You can go to their website and book to pick your own right from the tree. The orchard started in 1974 but was bought and remained in 2018. It was featured on Tennessee Crossroads and is Wilson county's first Honey-Wine Meadery. They also have Homemade Ciders and a Scratch Bakery that specializes in Fried Pies and Apple Cider Donuts among other Sweet Goodies. They have seasonal festivities and have an activity yard for the kids with interactive games, bee hives exhibition garden and a petting zoo. They just opened a new building that serves some food items like sandwiches and there is all kinds of things in the store like Jellies, Chow Chow, Homemade Pickles, Hot Sauces, Local Honey and much more. Everything is seasonal, fresh from the farm or from local and regional farms. It's amazing: freshness, quality, and taste. We generally do about 2-3 big orders a month. Here's a general list: GRASS-FED BEEFS: -filet mignon -ribeye -sirloin -New York strip -tri-tip -beef rib slabs -ground beef All great!! Usually do about 4-6 of each, every time we order. GRAIN FED: -wagyu short ribs -wagyu tri tip Both very tasty! PORK: -3/4" pork chops in packs of two (we eat these once a week, so good!!) -2" pork chops on our hungrier days are great -spare ribs -baby back ribs We love and enjoy all their ribs. Seafood: -salmon (I wish they were a bit larger but it was good) -gulf shrimps (my fav from here, they're big and we usually grab about 3-4 bags each purchase) Last time we came the owner wasn't there but I believe his daughter and her bf were. I'm not sure if there's a difference but each filets I added on were different price and they charged me $17-$20 each one.
