So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. This was never corrected. Against better judgment, we decided to try and send another package via UPS, but decided we would go into an actual UPS store. So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can't even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn't even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store?
