Where do I start. Their customer service over the phone was horrible. The first two I called I either couldn't hear or could not understand as they spoke very very broken English and had to repeat myself numerous times. At the end they did not help with the matter of my missing package that has been delayed because of weather for over two weeks past the expected date. We ALWAYS request "deliver to back porch " on all packages we're receiving and it's never a problem with any other delivery service except UPS! Driver will drive to the house, throw the package onto the front stairs and be gone before I can even get door open! Chased driver to second house down, he did same thing, and was gone before I got to him! UPS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE, PERIOD. I will ask when placing an online order which shipper the merchant uses and if they say "UPS" I threaten to cancel the order unless they use another delivery service.......seems to be working! I ordered a package with 1-2 business day shipping, but it sat at a UPS warehouse just 4 hours away from me for three days with no progress. UPS customer service was completely unhelpful. I filed a claim, and they said it would take 1-8 business days to 'find' my $130 package. Six days later, they called to ask if I had received it (I hadn't), and hours after that, the claim was updated to say the 'search' was complete and the package was lost. DO NOT use UPS or this warehouse. My package was either lost or stolen. Thankfully, the shipper refunded me, but I wanted my package, not the refund. TERRIBLE SERVIC. This location is NOTORIOUS for failed delivery attempts logged at times after closing so you can't speak with any customer service given that they are closed. I can't tell you how many times a delivery on Saturday is marked for delivery 2-6P but the driver will log in a failed delivery attempt at 8p. So you get your package on Monday now. Terrible. These people are terrible. They cannot be bothered to deliver a package as it should be, to an apartment door. Instead they will leave it at the office only to notify three hours later when the office is closed for the day. Thus making the package irretrievable until the next day. UPS does this every time and the driver claims there was no one home. Even as I sit in my living all day. They don't even come to the apartment and ring the bell. Now FedEx on the other hand always delivers. They ring, I sign, they hand me package and all are happy. I will no longer choose Ups as a shipping option. And god help us if the postal service goes under and UPS gets to takeover. read more

Missed 3 deliveries of several packages around Christmas...was told by UPS that I needed to pick up from this location...2 days before Christmas both of these were gifts so I needed them. I went there to pick up early and they told me they were already loaded on a truck to be delivered....ugh. That's were Mr George Daniels went above & beyond and searched the truck to find my packages ! My package has been sitting there since Friday at 2am and still some how can not make a truck to be delivered to my house for the Father's Day gift that was ordered. Horrible customer service over the phone too by UPS being told about amazon over their quota when I speak to amazon they don't know what they are taking about. They don't care that they're delivering medicine or even something expensive for people. They ignore delivery instructions and safety issues caused by leaving packages unattended in unsecured areas and refusing to do more that drop sensitive or dangerous medications or other hazardous items on the floor under the unattended unsecured mailboxes in the lobby! They are begging to be sued for damages caused by this behavior. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. UPS stinks. They do not deliver when they say they will, even when you pay for the Next Day Delivery. And good luck getting any tracking information: if you call, you get a call center in the Manilla and you are told only "Your package is out for delivery." UPS Sucks. Use FedEx. read more

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT. i was moving, so i had to ship my $300 monitor via UPS. I had them package that and obviously ship it. i paid $90 which included my shipping cost, item insurance and for them to package it. they supplied the box and packaging. my monitor arrived destroyed. i submit a claim they come and pick it up to process me and i am denied with NOBODY to contact. stuck now with a $390 charge to my card due to it being destroyed and the shipping cost i am not reimbursed for and i need my monitor for school/work, they have not returned my broken monitor and nobody to contact or get ahold from. i moved across country so i cannot go in person. i am looking to take legal action because this is 100% wrong and they are 100% responsible which is stated with their shipping rules if they packaged it and i insured it i am left with no liability to what happens except for them. read more

