Everybody drives through it like they are trying to win the checkered flag. B: One girl working the desk spent 10 minutes talking to a regular about how their days were going. She saw me but rather than saying she needed to help a customer she just kept talking with her friend about the weather. C: The guy who eventually help me was wearing headphones and was jamming out the entire time. Customer service can be found down aisle seven, parked next to the lost Arc of the Covenant.

Here's some piece of advice; when generating an Amazon Return, make sure you select the option where it states that the packing will be provided like my screenshot shows. Nonetheless, The owners/supervisors/and staff of the place are all very polite and helpful

I have always had a good experience at this UPS store! I don't use many of their services, other…read morethan Amazon returns, but that being said the staff is always friendly and they have ample employee's working on any given day. This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.

Parking 3/5 Challenging at best as these store front in the shopping center share parking and the lot is hectic. Service Requested 5/5 Great service at this location dispite its smaller lobby size. I needed to ship Amazon returns and was greeted by a helpful employee! Value 5/5 Returns are generally free if you use prime and preferred suppliers. Today I was in that category and my big box return was free. Fortunate to have stumbled into this store while my wife was getting a hair color rescue. Simple as retrieving a few boxes from the vehicle nearby. Ship well my friends-SYOY!

I didn't have a pick up slip because they never came to my door to attempt delivery. Signature was required on the package. I waited home all day to sign for the package and they never even came to my door to attempt delivery. When I went to pick up the package from the post office I was asked if I had a pick up slip. I told him no because they never attempted to deliver it. The entire time the attitude that I received was unbelievable. The package was to be delivered to my door. He insisted that it was hold for pick up at the post office. This is incorrect. Avoid this post office at all costs. If you live in this ZIP Code, I pity you. These people know they work for the government and are untouchable. Anyone who treated a customer this way without provocation would be reprimanded or fired in a private business. I didn't walk in with a chip on my shoulder, but I definitely walked out with one. Basic respect goes a long way.

However, since the item was already in a mail-ready bag, the workers here did us a solid and allowed us to return the item in the bag that it was already in. What nice people.
