I had entire lawn redone because of drought and needed more topsoil added and hydroseeded. After…read morelawn started growing back it looked worse than before. 40% of my yard was weeds and Johnsongrass. Topsoil had a lot of clay in it. Had to pay a lawn service several hundred dollars to help kill Johnson grass and other weeds. Lot of areas built up with topsoil are still bare. I contacted contractor and was told they did everything they were supposed to do. Also had them come again and repair where cable line was buried. It looked no better when they did this than when line was buried. So far I have spent almost $8000 dollars and still have to aerate the lawn and reseed hoping next year will grow back.

I worked for this company. I thought they were really good to work for until I found out how horrible they treat their employees. First, I worked for them as seasonal. I made friends with a few of their drivers and they really loved me as a worker. So, I applied for the warehouse position (Worse decision) I first started as a package handler. Then they switched me over to loader to load the trucks. One of the supervisors named Deckler. I believe that's how you spell his name. He was rude and obviously unprofessional. I mean, the dude looked like a teen who takes his job way too seriously. I was told by a few other employees on the other side that to ignore him that they already filled a grievance on him due to his unprofessional attitude. What made me upset is when I asked nicely if he wanted me to do anything else he looks at me and tells me: No, Just go the F home. Get the F out of here. One of the female Supervisors named Ruth told me to fill a grievance on him. So the next day I reported it to a supervisor named Jason in the office. First he tells me that he doesn't think I can fill a grievance on someone since I had only been there for a few days. That following Monday the supervisor Deckler pretends to be nice and I just do my job. Everything seems to go fine. Until I go into work on Monday to be told by my supervisor Jason the guy who I tried to fill the grievance against but wouldn't let me that I was no longer wanted and to go home and that I was fired. I asked him because I deserve to know my reason behind why I'm getting terminated this guy tells me its because I had asked a female supervisor (Ruth) how long she had been working there. A same question I had asked other employees who were male. I learned this as a hard working man in the business that asking questions like that you can learn who has been there longest so if you ever need help you can ask for advice. Its just common sense. Well, I knew something wasn't right because how you gonna get fired for asking someone how long they been there? I brought it up to a union rep and was told that I was fired because apparently asking someone how long they been there was flirting and sexual harassment. So now we are talking about something serious. Then there was lies that were told. Now, remember, UPS, they give you 31 days before they usually fire you over production or your work performance. Supervisors also can't fire you as it has to be from the actual union rep or above. So something just didn't seem right. I have a friend in the UPS department as i use to work seasonal who has worked for the company for 20 years and found out that the supervisors, Decker, Ruth, and Jason all came together and lied to get me fired. I think its sick and disgusting to lie on another employee to get them fired and even accuse someone of horrid acts to fire someone especially during the covid19 and especially since I have 3 step children I'm trying to support. I said, I wasn't gonna let this go easily because I was wrongfully terminated and accused and I meant it. I will continue to speak on it and get a lawyer. read more

So I need to buy a pickup haha, but definitely would rent from again!
