This experience made me feel like the associate could have put the item on hold but didn't want to. I understand it was the last one in stock but I assured the associate I would buy it that day. It's just really upsetting since I wasted my time and gas just to come to this store.

My first impression was that I was walking in one of the Magical Hallmark movies and I found this shop. I explored every inch in the shop since I am fond of unique kitchen supplies, gadgets and utensils. I found them all in this shop.. They have lovely and stunning ornaments too. This location has always been problematic with the older guy who works there and/or owns the place being rude to both customers and employees alike, but we will be driving the extra distance to Hallmark in San Dimas from here on. There were lots of price stickers over the top of the original Hallmark ornament MSRP stickers today which is fishy as hell.