My package came to this Carrier facility and was becoming late. I called the carrier and they denied it ever coming from the seller's wearhouse. Contacted the seller and they had said that the item was shipped and made it to the facility but was lost. Looked at the tracking in both wearhouse and the carrier websites and they matched the same facility. This is the second package to go missing on a separate occasion. Every other facility is fine but some how this one has taken the cake on being the worst. Surprised the federal business bureau hasn't contacted them by now. read more

I was one of first Personal Vehicle Drivers in November 2017. We were hired to deliver packages for the busy season. A great benefit to the company to get this done at $20/hr, instead of paying the regular drivers overtime. The days packages were left in a storage bin in Auburn, The bin was empty every night. All were pleased with my work, complemented me on my courtesy and professional appearance. In 2020, I went online to apply again, at the end of October, a little early, just to be sure. Repeated applications were denied with "UPS does not hire past employees" I left 4 voice messages, 3 or 4 e-mails, and even wrote a letter to the personnel office in E-Syracuse. (All unanswered) If it came back that there were complaints or I was unpleasant, I could live with that. But to not hire someone with an excellent work record is maddening. read more

Awful customer service. Had to come here to pick up a package for my fiance because, as with many adults, we're at work whenever UPS tries to drop something off. Our new address isn't on my license or registration yet, so they wouldn't let me grab it. That's absolutely fine. What's not is the nasty attitude I got from the woman with clearly zero customer service training. She even had the gall to say "Well your name looks nothing like [the name on this package]." I'm sorry, if that was supposed to be a joke drop the nasty voice. I don't think I'll be selecting UPS as my shipper of choice ever again unless there's no other option. Twice I received an email from UPS telling me that my "signature required" package would be delivered between 4 pm and 7 pm and both days they attempted delivery around 2:30 pm. Of course I was not there! I was told that I had to be at my home to sign for the package -- I work a full-time job and based on the information I was given I would have been home before 4 pm. Now tomorrow I have to drive to the HUB to pick up my package. If it were my choice as to what shipper was to be used it would NOT have been UPS. read more

The worst service ever from UPS Ground!! Ordered a package from our warehouse to be shipped to our store and they delivered to some other address and the worst agents on the phone that will never let you speak with a supervisor and care nothing about your situation. As stated by the UPS Ground Agent - "We are ONLY responsible for getting the package to the destination address." I believe I have written down on the website to drop packages off at side door of garage NOT on front porch. we do not use our front door, I have items on my steps indicating this. I also spoke to the UPS man and told him to please do not leave packages on the front porch. Hello don't you see the items you have to step over? Says they attempted a delivery and no one was home and they claim they left an attempted delivery notice. I was home all day and NO ONE was at my door and NO attempted delivery tag was left. Called the infamous 800 # the 1st guy said the driver was still in the area and I would receive a call in a hour. UPS put me through hell since December because they kept leaving with my packages despite the fact that I wrote a note on the door for them saying "stop leaving with my packages and put them here!". So I called the manager ( I don't believe it was really the manager) and told him that I can't come down the stairs to sign for packages because I have no door bell and the door downstairs has to remain locked for everyone else's security. I also mentioned that it's ridiculous that ups tells it's drivers to ignore notes. I told him it's also ridiculous that ups drivers are told now to ignore customer's notes that leave their cell phone number because they are just trying to get their package. That's TERRIBLE customer service. UPS use to call customers and now they don't anymore. It's UPS's fault I can't get my packages because they don't provide a way for me to get my packages because I live in an apartment building. Then today when I got a package it was SOAKED with water because the jack ass ups driver didn't leave it where myself and others in my building normally get their packages. I called the "manager" again to tell him about this and he said someone would call me back- and of course no one did. Ups is shitty and their customer service is selfish, terrible, and inconvenient. I always have a good experience here. Once I showed up without the package fully closed or labeled and they quickly, and easily, helped me secure my package to get it moving. I've also had issues with a lost package or a package that was shipped to the wrong address, and these people are always willing to go the extra mile to help me get my package in time. I understand that this is a high traffic hub so, I'm okay if I have to wait a few minutes for my turn in line. Keep up the good work, UPS! read more
