They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I think my session was about 1 hr and 30 minutes after discussing which types of lashes I wanted and the pricing. It went by really fast and it was funny to hear the customers next to me snoring bc they were so relaxed. (There was only quiet instrumental music in the background)I wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but she was really nice. They were clear with instructions on how to take care of them right after and I experienced very little discomfort throughout the whole process it just took some time to get use to the lashes. They give you a lash brush at the end as well. Overall I would recommend.

Lashes, is what they specialize in and you can tell. You get spa vibes and I've nodded off once or twice while getting a fill. The tech was so calming. Fair warning, if your new to the lash experience be prepared for service to take an hour and they provide a pillow to prop up your legs while you lay down and a blanket if you get cold. Tell them exactly what you are looking for and they can walk you through options. I love how professional they are and from what I've experienced from other places I regret they actually have the most reasonable prices. I encourage you to give them a try as well and there is a discount for new clients I believe but I don't remember now.
