Whenever I go in for bloodwork, I typically wait for 15-20 minutes, and once called back the phlebotomists are less than thrilled to be doing their jobs, and the quality of care is mediocre. I've also experienced consistent issues with workers not being at the front desk when they are not working with patients, and talking in the back rooms, I even called the front desk to get them to come to the front desk. Lastly their operational hours are abysmal, 7:30-4PM with a break from 12:15-1PM, makes it incredibly difficult for those who are unable to take time off from work, or get lab work done outside of business hours.

I've been told that all their locations are dealing with the same issues with wait times-- I don't know if that's true but I still come to this one.

Oh we didn't see you had insurance you can disregard, oh we weren't parring with Excellus then (they were). This company is dirty and you should not trust their billing practices.
