The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn't have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn't get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. In addition to this one very special situation, every time I go into the store, I've had great service.

I explained that I only needed to hand them my package so they could scan it -- literally 10 seconds of their time. It was a prepackaged and paid labeled package. They refused and said they were already logged out of the system which is hard to believe because they were helping a lady. All it would have taken was opening the door for a moment and scanning the label. 10 seconds of kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately this store doesn't have it.

Here's some piece of advice; when generating an Amazon Return, make sure you select the option where it states that the packing will be provided like my screenshot shows. This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.
