Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning. I would not suggest bringing larger bedding items like comforters or duvet covers, as the quality and attention to detail may not be consistent.

Not only was the alteration not completed as requested, but I also wasted money on the rush fee. Overall, I paid for a service that I did not receive and left frustrated by the lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this business if you value your time, money, and patience.

I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

I'm so glad I did They did a wonderful job fixing the zipper, and my skirt looked good as new. While I was there, I noticed they also clean and repair Ugg boots which immediately caught my attention because I was desperate for help with mine I have a pair of 12-year-old OG Uggs (back when the quality was top tier), and they've managed to keep them looking pristine over the years. Since that first visit, I've brought in three collared shirts for dry cleaning and they all came back perfectly pressed and fresh. I've also dropped off another pair of Ugg boots for cleaning and am currently waiting for them to be ready. One thing to note: they use an outside vendor for Ugg cleaning, so turnaround time is about four weeks due to scheduled drop-offs and pickups. While the work is high quality, the pricing is definitely on the steeper side compared to other cleaners and shoe repair shops in the area. That said, the women who work here are incredibly kind, professional, and provide wonderful service which goes a long way Overall, a reliable neighborhood spot if you're looking for quality work and friendly service, especially for specialty items.

I'm sympathetic to the limited parking and would have respected it if they'd posted a time limit for the parking spots, but you really lose the benefit of being in a busy area like Del Ray if you can't park and run a few other errands at the same time.
