at FedEx. This was my first time using this type of service, so I was unfamiliar with the process. I politely asked how to proceed, and when I asked whether I needed to seal the envelope, his response was, "You have to close it," accompanied by gestures and an attitude as if I was supposed to already know. Customer service should be about helping and guiding customers, especially first-time users. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Not happy with the service I was provided to yesterday. The man child with glasses had a very bad demeanor and tone. Customer service was bad as how he was handling the transaction let alone talking to a woman like that? He blamed me because he didn't ask me information and assumed I would be using an old address. He tried to tell me he wanted me to confirm details on the paying screen? Maybe you asked me a little too late. Maybe you should ask and not assume an address? Or idk just talk better. I took in my treasured 75+ year old opera score ("Cavalleria Rusticana," for those following along) whose binding and cover were falling apart. And, I'm currently in a production of "Cavalleria Rusticana" and I need to use it! I went in expecting just a spiral binding. The associate made some great suggestions: make a color copy of the cover and laminate it, and then put a sturdy black cover on the back (the back cover had torn off and all that was left was a blank page. It turned out GREAT! I can turn pages easily, the front cover looks beautiful and the back cover provides stability. I expected to pay a lot more, but all of these services cost a fraction of what I expected to pay. Well, they did have the package I had forwarded to them. It took some prodding as they could not find it, but I confirmed we had a confirmation from Fedex. My lower review was for their equipment. I needed the large size scanner. Tried it, and it didn't work. Got some help, they said this happens frequently and restarted it. It takes 9 minutes for their printer to restart. Tried it again, broke down again, they tried to restart again. So, it took me about a half hour with no luck. The Pleasant Hill one up the street went much better. read more

This could have been a very bad review, but thanks to Don and Samantha (and a responsible person/recipient in Huntington Beach), I can write that I was very pleased with their customer service and diligence to 'right' a wrong (a glitch in their system that spat out the wrong tracking number and sent a valuable and sentimental original painting not to my mother in New York, but to a location in Huntington Beach!). Thankfully, the person who received it was responsible and contacted FedEx right away about the error. Don, and later Samantha, helped me get it not only back in the system, but because of delays due to the FedEx office in SoCal being closed all weekend, they ended up putting the package on a plane so it would arrive on time. My mom was "ecstatic" upon receiving the painting, in perfect shape (thanks to my husband's excellent packing job). I didn't tell her what happened until it was safely in her hands. I've come to this FedEx location for a few years. I always use their self service computers to print out my work, but this time I did not. I had to scan paperwork. Well unfortunately I scanned my birth certificate on the wrong side and still got charged. I went up to a tall male. About 6 ft, heaftier in weight, dark black short hair, caucasian. I asked him if there was any possibility he could help me with the scanning machine and I also asked him if I would be charged the full amount on my card and if there was anyway to get my moneys worth since I accidentally printed a blank page. He proceeded to point his fingers at me like a child,patronizing me, and then proceeded to yell "the card is charged the amount you printed, the rules are there!". I could tell he is used to speaking to people this way and if I wasn't with my 8 year old I would have had some very impressionable words for him. His female coworker was so shocked she turned red (she also has orange hair). I probably won't ever go back to AVOID having an altercation. This was in January of this year 2025. Being patronized by someone who works at a FEDEX location, whose job is to HELP customers is distasteful, disrespectful and I couldn't imagine him in a higher position. FedEx please train JACOB appropriately on customer service. Last night I arrived around 6:15 pm to use the printer. I emailed my documents to printandgo@fedex.com as I usually do. It took over 30 minutes for me to receive my code. Once received I began to print 10 different documents which were crucial for a new client. I was half way through printing when Jacob turned the lights off at the business and told him and told me I had to go. I explained that I was already being charged and that the printer was still going. He did not seem to care and appeared to be in a hurry to leave. He raised his voice and said we HAVE to be out of the store by 7 so you have to get out. I was shocked at the disrespect but decided to let it go and just walk away to avoid a bigger altercation with him. He had small man syndrome but I did not have time to set him straight. Long story short, I did not get the rest of the documents printed on time and I lost a very important client. The employees follow the companies guidelines but I felt like I was being robbed at a casino with broken slot machines. Having minimum amounts to spend now for any service was ridiculous and the fax connection was poor as well as low copy quality of text only pictures. I will only use UPS from now on. Unorganized, unprofessional, and an absolute mess. I have had a couple bad experiences at this specific FedEx, but the one that I had today will keep me from ever going back. I got a banner printed for an event I am working this weekend, and when I went to pick up the sign, it had a giant smear in the middle of it. They offered to make me another one, which I agreed to even though it frustrated me since I was on my lunch break which was only an hour and I knew I would not be able to come back until later. And I also want to know why they wouldn't check it before the customer came to pick it up? Anyways, after returning many hours later, I came to pick up my sign and they tried to double charge me. I had already paid for the sign when I got it ordered the previous two days before that. Apparently, their computer was messed up and it wasn't showing that I paid for the item even though I was showing them my bank statement with the charge that had already processed and gone through. The man helping me quite literally told me, " I cannot let you leave with the sign" even though I already paid for it. I repetitively told him many times that it should not be the customers problem just because they have a screwup on their end but he absolutely refused to give the sign to me until I had already sat there and argued with him for 20 minutes. Everyone here needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Why on earth would you make the customer pay for the fact that your computer isn't working? That is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. And neither will this store because I am literally never coming back here again. They need to hire a completely new staff for this store because no one here ever knows what they're talking about. And while they're at it, they should get a completely new computer system, because that apparently never works either. I highly recommend going to the FedEx in Walnut Creek over this one. read more

