Nothing like being told your package is out for delivery and your delivery window is 9:30am-1:30pm. At 2:00pm they change it to before 9:00pm. It normally wouldn't be an issue but I have to sign for the package. I can't leave or even take a shower because I don't want to miss the delivery. read more

This UPS hub is the worse. I got a message saying my pac would be delivered on Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm so I took off work to make sure I was there only to receive an alert saying my pack was undelivered saying no answer that request was a lie cause I was there waiting for the driver to deliver it but never showed up I called immediately to complain only to be told the driver would come back out but never did this happened for thfee straight days in a row. just watched the ups delivery driver throw two packages on my cement porch one at a time so definitely it was done on purpose. I have security and recorded him from the time he stepped on the property. if you care so little about your job quit as you are a lousy worker. read more

Worst driver I've ever seen. Repeatedly refuses to ring bell to open gate to deliver packages. Left "attempted delivery" note--RIGHT ABOVE THE BUTTON TO PRESS TO OPEN THE GATE. Fed-Ex never has any trouble ringing the bell and delivering. UPS Never does. Last time, LEFT TWO PACKAGES THAT GOT RAINED ON, RUINING THE CONTENTS OF ONE. This UPS driver is horrible. I'll never use UPS again, if I can avoid it, because I never know what will happen to my packages. read more

I keep having a periodic problem with UPS. I live in an apartment ABOVE a business. There is usually no one at the business, so the UPS won't deliver to my address. I have spoken with UPS on several occasions about this, explaining that it is okay to leave the package anyway. I even explain WHERE they can drop it where it can be considered safe. The problem seems to be resolved for a while....sometimes for months where they will go ahead and deliver without any hiccups; then, the problem will re-emerge and they will not deliver to my address. I fully understand that some businesses want it this way. I get that. BUT, I have stressed over and over and over and over again, that it is okay to deliver HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if it is just different drivers are not getting the word, or what the problem is, but it is annoying as can be. Especially, since this time I specifically ordered these books for a class that I needed to have five days ago for an assignment that is now due in two days! Add to this, the problem that you cannot get through by phone to a live person without jumping through several phone option hoops and then having to wait for a call back from a dispatcher. All in all, although I understand security procedures (as I have already said) and a reason for the difficulty in delivery initially, once I resolved it ONCE the first time, it should have been resolved. I also understand that a CS rep cannot always get to a phone immediately, but still, even when I finally got through to a CS rep at the right phone extension, the answers she was beginning to offer were not only avenues I had already tried (and which did not work--- and had never really worked very well in the first place), but even the answers she finally gave me did not immediately resolve the issue. All she was able to do was to send a message to the dispatcher and ask if they could go ahead and attempt to actually deliver the packages they should have delivered in the first place today.....and to actually do it .....TODAY. She also stated that the dispatcher would call me back to confirm, which has also happened in the past, and if you don't pick up when the dispatcher calls, you can fully expect to get her voicemail when you return her call. SO, among other things, you end up with a massive game of "phone tag" and a big question as to whether you will receive your package or not. read more

Absolutely horrible delivery driver. Doesn't even leave a notice on my business door when he or she misses me. Just sends the package back. Tried calling the 800 number, absolutely useless! UPDATE: A little better.... although I've had a package that was supposedly "left on the porch".... problem is, it was at my business, no porch, and the package was form amazon valued at $200! Anyway, Amazon corrected it and shipped a new package. read more

Horrible service! Seriously, NEVER use UPS! Note on my door said they would redeliver yesterday so I took the day off work ($900.00) product needs signature and they never showed up. I call and talk to customer service (Foreign Country) and they blamed Amazon. Amazon didn't leave a note saying they would redeliver next day. read more

I tracked my package for over 2 weeks. It was shipped back and forth to this facility, then the wrong post office 6 times!! The final tracking notice said it was delivered to my address, except I never received it!! Was never able to get ahold of anyone to talk to them about this. Such horrible customer service and rude staff. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. UPS forgets that the customer is not just the person who ships the packages and pays them but also the person receiving the package. I highly recommend that you have your package delivered somewhere else other than this horrible facility with employees that are unapologetic and extremely rude. read more

Doesn't ring the doorbell for pickups, just puts the slip in the mailbox and takes off...repeatedly. We have to take off running if the motion detector goes off and don't pay attention to the pickup window.....they come when they want to. read more

I just got scammed. Never received my package. I have proof that I was scammed. The costumer care rep was so rude. He acted like I was the scammer. He said I can "go down to the local ups store but they're just going to tell me the same thing." No help at all. I understand that they can't give away certain information but the least they could do is point someone in the right direction to get it situated. Horrrible horrible costumer care. Things went downhill last week and I wound up in a wheelchair. VA overnighted new meds to me. Driver left note saying I would have to pick them up at a store the next afternoon. Duh, I can't walk and i need them now! That's the whole reason they were overnighted. Couldn't say enough bad things about UPS through email and customer service. They refused to re attempt delivery. I was just beating my head on wall. That night a local supervisor named Jack knocked on my door. He lives in the neighborhood and brought my meds to me on his way home from work. He saw I needed them and went out of his way to help. He's my hero. One star for UPS and customer service, 5 stars for jack = 3 stars read more

ONE star is really to favorable. The UPS system keeps re-directing my packages to the wrong address. I have lived here for 20 years. I send them letters. I talk to the drivers. I even make copies of the labels off the packages and send them to management. I have been dealing with this problem for YEARS! Nothing ever changes. read more

They say they left my package at my door, as I watched him take it up the road to another house and leave it. I called them right away and they said I would have to wait 2 hours for any response! If they would call their drivers right away the problem could have been fixed. Hopefully I never have to use them again, as this is the second time they did this! read more
