This review is mainly for the "snack" food items. The boba drinks have never been an issue, although the Thai tea can be a tad sweet. The first time we tried snacks from here, we were pleasantly surprised. The fries were good, and the tofu was crispy and good. We decided to order more snacks the 2nd time. If this business values its employees at all, you should consider hiring more people. Maybe the reason the snacks were mediocre at best was because there was only 1 employee working. The same employee was taking phone orders, cooking, making the drinks, on the register, helping customers asking for stuff, and dealing with pick ups. Maybe this is why the tofu was soggy, the beef skewers tasteless, and the popcorn chicken was pure breading. There was one couple ahead of us and we were still in and out in less than 5 minutes. Price is also fair. We got one small and one large drink totaling $11. One of the drinks we tried was the coconut milk tea with coffee jelly (half sugar). This drink was good, still a little sweet for my taste and you can clearly taste the coconut. The coconut does over power the taste of the coffee jelly a bit because I couldn't taste any hint of coffee, but it was still really good. The strawberry matcha green tea was also delicious. This was my first time here as I've only ever driven past it on the street. I didn't get my usual honey milk tea with grass jelly as I would everywhere else and decided to try something else. I got the strawberry matcha milk tea with grass jelly and light ice. I wasn't sure if it'd look like those pretty pink and green drinks before they're mixed together. They seem to mix and shake this up before they hand it to you. They use a paper top which I assume is their version of "going green" which is fine. I asked for light ice as I usually do everywhere I go, and maybe the 15 ft walk to my car melted all the ice that was in there? Because right when I sat, I popped the straw in and noticed there was no ice at all and although I like light ice, this was just kinda lukewarm. So who knows maybe it did all melt in that 10 seconds to the car. The grass jelly had a strange chewy consistency and grittiness on the surface rather than that slippery smooth jelly feel. I don't think I've ever left jelly at the bottom so this would be a first that there was a whole bunch leftover at the bottom of the cup, but not because I didn't want to eat it, but it was just that nothing was getting sucked up into the straw as I drank and moved my straw around to find jelly. so idk if it was too thick and heavy? Idk. Also, this tasted just like a normal strawberry milk tea which is what I give my star rating for. I go to a lot of boba shops as I have drinks 3-5 days a week. My bf got me a white peach oolong tea and I was confused because it looked so watery for a milk tea. My drink tasted like water with a mild hint of oolong. No peach flavor, no milk flavor because it was soooo watered down, warm and it wasn't even sweet despite getting regular full sugar.