Came here to return an item to Walmart. Walmart makes it super easy, where you process the return online and they send you a QR code. Here at the Fed Ex, the transaction was very smooth. Just scan the code, and they actually package the item for you! I had the original box the item was shipped in, but I thought it was so convenient that I didn't even have to tape on the box or put padding inside before shipping it. Really makes things smooth! This location was conveniently located when we were doing some errands out in the downtown Concord and Pleasant Hill area. The parking lot was a little on the smaller side, but we were able to find a spot right in front and we're out of there within a few minutes. read more

I didn't have a usb drive of my prints, they were located in my inbox from my email. The associate advised me to forward my prints to their email so I can receive a code. Once I got the code, they had access to my prints. The associate recommended a certain type of paper for my certificates which came out bright and glossy just how I wanted it. Unjustifiable rude customer service. Usually when I enter this store I am greeted and asked how I can be helped. Today, upon entering the store the clerk whose name tag bearing the name of JESSIKA looked me straight into the eye made a U turn and walked away just leaving me standing there. I wanted to print self-service copies from a USB drive. After being rudely ignored by JESSIKA I tried to start the process but needed assistance. I went back to the counter and came face-to-face with rude JESSIKA and requested assistance. Without making any eye contact she told me someone would be right with me. That never happened. There is an old guy that works the counter who is extremely rude and a tall man that seems to be the manager who likes to trash talk the customers in the store. I have been coming here for months and have always been able to get things shipped overnight before 7pm and due to a change in the staff they have to shorten their hours. (Not my fault) My business requires the fastest shipping possible. His excuse was to drive 10 miles to a different location so it could still be shipped overnight. This place is a joke. We got our wedding reception seating chart printed here. My husband is a graphic artist (bonus!) and created our seating chart and saved it on a disc. We dropped by this Kinko's which happens to be very close to our home. We got a 24 x 36 print mounted and it was just over $37. I was very happy with the result and our chart stood up on its own on a travel easel that I borrowed from work. The staff are not super friendly but they know what they are doing and got the job done quickly. They printed out a full size draft for us to preview. Our chart was printed in a day. Jacob was not helpful at all. Came in to get assistance on printing out our baby shower invitations and he was in a really bad mood. He didn't show us a sample of what we wanted printed as fedex employees usually do and when he printed out the invitations, they had a background and looked a bit off and said instantly that's just your file instead of offering to help us fix issue . then he printed out an example and said I'll show you the example before wasting more paper. By the time I made it to the Fed-Ex store I was already pretty perturbed from having to drive all the away across town because the drop off center near my office was closed. I was worried my annoyance would only increase, after seeing the line in the store. However, only five minutes after entering the store, I was already leaving. An employee noticed that I already had the shipping information filled out for my packages, and she happily took them off my hands without me needing to make it all the way to the counter. I had to return later in the day to put a stop on the shipping of the one of the packages, and again I was in and out in mere minutes with no problems. This location may be out of my way, but I will definitely be returning for future needs. read more

I'm not a person who writes reviews but, I felt this called for one. A recently dropped off a unsealed package that had a bunch of expensive equipment that was being shipped to a company for purchase. When the company received the package, they called me and stated one of most expensive items was not located in the package and if I forgot to include it. I know for a fact that the item was indeed placed into the package because it was one of the main items being shipped out and I did not want to part with it, also I triple checked to make sure everything was in the package before I brought it to fed ex. I called fed ex to see if they left something out before shipping, since the manager up-sold me on a new box and stated they would rearrange the items and pack it tightly before shipping. Before I could finish my sentence I was immediately transferred to customer service, who then just gave me a reference number for my claim. I'm still waiting on a follow up. I called the location again a week later, and they claimed to have checked the cameras and stated everything that was given to them was in the box. I'm going to have to call BS. I know for fact the item was in the box because I looked it while I had the box on the counter before I left the package in their care. In conclusion this locations steals items from your packages and try's to make you seem like your stupid and forgot it. So I just have to eat a 1500$ loss for my item but at least I know never to drop off a package at this location BUNCH OF THIEVES!! I will never be using your services again. Beware!!! Zero stars if I could. It's sad because I'd been using this location for 3 years to fax paperwork, I used there service to ship a package and 3rd time items missing. My fiance and I wanted to print our wedding invites at home. We had purchased a card stock (brand = Wilton) from either Michael's or JoAnn's - I can't remember which but that doesn't matter. What does matter is how terrible the printing options were that came with the paper. It became impossible to do it at home using their website so we asked a friend to design the invite and we took it to this Kinko's location for copying. A woman first started helping us but wasn't sure if the paper could be used in their laser printers since it didn't specify one way or another. She said that was very unusual. She called over another man (Marcus!! with an awesome moustache) and he knew everything. He answered our questions and I one point I even saw that he overheard another employee misquote a price for binding a report and he gave the other customer the correct, lower price. Multi-tasking. The invitations turned out beautifully! Ours are colorful with a background of many colors and the printing on top of this - and they were bright and clear and the font was defined nicely. I would absolutely return to this location for another print job. It was a little pricey (59 cents each?) but totally worth every cent - and we shopped around and couldn't find better prices. We're received so many compliments on the beautiful invite. ($77.00 for 120 and we sent every single one!!) Thanks, Kinkos! read more

I normally come to this FedEx office to use the self services and have found that the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The lines are shorter which is also a plus. I was here on Veterans day to do a copy job. I was initially having problems, some were related to the network server and the other being operator errors. I was assisted by Monica that day who offered great patience as I struggle sometimes with the technology. She helped me get my files from my drive and then with making the multiple copies that I needed. She told me that she would not charge me for the mistakes so instead of closing out at the copier, I should let her close my session at the register. When I completed my session I got in line to wait for Monica. Another associate, Elizabeth said she could help me but I told her that I was waiting for Monica. Elizabeth then became insistent that she could help me. I noticed too late that here tag said TRAINEE!! Bottom line was she did not know how to correctly remove the charges for the copies that were mistakes. She ended up closing out the session still owing me or a few sheets. Monica had finished with her customer by then and tried to help Elisabeth but she had finalized the transaction. The manager came over and agreed that the transaction had been finalized and said there was nothing they could do now. Monica was the only one who offered any type of an apology and the only one who seemed to understand customer service. I decided I would Yelp this experience but in the meantime I did the survey that was found on the receipt. I let them know of my negative experience and was telephoned by management as if they were concerned. Trinty, a store manager for a location in Colorado Springs called me on 11/13 and left a message. When I called her back she suggested I call the store where this started... Well I had already got their NOT OUR PROBLEM ATTITUDE. Not sure where the buck stops in this company! I went for some boxes for a business and knew they were to be "free" as they already have an account - the clerk told me there was no way they were to be free (despite us getting them from other Fed Ex's for years "free"). We needed them so I paid for them by charging to the business. A day later our normal courier gave us the boxes we needed "free" (they're not really free if you know what I mean). I went to return the boxes to this Fed Ex office with receipt for a refund credit and was told they can't take them back - they don't have access to our account.. So I asked - if you charged to the business account then you have access to it. No response, just a blank stare - AVOID THIS OFFICE. I guess they won't give a credit that would decrease their sales numbers. :-( read more
